This place is so incompetent! if you take your health here, you will not only be disappointed, you will likely have a lawsuit on your hands for malpractice! Their communication is so sub par it is mind blowing. Over 3 week ago I went there for a yearly womens exam and never heard a word back. I was scheduled for a Mammogram, did that at SDMI and got results back in the mail that needed my doctors attention. NOTHING! I got the letter before I ever got a call back from this office. TO BE CLEAR: I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THIS OFFICE REGARDING EITHER APPOINTMENT! My initial appointment was in early August, here we are September and never heard anything back!If you care about your health this is NOT the place to go.The woman I finally spoke in scheduling whos name was Kathy was a huge part of why this review is being written. Not only did she not answer me over and over when I asked her name, she also refused to put a message through to have my Doctor (Dr. Mc Daniel) call me back. Stating If I want to discuss results, I hae to schedule an appointment. So basically, this office only cares about making money and NOT YOUR HEALTH! I REQUESTED A CALL BACK FROM NOT ONLY THE OFFICE MANAGER BUT MY DOCTOR ON 9/7. Lets see how long it takes this office to call me.I am getting my results and then I am hightailing it to an office that cares about the health of their patients. The amount of stress this office caused in the past 3 weeks is through the roof. I have never been so upset, let down or disgusted in my life!

I waited for my appointment day for so long, went out to their location 15mins early. First time patient however, the experience is unpleasant and unwelcoming. Theyre discussing that I should be in the location earlier than 15mins. They gave me a machine to fill out my medical records there. Too many questions and 10mins are too short to answer all of that. I received an appointment reminder an hour before my scheduled time, went through SMS with a link to login for the appointment, but its not working, tried 2x for that. Explained to them that their linked that theyve sent to me had an error. I still have a screenshot of the error and the SMS. A minute after my scheduled time, they decided that Ill need to reschedule since I did not complete the questionnaires. I was very disappointed to the customer service youve provided. As per your mission that the company will be delivering a compassionate care to women. All are the opposite ones.

I am very disappointed with this clinicI made a appointment with them, one month ago. They told me to be there 2 pm for the appointment. At the day at 12:02 pm of my appointment I got a text message saying to be there 2:30.I called them twice to make sure they change the appointment hour. They never answered my callI got there 2:20 and they refused to see me.They said I should be there at 2:00 pm, I told them that I got a text message change the hourBut they refuse to see me anyway.Very unprofessional what they did. They told me that I had arrived half an hour earlier, but they never mentioned it at all. In conclusion, they can change our time on the same day, but they cannot reach me 10 minutes before the time mentioned in the text message.

**** UPDATE RECEIVED A CLL BACK FROM THEIR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR WHO DID NOT INTRODUCE HERSELF AND GAVE ATTITUDE AS SOON AS SHE STARTED TO TALK TO ME. STATED I AM NOT A PATIENT AND SHE WAS NOT INTERESTED IN THE ATTITUDE OR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HER FRONT DESK LACKS.I CAN SEE THE PROBLEM STEMS FROM THEIR MANAGEMENT.I AM GLAD A DOGED A BULLET BY NOT GOING TO THIS LOCATION SERIOUSLY PATHETIC SERVICE AS THE REST OF THE REVIEWS HERE ALSO REFLECT.BETTER OFF GOING TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH LINDA THE SO CALLED ADMINISTRATOR SHE BASICALLY IS NOT INTERETED IN RESOLVING THE ISSUES THE OFFICE HAS AND WOULD PREFER TO NOT HAVE YOU AS A PATIENT IF YOU STAND UP FOR THE WAY YOU SHOULD BE TREATED.ORIGINAL POST BELOWI am transferring from another location to this one. Last year I went to their UC and was seen with no problems the staff was a complete pleasure to be around and taken care of by. I recently found out we are expecting another baby and called this location as this is the nearest one to me now.As I attempted to schedule the office informed me there was a past due they needed to collect from 2020 this was news to me as I did receive emails and letters for my yearly check up but not a bill. I was given the number to the billing dept. and called to settle my debt.I then called the office back to schedule and experienced the worst customer service by Cathy. It was horrific I was told by the billing dept. I would be able to schedule right away after paying my debt and I explained this to Cathy. She stated my account still reflected a past due and I asked if it was possible for her to confirm with billing as I was experiencing fevers and would like to schedule as soon as possible. Cathy did not offer any resolutions she just proceeded to tell me I was not a patient there. I asked if there was anything we can do as I had settled my debt one more time as I could clearly see she was not understanding my question. She then started to raise her tone at me and explained that I am not even a patient there one more time. I totally understand that I am not a patient there but I do realize we all use EMR systems and just wanted to know what next steps I should follow in order to schedule an appointment at their office. It was clear Cathy did not care about my business at all.I have been to 3 of their locations and always had a pleasant experience over the last 5 years. I was in disbelief that they have such a character answering the phone lines who clearly does not care about the patients at all. I had to ask her over 3 times to transfer me to her manager as she kept insisting I was not a patient there. I know that WHASN is a truly professional organization but the lack of quality customer service offered by this representative after waiting on hold for 10 mins to schedule an appointment is just a very sad.I understand we all have bad days but one should never talk to a customer/ patient with such disrespect. You just cant talk to people that way I was looking forward to going in to the office and meeting the other staff but Cathy has really just left a really sour experience and I would gladly drive an extra 5 mins just to know I will be seen in a office where their front desk takes pride in their work and not just collecting a paycheck.ZERO STARSLONG HOLD TIMESCUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING DEEPLY NEEDED FOR PHONE STAFFBILLING DEPT TAKES 24 HOURS TO CALL YOU BACK NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY YOU CALL THEY JUST SEND YOU TO VM AND THEN RETURN YOUR CALL.PER BILLING DEPT ONCE ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN SETTLED YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS.PER OFFICE STAFF CATHY THIS IS UNTRUE.WAITED 15 MINS ON HOLD FOR THE OFFICE MANAGER ONLY TO MEET A NURSE AT THE OTHER LINE. PLACED BACK ON HOLD FOR 10 MINS ONLY TO REACH MANAGERS VM.WHASN has created such an amazing brand in LV previous 3 locations have been pleasant not sure if this location just needs better management or training. I would say stick to other locations for prompt and better quality treatment.

