A patient of Dr.Monroe for nearly 10 years!I owe her my health, vitality, and sanity; I would not feel as great as I do otherwise. After a hysterectomy due to cancer she has given me my life back. I just turned 60 this weekend and celebrated it dancing with joy and energy. I could not have done this without her help. Her office has grown tremendously and her staff has gone through changes. She is always trying to find and train the best possible individuals for this type of field, but it takes time. The wait in most medical offices varies and I dont mind it. I once waited 4 hours to see my oncologist.

Dr Monroe is Amazing doctor, is sweet, delicate and committed with the patient’s health.

Dr Monroe is very knowledgeable and thorough, she takes a genuine interest in your health and healing. The office staff is pleasant and helpful!

Standing in the office now and they will not give me my records. They said I needed to call first. I’ve only called 3 times today. One was to confirm my appointment and for them to tell me if my appointment was for the blood work or for the ultrasound. For the office to tell me they didn’t have my down. Horrible office staff. I told them that they have awful reviews and nothing was done. Don’t go to this office. The office manager wouldn’t even come talk to me. I would not give them any ⭐️ awful awful staff.

Dr.Monroe has always been Professional and the Front & Back Office Staff have been most helpful and nice. With my situation the entire staff has always been helpful, knowledgeable, caring and understanding.

I am a new patient. Called three times only to be placed on hold for well over 45 minutes each time. Rude receptionists. Glad I decided to go elsewhere!!!!! Shameful.

Dr. Monroes office has ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The girls in the front say theyll call you back or someone will call you back and 9/10 times no one ever does. I was going to her office for over a year and what the last straw for me was they scheduled me for an appointment and I showed up the day/time it was scheduled and their office was closed. Not one person in that office called me to let me know that there mightve been a mistake in the scheduling or if they had to move the appointment... which brings me to the next thing, I dont know if they moved that appointment around to another date and didnt tell me or if they just made an appointment without me knowing, but I got a bill in the mail last week and they want to charge me $30 for an appointment that I had no idea was scheduled. It gets even worse... I call the office, not one person in the front office, not even the office manager can give me a straight answer as to what happened. Before there was a lady that came in a few days during the week to do their billing, but now they are saying its a third-party service that does it and no one comes into the office to do it. The ladies in the front office told me someone might call you back from billing. How are you going to tell a customer/patient that someone MIGHT call you back???? Then when I ask them on the statement I received it says the supposed no show payment (even the appt. never existed) is getting sent to Dr. Monroes office, so how can no one in that office give me a straight answer as to what happened or help me??? They just give you the run-around 24/7. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! This is why I switched OBGYNs. Dont waste your time there. Save yourself the unnecessary headache. Her office gets these type of reviews for a reason!!!

The office looks great, staff is usually professional. I’ve struggled so much with getting in contact with the office regarding refills. It’s nearly impossible. I’ve left voicemails and even been told I’d receive a call at the end of the day. No call. I might need to find a new doctor.

Well, I would give negative stars if I could. I made an apt. due to a possible abnormal test result at my family doctor. (I was on hold for 45 minutes trying to make the 1st apt.) I ended up finding her old office address on google and therefore was late to the apt but they said they would see me anyway. I then waited for another 45 minutes in the reception area, finally was called back only to wait another 30 minutes in the room before anyone even spoke to me. The PA in the office was not able or willing to answer any of my questions clearly, I was actually googling what she was telling me trying to make heads or tails of it. I was getting very stressed about my diagnosis due to their reactions. Zero empathy, poor communication, terrible Customer Service. They said I could wait and speak to the doctor - so I waited and after waiting yet another hour to speak to her I was told she was to busy to come and speak to me!! They opened the door and walked away leaving me sitting there in absolute shock! I left crying my eyes out with no answers and far more upset about my diagnosis than before I arrived. I got home and called back to make another apt to actually speak to the doctor, which put me on hold for yet another 45 minutes. I went in for 2nd apt, and was told they were firing me as a patient because they could not meet my needs. I never did get my test results from them. I had to start over at another doctor. Horrible practice, the worst office I have ever been to. They should not be in business!!!

