Dr Kramer himself was very nice and super gentle.But the office (E. Sahara)...so Quest emailed me my lab results almost 2 weeks ago and I STILL have not heard back from the office so I guess I have to just read them myself or take them to another doctor to explain to me.Also, the office asked a pregnant woman to wait outside because she wasnt wearing a mask but the lab phlebotomist there was not wearing a mask when she was in very close contact with me in a closet sized roomThats super unprofessional and dangerous.I would not go back here. Its a shame because I really like him.

Dr. Kramer and his staff at BOTH locations truly are the best. I dont understand how people are having bad reviews about his staff. Makes no sense to me. I have always had a great experience at his office. Very efficient, helpful and prompt. My appointments are always in and out, the staff remembers me when I walk in and my delivery with my first child was so, SO easy! Happily returning to Dr. Kramer and his staff for round two with the second baby. Knowing Dr. Kramer is my doctor, I have no doubt in my mind that this will be another smooth pregnancy and delivery. I like how blunt and honest he is and how we can have fun with me. Straight to the point and thats how a doctor should be. He delivered me and my babies. Couldnt have asked for a better doctor.

The office staff of this location should be fired immediately. They are easily the worst group of people to work in the medical industry and have zero understanding of how to deal with patients. Honestly, they probably shouldnt have jobs where they work with people at all. This place is a joke and I couldnt recommend any place any less to anyone.

Staff does really suck I had all my stuff from my insurance but the card ! They could not assist me and than she makes me call my own insurance like lady thats your job get your fat butt upSo I decided to call another place gave them my information and they where able to pull up my insurance with no problem , the only reason I picked your place was cuz u guys are closer to me

Dr. Kramer is an amazing Doctor however I must agree, the staff is rude and unprofessional. They walk around with Hickys on their necks, children are behind the reception counter and they’re on FaceTime with their husbands or boyfriends while they’re handling your information. I am also facing patient abandonment right now at 38 weeks pregnant. They told me on May 31st that starting June 1st they will not accept my insurance. So now I am stuck. Terrible office!

I love Dr. Kramer and he is the only reason why I would put up with the awful staff. They billed me wrong for a service and still havent fixed it 3 months later. I have left many messages and no one can seem to get back to me. Its at the point I have to drive to the office to talk to them in person. I cant believe such a great doctor would be surrounded by such incompetent, uncaring medical professionals.

Love doctor Kramer can not stand his staff at this place they are rude but at the spring valley office they are awesome listien to you and are understanding Dr Kramer is a awesome and great kind doctor

I was in the delivery room when my sister gave birth to my nephew :) Dr. Kramer was her doctor, it was the doctors birthday too & he took the time to come down & help us with my nephew which I thought was very nice! My sister started to push & he told her to take it easy, stay calm, dont push too hard so we could avoid ripping her (shes very petite) he then started to move his hand around, allowing babys head to show, she did half a push & my nephew was born :D Super easy & smooth, no tears! Yaaaaay. I am now pregnant, & will definitely be booking an appointment for Dr. Kramer to be my OB-GYN, he is very calm & nice, you can tell he has lots of experience & knows what hes doing in the delivery room :) Thank you Doctor Kramer!! Great staff and great doctors

If I could rate less than 1 I would. I didnt even get to see the Dr. I was informed they would not be seeing me. I have a number of health problems, so I happen to know I have rights; even as a patient. I am not required by any laws to discus my health or reasons for visits with anyone; espeshaly in detail, other than the Dr I am here to see. I was givin attitude and smart mouthed comments that I will not retreat. To those I replied to the lady taking my blood pressure ( found out as I left shes only a assistant) but, if she was going to be rude she could pls get me someone else. Then I was told how very wrong I am; that I am REQUIRED to answer what they ask. Then I responded saying I would rather discuss them with my Dr. I was then escorted by her and who I assume to be her superior mary to the front door n asked to leave being told that they refused to see me. I asked for a letter or not of some kind stating this dissition. It was laughed at! Also refused and told I will resecive a letter in the mail stating they wont see me... Ill believe it when I receive it. Several other patrons over herd my requests and part of the discussion as I was being escorted out. They were shocked and even asked me about it before I walked out the door, one lady was as appalled she walked out after me n is changing to a new OBGYN office. I am not holding this against Dr. Kramer however he should be informed of the staffs behavior and treatment of his NEW patients. Especially those with sever medical problems both mental and physical. I will be retiring to my former OBGYN even though its over a half hours drive one way for me, but at least they have courtesy and respect confidentiality. Also yes Ill be filing formal complaints. Also refused to give me the name of the assistant n would only tell me her name was Marry. Interesting day all in all at the office, suppose its a good thing I was not alone but had a person accompany me instead of my Service Dog who Ushualy is with me. I expect it would have gone over like a fart in church. So very disappointed in this office.