I’m giving two stars out of respect for Dr Herrero, who delivered both of my babies. I saw her for over 6 years and she performed both of my complicated c-sections. Yes this is 100% my own fault, but I let my appointments lapse too long and was no longer considered her patient, so they would not let me reschedule with her based on her policy. Really unfortunate, but fair enough, they have a policy and I failed to meet it. I went ahead and scheduled an annual exam with Dr Child, but I should have listened to everyone in my family who asked me why I would even bother with their office again (never had good experiences with scheduling, wait time, or office staff, but I always really respected Dr H). Dr Child just seemed uninterested, for lack of a better word. I would expect that if I’m taking time out of my day to meet with a doctor they would go over any health concerns or take my requests seriously, or bother to look at my age on the chart. I requested a blood work panel as it’s been a while since I’ve had any hormones or nutritional levels checked, and I wanted to make sure I’m doing ok as I get older. She questioned me several times why I would need this. I explained that I was being proactive and preventative with my health, especially since so much has changed in my body since birthing 2 children, but she seemed so perplexed that I would want bloodwork done if I had no symptoms. I felt it was really condescending when repeatedly asked if I was feeling tired, hot flashes, changes in mood, etc. after I had already told her no, I simply wanted to be aware of any potential issues up front. She then “informed” me that I might want to call my insurance to see if they would cover the tests since I didn’t have any symptoms. So should I have lied? I’m super fatigued. I feel moody. Would she then write it up in such a way that my insurance would cover some basic blood labs? Or is the fact that I am an aging woman who has undergone a huge hormonal shift in giving birth and nursing for almost four years combined not enough to warrant checking in on my own health? If our healthcare system consists of doctors who will barely look at you or give you more than 5 minutes of their time, it shouldn’t be a shock when patients say hey, let me advocate for my own self and take back some control over my health so I can make sure everything looks good before I HAVE to come in due to an ailment that could have been prevented. Literally the epitome of a broken system. The nail in the coffin for me was when the discharge nurse handed me my mammogram slip. I questioned at what age you typically have a mammogram (as I thought it was 40), and she stammered a few unintelligible words. Dr Child must have heard walking by bc she poked her head in to say you have it when you are 40. Ok, so is there a reason you’re giving this to me now? To which she asked my age. Why I have to tell my doctor that I am 38 when I wrote my date of birth on about 25 documents prior to the appointment and have a 6 year old chart at the office is truly beyond me. If you cannot even take the time and give me the human courtesy of looking at my age on the chart right under your nose before handing me my discharge instructions, then you certainly don’t deserve my time or insurance money for future visits. Patient care is seeing the patient in front of you as a real human, separate from the other dozen patients you may have seen or have to see that day. If you are too inconsiderate to give basic courtesy to a new patient, maybe you should rethink whether or not this is the right field for you.