My actual visit was ok, during my breast exam the PA mentioned something about ultra sounds due to a mass in my breast and never really followed through. I was also asked which lab I would like to get my test processed through (2 choices) and I chose the one I knew is in my network. I never received a follow up on my lab results, I never received an ultra sound referal. What I did recieve were excessive bills, my appointment was for preventative care which should have been 0 cost to me. The office of DR Monroe overhcarged my insurance, they did not go to the lab I requested and ended up getting charged since they went with a lab that is out of my network. I never received my test results. Months after the appointment I found out that they repscribed some medicine that I was not aware of and had no idea I needed to take it or the reason why it was prescribed. When I asked for my annual birth control prescription they prescribed only one month worth of birth control instead of 12 months. After all of that I received another 50$ bill from the doctor herself...to this day I do not know for what. I tried calling them to inquire about the bill but nobody would answer.

Anytime I call I have to call at least 3 times to even get someone to speak to me then be left on hold for 20 mins for it to go to voicemail. They try t on get you in as much as they can to collect their copay and never care about the patient. I’ve had surgery from Dr. Monroe and I did not feel safe or comfortable during the entire process. Afterwards she even made me feel worse by saying things a doctor should say to a patient.

I dont feel they genuinely care about their clients over profit.

Made an appt ,was asked if I wanted to see Dr M Moroe, ( I thought I had a choice) I replied yes. Also asked for a Meyers cocktail to be scheduled at the same time. No problem Arrived early to fill out paperwork then waited for nearly 1 1/2 hours to then see a DO and a student, no Dr. When I asked about my cocktail I was told an allergy Dr was using the room, could I come back next day and also have blood drawn for labs.. ok ,.. 10 am next day arrive early, wait, get blood drawn. Tech takes out the needle that could have been used for my cocktail( no communication from front on why Im there?) Ok ,I let it go,i am asked to wait, then Im told theyre missing 1 ingredient for cocktail, would I like to do this other kind for 50$ more. At this point I am really upset but agreed because I really needed a vitamin boost. Girl sets up iv bag in my arm and leaves. 15 min later my arm is hurting and swelling. I have to go out into the hallway and quietly yell for help dragging iv with me. Then when I called to get blood work results 2 weeks later, I guess it was another DO going over with me. That was ok and I was told they were going to call in a prescription for me. It was day before a holiday so I waited until the next week to see if it was ready for pickup, it wasnt even called in!!! I then called office but only could reach voicemail with no response that day!!! ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!!! I cant believe this Dr stays in business! I was her patient years ago and I liked her then. What happened???

My appointment is tomorrow with doc. Monroe but I was reading the reviews and I get scare to lose my money for nothing.... I will call in morning to cancel my appointment..... thank u guys for all the reviews that make us think... we all want the best for our health and be in good hands ... that’s bad that some doctors the just want money... that’s bullshiit.... thank u guys all....

Dont understand how this practice is still open!! to get anyone on the phone its close to impossible. I got billed extremely high for blood work that wasnt even necessary. will not be going back to this place

Very unprofessional. She overcharged my health insurance by adding lab work I never received.Also, I just found out that its cheaper if you pay out of pocket.

Its been over a week, still have not gotten results to ultra sound.. it was supposed to be addressed and overseen by doctor within first three days...and when i called and finally got through to someone...they lost my ultrasound.... completely unprofessional. now i dont know whats wrong with my uterus let alone what to do

We have just started going to Dr. Monroe but so far our experience has been great. She is trying to help us be as healthy as possible with using natural products that dont have so many horrible side effects. The staff has been great. Ive called several times with questions and always gotten my questions answered promptly (of course, I realize they have to speak with the Dr to get my answers---and Ive always received a return call that day). I am in the medical profession and my husband and I have had lots of experience with doctors----both Dr. Monroe and her staff have been exceptional.

