Finally remembering to leave a review after another good appointment. I’m sad to see any lower reviews here, because I love this office. I switched over from another WHASN location during my third trimester, and it was like a breath of fresh air. I’ve never had any issues with super late appointments or not being able to see the doctor or nurse practitioner. In fact, Dr. T was amazing to me throughout the rest of my pregnancy, my delivery, and postpartum…and believe me, I had a weird pregnancy and was NOT an easy patient, I’m sure, haha! If my husband and I do have another child, there is no doubt I will again choose Dr. T to be my doctor; she listens, is so knowledgeable, and she really cares. If any of these other reviewers are complaining about not getting to see the doctor or appointments running late, etc., it should be noted that she is probably at the hospital, checking in on her pregnant patients or delivering a baby…that is the definition of a good OB!! I also really like and trust one of the nurse practitioners, and I’m so glad she’s available for all of those other “non-baby” appointments. Additionally, the office staff has always been nice and polite. Five stars, always!

****WARNING FOR FIRST TIME MOMS****I came here thinking this was going to be the best option for my baby and I. Just because this facility is in a nicer part of town does not mean you will get a good practitioner. I got blood work down, came in 3 weeks later and my nurse was unable to tell me my results because she did not have them. I received an email from quest that my blood work results came in 3 days after the initial appointment. Every time I asked a question, the nurse was giving me uncertain answers. “No you shouldn’t drink sparkling water. But yeah you can drink it, just drink two cups of regular water after.” I felt uncomfortable with knowing every question I had was answered with hesitation. I called to cancel my last appointment because I was going to a different obgyn that I felt comfortable with. They continued to call me about 5 different times saying I was a no show even after I CANCELED my appointment with them. If you are seeking a doctors office with lots of lack of communication, then this is for you.

Terrible. They charged me for a visit on a procedure that they didn’t have results for. Dr came in to tell me they couldn’t see anything on my ultrasound and that I would have to come back and repeat procedure. They took my money for both ultrasound and visit without any results. Why didn’t they send a nurse in and let me know that the Dr. wouldn’t been seeing me instead of taking $100 in Visit fees. They took $300+ from me today and I got nothing in return. Money doesn’t grow on trees, this is very unprofessional! Spare yourself a headache, don’t go here.

Dont go to this place, worst place. They cancelled my appointment twice and after sitting there was 45+ minutes, they tell me that the doctor is busy so we have to reschedule. If you call them the waiting time on call is always 7 minutes+The NP is horrible, write wrong diagnosis, makes up stuff in the patient history, writes things that you havent said I was shocked after reading my records.She has very poor beside manners and is very rude.The billed me for a visit that I had cancelled two days in advance and theyre fighting with me that I had checked in on that day, they dont even have any proof of my visit when I asked them to produce a proof, they keep neglecting my calls and Im waiting for 1month them to Mail or email my records for the day theyre telling I visited.Very shady practice.Worst experience.

I love this place and will always come back doctor Tabasi has delivered my two other children and Im back with my third pregnancy she is wonderful and very informative also a warm personality staff is also friendly office is very clean and well decorated very modern . Wait time is a little long but in the end its worth it 🐝

Just left from visiting this office for the second time and absolutely will be making this my primary OB/GYN. The entire staff especially Deanna and Krystin at the front desk were super professional, organized, and friendly making me feel comfortable and welcomed.