Displays handles my delivery and it was a complete absurd way of doing it I had so many complications I was still sent home without even doing a further check up my entire C-section episode was a mess as well never going back to any of these doctors ever again.

I’ve been to another location and it wasn’t too bad. At this location I saw a Nurse Practitioner, not a doctor so I can’t speak to the doctor quality or experience. My wait time wasn’t too bad. When I went to the back, the woman who took my vitals seemed like she was numb to life. Expressionless and monotone. When I went in the treatment room, the NP was in the room for a full 90 seconds, stared at me and nodded with a plastered on smile as I told her what was going on with me. She definitely didn’t listen to anything I actually said. She took some tests and told me the tests were for what “it usually is.” The tests came back and did not support her quick assumption. Which wasn’t surprising, given that she clearly didn’t listen. I don’t blame her, she’s probably overbooked and barely sleeping, and sees a hundred patients a day mostly with barely varying symptoms. This may be a fine place for very routine things. — On two other notes: (1) The Quest Diagnostic lab in the waiting room is super convenient. There was no one ahead of me in line. It may have been the fastest Blood test experience of my life. (2) The front desk woman, though she was rightfully annoyed that I didn’t have my physical insurance cards, worked with me so I could still get my insurance info in the system and still be seen that day. That was kind of her.

There was a lot of confusion with my insurance. They kept telling me they didn’t take it but my insurance confirmed they would cover it. It just added a lot of extra stress during a stressful time for me. Other than that people seemed nice. The woman told me no so I told her so the Rose street location is the only place that takes walk-ins? She said they dont have a Rose street location and that must be with some other company. Clearly, its a WHASN sister location! Its the same company. Staff needs to be trained more.

Let me start off by saying the doctors and medical assistants are great! Dr. Glassman was a joy and made me feel comfortable. My problem is with the office staff. When I started my maternity leave my job informed me that my physicians office needed to call to confirm date of delivery so I could start getting my short term disability checks. I called the office and asked if they could do that for me, they said no problem and did. Some time later I call my job again and turns out they never called. I assumed the doctors office did but just happened to call the wrong department so I tried calling them again with no luck.I called and no one ever picked up. I left MANY voicemails saying to please call me back regarding because I need to get paid! No phone call back. Even my job called them and left messages but they have not gotten a call back either. When I decide to go there in person they tell me that the girl in charge of disability/FMLA works from home but theyll leave a message. Again, no call back. Now my maternity leave is over and I still have not gotten a single disability paycheck. Thankfully my job says I could still get my check, they just need a call back from the office!!!!I needed that money during my leave. Because someone is too apparently too lazy to check voicemails and return calls, I was added unnecessary stress during an already stressful time with a newborn.

Id been coming to this office since 2015 for both of my pregnancies. Dr. Herrero is a nice doctor but it seems like once youre no longer pregnant youre not that important. Ive been calling all of this week several times a day to get a prescription I need (which they screwed up on) and the nurse Peggy wont answer my calls. I have a feeling she has caller ID because once she called me right back less than a minute after I hung up without leaving a message. At first I thought perhaps they were just busy so I finally decided to leave a couple of messages and she has not called me back. Now when I call it says her inbox is full and simply no answer no matter what time I call. So, I am done with this place. I do not recommend it at all. Im certain there are other places where patients are treated better and not ignored. Ladies spare yourselves and look for a better office. We women go through enough, we dont need more bs.

Aside I was being used as “practice” for the ultrasound technician to get experience. Not against that. But she mentioned a real professional would come and measure me. Once he came he said don’t worry send those measurements it’s not important. Hence I paid 2 times for this ultrasound because first time they told me they couldn’t get the mesurenents being too early in pregnancy. (Same tech) and one week later yet they still didn’t get the measurements. Aside from the male ultrasound being so rude. My experience was bad I walked out in the middle of the visit. I called mid-week to make an appointment for a consult and got in the following week; got the nexplanon implant ordered and placed within 9 biz days of consult.Spacious waiting room with tv in the corner and a kids area. Low co-pays! (Depending on your insurance ofc, but my insurance sucks and I paid 35 for consult and 0 for placement of nexplanon.)The ONLY downside is that it tends to take a long time to get anything accomplished on the phone. Long times left on hold and a bizarrely long lunch break of 12-2. Im assuming this is because maybe the same call center serves all WHASN locations and there are several locations in the valley. That being said, it was worth it in the end!