Worst staff. Never answers the phone. After your first visit, you wont see Dr. Monroe, youll see a PA & her student. Dont recommend if you have any sort of real worries with your health because they will leave you in the dark forever.

Dr Monroe is caring and SMART! She has turned my life around I have energy like I did in my 30s! Dr Monroe is trying to find staff and make her office a pleasant place to come. I am a medical administrator in this valley for over 25 years and its VERY HARD to find the right staff! I have ever confidence that Dr Monroe will find the right staff that cares and fits her practice! Do not judge the dr by the staff! Dr Monroe will get there!! I have every confidence!! BEST bio-identical physician in Las Vegas!!

All employees were very good :) and I really liked Dr. Monroe. It was my 1st time visit. I did wait quite a bit, but didnt really care as she was worth waiting for and to me its a sign of success.

Wow!!! I was just looking around the internet for local info about hormone therapy and noticed the low reviews about this doctor and out of curiosity clicked to read them. This doctor (Dr. Monroe) seems horrible!! Next time any patients go to see her they should document everything this practice says and does, then file a complaint with the state medical board to have her medical license revoked, go to the local news channels, as well as sue the sh-t out of this horrible woman!

I came in for obgyn care and was prescribed medication that did the exact opposite of what I needed. After 6 months trying and being told my problems were weight related (they were not) I finally went to a new obgyn to get what I needed and initially asked for- a different type of BC pill. Easy fix. While I was here they sold me on allergy testing and injections- which they said would be fully covered by insurance. Guess what, they arent! They are also not proven to be effective at all and are basically an insurance scam, they make hundreds of dollars from your 3x/week injections which are NOT medically proven to work for regular seasonal allergies. The office has some daytime medical tv sales pitch playing on repeat and the doctors office is always trying to sell you their expensive vitamins and protein shakes. Absolutely do not recommend. Get your actual medical care elsewhere- this place is for vampire facials and other BS cosmetic procedures.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Monroe almost six months since my OBGYN retired. I’ve lived here for 20 years in Vegas. If you are new in town don’t expect the best health care option here, we have a shortage of doctors. My experience is Dr. Monroe is very current and non traditional. She brought up things that my former OBGYN never checked. Very thorough on lab, oh and the lab company they were using is no longer, so no worries there. The PA does go over blood work, but if you have a concern then request Dr. Monroe to go over. Yes you have to wait for this, but she is professional and will go over with you. You will wait like most offices here and once you become a patient you can go to the back without appointment to get your Vitamin push I.V. or other regimes she recommends. If it’s not for you then okay, but if you e never been a patient then don’t leave an opinion. I’ve been lucky and she has corrected a lot of things for my health and I thank her for that. One stop shop for me. Had no idea my thyroid was out of wack, lowest iron levels my entire life and she was the one who finally told me this was the reasoning behind a lot of issues I was having. With proper care and instruction I am on the road to perfect health. Thank you! (I had a successful ablation done), oh and she is SO gentle unlike so many other OBGYN’s that I never felt pain or discomfort during any procedure. Maybe she isn’t for everyone and yes you have a wait so prepare. But for me a good physician is worth the wait.

Made an appointment and waited over an hour to be taken back. After 30 minutes of waiting once I was put in a room, I let them know I had to leave. They continue to send emails to make an appointment, but no on ever answers the phone in the office. Ive left several messages, but none of my calls have been returned. Ive found a new doctor and have told everyone I know to avoid this office. They just dont care.

Staff is very nice, doctor is very pleasant and understanding.

A month ago I went here. I was a new patient going for my annual well women exam and to discuss potential hormone replacement. I did not meet with the doctor, but a PA. Blood was drawn and I went on my way. First, they sent it to an out of network lab, then to my horror the charge was over $5,000 for lab! My insurance company said they didnt even know what half of the tests that were done were for. Absolutely not acceptable!! On top of it, I was prescribed a $140 cream for an infection that could have been taken care of with $3 worth of oral antibiotics.