I chose this office pretty randomly when I got my positive pregnancy test result. I was pretty apprehensive as a first time mom but im REALLY happy I got so lucky. I immediately felt relieved walking into the office which is nicely decorated, calm, clean and modern. My health insurance was medicaid so I had no idea what kind of office this would be and I was worried. The staff at the front desk is professional, organized and friendly. They have an easy iPad check-in system for after you get your initial paperwork filled out which I love using. Ive been in and out of that office 2 times a month for 6 months and have to compliment them for never having me wait longer than a couple min for my scheduled appointment.My main care interaction has been with nurse Ludivina Llevares. I love this woman! Im 36 so im high risk- nurse Ludi has been there for all my questions and has been extremely supportive. Due to the days I choose to schedule my appointments my interaction with Dr. Tabasi has been a bit limited but Ive definitely felt comfortable with her and her experience in the visits Ive had with her. She and nurse Ludi are very much on the same page with things so I feel very well taken care of.My other main point of interaction and care is my sonogram tech Claudia. Sonagrams are probably the most exciting part for moms to be. I am SO lucky to have had such a phenomenal experience with my tech. First off shes incredibly nice. That may sound silly but when youre having those kinds of invasive exams done you want someone who is nice, trust me. Shes excellent at what she does. She will go over everything youre seeing on the monitor with you and patiently answer all your questions. She ll point out all the little things an untrained person wouldnt see that are super exciting watch in your growing baby. Being a first time mom is scary no matter what but I so value my time spent with Claudia and the little guy in my belly. Its been a way to bond with him and I dont think I would be having the same experience if it were not for Claudia being the kind of amazing tech she is. She clearly cares a lot and it shows. Personally Ive had a couple little bumps in the road and shes always been there to help me understand the science and not panic. If you see this, thanks SO MUCH Claudia! 💛My overall experience with this office has been wonderful. 2 months in to my pregnancy I got much better health insurance and could have picked from almost any office I wanted to in las vegas at that point. I chose to stay with this office at WHSAN. Thanks for the wonderful care ladies! I totally recommend this office and plan to come back for baby #2!

Always very comfortable with Dr. Tabassi, and her staff make it easy, and a nice visit.

Doctors are great. Appointments have always gone smoothly for me. BUT every time Ive been here it takes about an hour before I am even taken back.Im sitting here right now with an appointment that was set for 2:45. I have the text that says 2:45. Every time it takes at least 30 minutes and sometimes more.They need to fix their scheduling. Until then Im not interested in coming back.If I set it for 2:45 and I get here early I expect to be seen within a reasonable time frame. Not 30-60 minutes later.

The nurses in the back are very nice, although it would be nice to actually see the doctor. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the girls at the front desk are rude, never say hello or greet you when you come in and are clearly inconvenienced by your presence. The office is very nicely decorated.

Clean, looked really cute in the waiting room. I was late because I couldn’t find it. After walking around a bit I finally found it. That’s really the only reason it wasn’t a 5 star. They need a sign towards the street. Nice people nice nurses. Very private. Got a phone call with my results and they asked for my password. I like them 🙂

I don’t understand why they let us arrive 30mins early from set up appointment if they can’t let us in at the back for an hour. And when you’re at the back they let you wait for another hour and half. Writing this right now while at the room. This issue should get addressed.

Dr. Tabassi is by far my favorite doctor! Shes professional but also warm and actually cares about her patients. She gives great advice too! Her staff is always welcoming and wonderful too! I cannot praise them enough!

This is my second appointment here. The first time it took me 2 hours after my set appointment time to be seen. I am currently here now waiting to be seen for an appointment that was scheduled for 10:45am. It is now 11:30am. You do the math. Not to meantion that there has been others who’ve came in and checked in AFTER me, that were seen BEFORE me. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m African American or because I am lesbian here with my girlfriend or both lol.But this will be my last time here at this clinic.UPDATE: It’s now been an hour since my set appointment that I have not been seen.

I called Monday afternoon to schedule an annual visit which was scheduled for 1pm the following Friday. The person on the phone took my information down and told me to arrive 30mins early for paperwork. I arrived at 12:15 for them to tell me that there was never an appointment scheduled and that the next availability isnt for another 12 days out...... I wanted to love this place. But I will be going to another practice.

The nurse practitioner always makes me feel comfortable! She genuinely cares about my health. I love coming to this office.

Such a wonderful staff. Never had an issue. Always felt that I was given the best care and made sure that my baby and myself were safe and healthy. The staffs were very professional. Thank you Dr. Tabassi and WHASN staff:).