The staff is nice enough when youre there, but if you have the unfortunate situation where you need to speak with a representative on the phone, good luck. Some of the automated selections only put you into a continuous loop, getting the same greeting over and over again. I left a voicemail for the nurse, early on Thursday. Its now Monday and there was never a return call. I left a voicemail for the Office Administrator today, and still no call back. Now my meds ran out today, so I have none for tomorrow. The written script I hand-delivered to the pharmacy last Thursday was not correct. My pharmacy called again yesterday to help correct the error. They left word for me today that they are still trying to contact the doctors office, so far no luck there either.

Dr. Kramer operated on me for an ovarian cyst. Surgery went well, all other doctors involved were awesome, and the facility was very nice. However, the office staff is definitely lacking in training. The pre-authorization department does not know their job. This has happened twice. The first time, I came in for an ultrasound to be done in their office and had to scramble because they did not get a pre-auth. The second time, the doctor ordered a specialized lab test which needed to be sent to Texas. I asked about a pre-auth. I was told that when the lab in Texas got my kit, if the insurance didnt cover it, they would call me and see if I wanted to proceed with the test. No-one called me. So, I did assume that everything went fine. That is until I received a $1500 bill from the lab for the test. The insurance EOBs said that payment was denied for the test because NO PRE-AUTH WAS OBTAINED. Oh, you mean the pre-auth I asked you to get? The one I said you needed? Now, Ive called the office NINE times and NO-ONE will call me back and/or handle this. The last time I called I threatened (well, its actually a promise), to go to small claims court and yet, still, NO-ONE has called me back. See you in court. Im not paying for a bill that was caused by your negligence. (And, you are correct; you do not need a pre-auth for lab work, BUT you do for an out-of-state, physician requested, specialized lab test.)

This is the second time this month that my appointment is not scheduled correctly. The first time they said I didnt schedule an appointment but I clearly did since i scheduled it while walking out my previous appointment. Instead of an apology they just blamed it on me. This time I asked for a paper with my appointment date and this appointment was also not scheduled.. Except this time I have actual proof since I asked the nurse for a paper with my appointment. I let her know the situation and was forwarded to another line I left a message and no response. Dr Glassman has been great but as for the receptionist they been awful. I understand sometimes mistake happen but it is not ok to blame the patient and make it seem like it is our fault. Iam due next month. I normally go to the office at the Rainbow location I love going there my 1st son was delivered by Dr Scarf who no longer works here so when I got pregnant again for the 2nd time 7 years later of course I came back to this location just to lose Dr Scarf, when I was 4 months he retired 😕 however I am now being treated by Dr Herrero she is wonderful I like her. I am not too happy to write this bad review but I am so hurt by what happened today. I am 38 weeks I was sent to the East location (which I am not a fan of) that is why I always schedule my appointments at the Rainbow office. Any who I went in for an ultrasound to measure my baby and check the fluid. The ultrasound technician was wonderful the ugly part is when it was time to check my cervix for dilation my Dr wasnt there so I was seen by a nurse practitioner. I wasnt to happy about that but I did want to know how far along my dilation was coming along. SHE WAS HORRIBLE she jammed her fingers over and over again, at this point of the pregnancy my vigaina is very sensitive and I let her know it was hurting she said she couldnt find my cervix and that she was even on her tippy toes. Finally she said she felt my babies head but no cervix. Then she said my cervix was closed I immediately told her my last visit with my Dr I was a centemiter 1/2 open why would the cervix be closed now her response was oh well Dr Herrerro fingers might be longer. I was so bothered I felt violated and with so much pain, I have never had anybody make me feel like that while checking for dialation. I know that process is not suppose to be nice and sweet but if I am saying its hurting there was no need for you to continue Jamming your fingers like you are stuffing a turkey I really felt like she didnt even know what she was looking for. When I went to the front to make my next appointment I let the girl in the front know all she said was that I should let my Doctor know. I dont know if its my hormone but as soon as I got in my car I started crying because I felt violated (I hate to use this term but it was as if someone would of sexually assaulted me against my will) its midnight and I am still feel pain. Thus experience was so horrible she should not be checking patience until she know what she is doing and learns how to treat a patient with respect and care.

Why had I recorded the call, then if I record it, why at first I affirm that it was me, would it be that I changed my male voice? Regardless that I had not even been the one to speak, when all the time I was kind and patient in that place before this in this painful physical process, I tried to explain once again my situation and only she repeated madam madam madam, to do not let me speak. THIS WOMAN DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO KNOW.