Done... I have been seeing Dr. Monroe since 2015. The last year and a half Dr. Monroe went from being a really good Obstetrician- Gynecologist to being more concerned about your appearance. Which is apparent when you walk in the office and what is portrayed on the website. Aesthetics is listed first and womens health is listed last. It is true her front office staff is the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with at a doctors office, but I could overlook it because I appreciated Dr. Monroe; however I know longer can say that.

At my last appt in Sept, I was seen and examined by a female student PA, not that I was given a choice... she just came in and proceeded with the exam. Never in my life have I had such a such a painful pap smear done. Apparently she wasnt trained properly. Next was my breast exam, and I did mention to her that I had an abnormal mammogram and was having one repeated. Again, this was THE WORST one ever! She had no idea how to properly exam a breast nor the lymph nodes under the arm.She left (thank goodness!), and Dr. Monroe came in shortly. She shook my hand, never addressed the problems I had indicated on the form that I was asked to complete, and she then escorted me to a seat up near the front desk. No hands on exam was done by the physician. Actually, I wasnt given a chance to voice my displeasure about what occurred because poof, she was gone like a magical fairy in the wind!I have made 2 calls to the office since then, first because I need a refill for a prescription for my hot flashes, which my pharmacy is also sending requests, and second to state that I was unhappy about being seen by the PA, etc. TWO TIMES...no return call!😞This is NOT the Dr. Monroe of old.

They didnt have my appointment on computer at all for a results apt. Also waiting on results they dont even have in. Ive been waiting an hour and going....Edited: finally saw the doctor after waiting 1.5 hours. Spent a handful of time with her, with her taking notes and reading up about me IN FRONT OF ME instead of before she came in. She does thorough testing but she has no idea what shes doing with it. Shes trying to make money off the natural medicinal market and really not caring for or helping her patients. Such a disappointment.

Wait time is horrible. Doctor doesnt even show up, it was just an assistant. I dont think the assistant has the knowledge to diagnose me with what she did, and my request to see a doctor was promptly declined. I left and found a new doctor, this one was a waste of time.

Dr. Monroe is the best MD I have ever been to. You should shouldnt judge a doctor by their staff, but by the outcome and if your problem has been resolved. Dr. Monroe was very pleasant and accommodating and I would highly recommend her to any female!

I had been to her office at least 4 times and never met the doctor. After blood work, I was told that I needed to on diabetic meds, which I refused. I was prescribed with another medication that the front desk staff told me I needed for a Venereal Decrease, which I didnt have. Yes, front desk staff. That gave me doubt about my husband...lol. After seeing a REAL doctor, my sugar levels were fine and no VD. The things they would do for money.

This is a bad place to go! She makes patients schedule appointments, have them wait, then have them go in and get undressed and wait again. Thinking they will get helped and ask them to leave.. Because there is an issue with insurance.. Why would she do all that? She should check all that insurance stuff first.. And this isnt the first time either.. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Bad customer Service and rude!

Unfortunately I had to come here because my insurance changed at for having Dr. Swainston for over 20 years. She was unprofessional and I feel like all she did was try to sell products. She then ordered blood and I asked the technician if this was covered by insurance later to find out she did genetic testing and owe her office over $2000 now because of that! Believe it or not, I had brought in some blood work and records to show her. Upon leaving still have one of my blood results and refuse to believe she had it and when she found it she literally tossed the paper at me and walked out! Still have not received my Pap smear results and my main doctor cannot find her bloodwork because she went through some odd laboratory!

Dr. Monroe is sensitive to my health; physical, mental, and emotional. She understands my needs and has prescribed a plan to get me on the path to total recovery.

4 stars because of the wait time. There was myself and one other person waiting to be seen on a Friday afternoon. She gets seen and about 3 others come in and within minutes they are taken to the back. At that point I got up and asked if they forgot about me. Front desk said no you are next. Finally an hour has gone by and I am called to the back. I even came in 15 mins before my appt to fill out the new patient paperwork. Maybe they call people to the back depending on the reason for their visit. Anyways, the doctor and her PA student were super nice, friendly, answered all my questions, gave me feedback and I wasn’t bothered by the pap smear at all. It had been 2 years since my last pap. She made sure I was comfortable. Btw she also told me to download Flo where I can track when I will be ovulating since I am 28 and want a baby in the near future. I must say I love it! Tons of stuff to read on there that I never knew before. Blood work was fast and painless. The technician was very friendly and funny! By the way I read on here that they never got a call about results. The doctor told me she will call me if something is wrong with my results which I didn’t mind! I still called anyway after 7 days just to be on the safe side lol. Will be back next year because I liked the staff. Fingers crossed their wait times improve cause I had things to do before work and couldnt cause I was in there from 11:30 AM (appt for 11:45 AM) to 1:07 PM.

I would never go back. Staff was disorganized and unprofessional. I waited over an hour to be brought back and was offered a coupon for skincare? The whole place looks like a plastic surgery office talking about anti-aging, youd never know it was an obgyn. I was told to call back after 3 days for my results (why wouldnt they call me??) and when I called they said it would be another 7-10 business days! All this for a yeast infection that I got from some antibiotics? I can get a test from the grocery store that can tell me this in 20 min.

I am and have been an upper tier medical professional for 40 plusyears and feel it to be my obligation to NOT recommend Dr. Monroefor being unsensitive to patient needs and refusing treatment to patients fore reasons of bias. Her license should be revoked. Do not be misled by 5 star ratings they may very well be friends or family.

F*** this doctor. If I had the option to give her 0 stars thats what I would give her. I went in for a checkup last week & on that same day I was having severe stomach pains. My mom still made me go because we are leaving for Italy in 2 weeks and I needed a new prescription for my birth control. I have a cyst in my ovary, so my birth control is a medical necessity. Long story short, were at the office and I couldnt stop crying from my stomach pain. The Dr. Monroe tried to do a Pap smear on me but because I was crying & in pain she insisted on seeing me on another day when I was feeing better, but overall she was being insensitive to my pain..being bothered by it and just wanting me to leave her place. So, we booked an appointment for the next week. One week later, that being TODAY, I go & sign in, with my stomach feeing much better and all. I wait about 10 minutes & then one of the girls behind the desk asked me if I received a letter of discharge from the practice, and I said no. I was confused at first but then they told me to wait to get their general manager. She comes out and hands me a letter stating, You will be requiring further medical care which I cannot be providing to you, due to the fact that I and my staff were not able to meet your expectations. I then got furious and told them, Youre discharging me because I had a stomach ache? Because I was crying? Because I was in pain from my ovaries??What kind of doctor does that??? Its completely ridiculous & unprofessional. If someone else came in & had period pains & the doctor couldnt provide help to them because of their pain..shes just going to discharge them from service???!Ill tell you right now, when I had my stomach pain when I went in a week ago I was not rude or mean AT ALL. I told them repeatedly that I was sorry and that I couldnt help it. I have a history of ovary pain that makes my entire stomach hurt. It could have been that the cyst in my ovary had popped (which is normal on occasion for people with cyst in their ovaries).Its completed and utter BS!!! Please DO NOT go see this doctor. Even on previous times that I had seen her (which was only 3 other times) she was always insensitive, had an uncaring attitude, and rushed through things to the point where she physically hurt me during a pap smear and DID NOT CARE! My family & I only stayed with her because shes the only gynecologist in Vegas that takes our insurance.She and her staff are completely unprofessional and rude. They dont care about your satisfaction, they dont even care about you at all.My previous gynecologist in New York was so nice and so caring and even if we ever had an emergency he was always more than happy to help us, and insured us that he cared about our well being.Please, whatever you do, go see someone other than Maribel Monroe. Youll find a much better person to take care of you and your needs elsewhere.

Didnt reply to any of my calls or emails when I needed to transfer doctors. It would have taken maybe 3 minutes to email my data to another doctor and I, but they didnt answer.

I went here for my annual Pap smear exam, something that is 100% covered by my insurance. Almost a year after the appointment, I received a bill from the laboratory for $740 because it was sent to a laboratory not covered by my insurance. I talked with my insurance provider and was told this should be covered by the doctor’s office as it was their mistake for sending it to that lab. After leaving a couple messages at Dr. Monroe’s Office, I finally received a call back and was told to fax them the laboratory bill. I faxed and emailed them the bill that same day. A month later, I received a statement from the laboratory again stating I still owe $740. I have been leaving the office voicemails all last month and have still not gotten a call back. I am very disappointed and frustrated at this point. This will now be the third time I will need to get an extension on the due date because Dr. Monroe’s offices do not answer or return my calls.

She is a very unprofessional Doctor. I spent a lot of money and when I had blood work done, I went in for my results and waited 3 hours and then she wouldnt even give me my results. And dropt me as a patient for saying I wasnt happy that I had to wait to see her for 3 hrs. I reported her to the medical board and basically they said she was wrong but they arent going to do anything about it. Dont waste your time and money. Dr. Wells is better.

Dr. Monroe has extensive knowledge in hormonal treatment and balance. She has improved my quality of life greatly with her evaluation and corrections of my hormonal and nutritional deficiencies. I admire and respect her as a physician and dont want to see any other physician. Unfortunately, she has the rudest, most unprofessional staff (most specifically front office staff). Ive had multiple frustrating experiences of waiting to be helped while front office staff surf the web, put on their makeup at the front desk, sit and talk about personal issues, flip through pictures of personal activities together, speak loudly and rudely to patients on the phone, roll their eyes at patients, even argue with patients on the phone and then cut them off by putting them on hold for long periods of time, and basically put the patient (their customer) LAST PRIORITY, consistently. The front desk staff speaks rudely to patients with an arrogance unfitting of a great office. As a former medical assistant and office manager, I judge this as unacceptable behavior for a medical office that has so much potential and yet is losing the trust and respect of their patients and community by their lack of business etiquette and customer service. Dr. Monroe is amazing but, sadly, I will be finding another physician and staff who will treat my spouse and me with the professionalism we desire.

Please do not go here. Scheduling an appointment was easy and amazingly they answered the phone. The wait at first wasnt long. But once I was back in the room I had to wait for almost an hour before the actual Dr came in.The real hassle and mess started when the bills came in. She ordered thousands of dollars in bloodwork, fortunately insurance covered most of it. But the infuriating part was that they billed my insurance in a way that charged me for multiple visits when I was only there once. My insurance covers one annual visit, so there were uncovered charges. This issue will shortly be submitted to the Las Vegas medical board for fraud.Then I got a bill from pathology. She took a pap smear and sent it off, even though I had one recently. She ordered again, thousands of dollars in STD testing... Ive only had one partner and was pretty sure on the no STDs part. Then they didnt submit the pathology through insurance. DR MONROES OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONES SO YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY STOP IN. This whole things has been nothing but a mess. DO NOT GO HERE!

So Ive had the worst experience in my life. First, the day I go see Dr. Maribel Monroe, she wasnt even there. So I seen Ana. Dont know her last name.. Anyways, it was my annual plus i needed a colposcopy done, due to my circumstances. I asked her to also swab me for Std, Which should be mandatory when its your annual.. also because I asked. So I ended up leaving, no problem. Then I get a call back from Ana a couple days later and she says my pap is abnormal which I know because thats the whole reason Im seeing an ObGyn. So then I asked her about my std screening and she said the results have not came in yet. I was confused because the results should have both came in for both at the same time. And even if it didnt come in at the same time, it seemed to me, from the sound of Annas voice she wasnt even too sure about what she did on me n because every question I asked, she kept studdering and took a minute to answer . So for my next appointment I was supposed to get an ultrasound done and instead I went in and asked questions. Again Maribel Monroe wasnt even there. So I spoke with the lady at front desk and told her pretty much everything that is going on and told her I dont want anything but my medical records from them. Also, the front desk girls werent mean or rude at all, they actually helped me with all the info I needed. They gave me the number to the place where they sent my labs to and i called and asked if they had ny std testing results in and then said they never got any std work. So now Im mad because I asked Ana about it and she said the results havent came in... when clearly she didnt even do it. So I waited there so i can talk to Ana because I wanted to talk to her in person and find out why she lied to me. So Im waiting for her about 30 min and she finally came in to talk to me and i asked her why she lied and told me different. All she could do is look down at her tablet as if her tablet is going to answer me. She trying to look to see what she did but she doesnt even remember, Nor does it show it in her notes. Because if it did she would be able to answer me. All she said was that she was going off of previous labs from my primary doc that was Taken 6 months ago and thats why she didnt take a std screening. Its completely unprofessional and i would never in my life recommend any woman to go there. It might sound petty but its not, my life and health is important, just as anyone elses and she was not taking my situation serious at all. And what kind of doctor forgets what they do to you ?? Thats crazy. I get that they see alot of people but when your a doctor, Your trained to remember your patients. 100% unacceptable.

Please dont go to this dr dont waste your time or money ! I was a recent patient of hers , I went in because I was such in pain she stated I had big fibroids that needed to be removed I trusted her and went on with treatments that she recommended . She stated I need to burn the fibroids wich I went on and she did the procedure in office 2 months passed by and I was still in pain . Monroe kept telling I needed all kinds of her medications she has in her office and shots that were ($250 each) when none of that worked ! and after I went to several drs and they did tests and found that my fibroids were still there and they were small and instead of her burning my fibroids she burned the line of my uterus ! ! I dont have insurance so I paid everything cash ! She is a lier and does not know what she is doing . She first charged me 2000 and later she stated she needed to charge me another 2500 I didnt care for the price I just wanted to get better knowing the fact that she did everything wrong and didnt do what she was suppose to aggrivates me ! I could of gone to a dr who actually cares for ther patients instead of lying to them I will be suing her ! no one deserves to be stole from and be messing with there health !

Dr Monroe is awesome. Unfortunately how appt an front office is ran is horrible. Issues with phones. Months to get an appt. Usually 2 hour wait on at your appt. Impossible so have to find another doctor.

This doctor has no compassion, isnt caring, and very much stuck up in her demeanor. Her staff is unprofessional, and unorganized. I was trying to get a refferal sent over to an imaging center and they; oneput me on hold for a very long time, two said they were gonna send it and never did, wrote my referrals with my names interchanged, when the imaging center called the for the information they then put her on hold and never came back and finally when I tried to call again nobody answered the phone and there was no way to leave a message. I was on a stat refferal because of bleeding and they didnt take any of that into account. My iron/blood levels were extremely low and she waited a whole month to let me know. At this point all this lady cares about is beauty and not health. I would call her a doctor but she doesnt earn that respect. Who ever goes to her practice just know youll wait over 45 minutes to be seen even if you have an appointment, her staff is unprofessional and childish about their behaviour, and the lady honestly dont care about your vaginas well being or yours . But if you want Botox its your place! Sad, I wouldnt have given her any stars but a f...ur service button wasnt available.

Her office staff is rude and incompetent. I called and rescheduled my appointment and since they took a week to check their voice mails, they cancelled my rescheduled appointment. No response or follow up on test results.The doctor tried to treat me for diabetes. Never once said to contact my primary provider. Everytime I went, she would have her office staff say I needed these pills that shes selling thru this pharmaceutical company. Never prescribing anything thru my insurance. Then, she schedules surgery. I asked what she wouldbe doing and she did not explain but wanted to make sure I purchased these ssupplements and protein shakes from this company. When I called the next day and cancelled this surgery and asked for a call back from her. She instead had her office staff send me a letter dropping me as a patient. All this after I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time.

I waited an hour and a half to get seen for my appointment. I will never make an appt here again

Why am I getting a random bill a full year after my horrendous visit?

No doctor, just a PA. Seriously? Wait times are horrendous, by the way.
