I have been going to Dr. Haslett for a few years. Shes attentive, thorough, and has a great sense of humor. Her staff is friendly and let me know if there will be an extended wait. I also love that she mentors future doctors and always has a med student with her, (Of course they always ask permission).

Dr. Haslett is an amazing doctor. She is always very personable and makes me laugh. I love when doctors like her don’t beat around the bush and don’t rush you out of the room. She actually talks to you, and creates a comfortable atmosphere. I trust and appreciate her. Thank you for all that you do!!!

Really kind and funny. She made me feel extremely comfortable and I am IN LOVE with the staff. I was really tired yesterday for my visit and they sympathized and checked up on me. The appointments are always fun. With covid restrictions we are not able to bring our spouses. The ladies there make you feel like you have someone there and Im always given knowledge I can come home and share so dad is involved.

Dr. Haslett and her office staff are absolutely superb! Every visit, Im greeted with the warmest spirit of Sabrina (the receptionist). The nurses, assistants and Dr. Haslett have been thorough and caring to my needs. Im so glad I trusted my gut intuition and gave this office a try. Very pleased :)

Dr. Haslett and her nurse were very nice and actually showed a sense of care for my situation, which is very hard to find! I love the music she plays in her office so it sets a good vibe. I would highly recommend her.

Wait time was 2hrs to be called which the front desk told me is their normal now. A lot of people were upset about the wait time and some ended up leaving the office. I had to sit outside on the floor for a long time before I was given a room because it was packed and not enough seats for everyone. I appreciate Dr haslett but my appointment kinda felt rushed once I was in the room. I will continue to go to her because she helped deliver my 2 kids. I wish she could get more help.

I love Dr Haslett, she is compassionate and efficient. She ensures her staff provide great customer service and she has a great bed side manner ; many physicians lack that attribute.

This was my first visit with Dr. Haslett and her staff and I have to say that I found Dr. Haslett to be warm and inviting. She listened to my concerns and was willing to discuss my care with me. The staff was all great and super helpful. I look forward to going back.

Didn’t get called back till almost an hour after my appt...and I wasn’t even scheduled with Haslett. Once in the exam room, I waited another half hour (while listening to everyone having a good time outside the door) before I finally opened door to see if they forgot about me. Was told “I’m next”. Waited another 10 min to finally have my exam, and confirm what I already knew (yeast infection). Also, I wasn’t asked if I was ok with the male nurse shadowing the doctor. Then the nurse sent my script to wrong pharmacy, and was very unapologetic when I had to call back to find out. She tried to tell me it takes an HOUR to get sent. Well maybe if y’all are having a party in the office it does. It still wasn’t sent but I Couldn’t get it resolved by doctors office cause they go to lunch from 12-2! Luckily, my ins helped me.The receptionist was super friendly but it’s always a LONG wait and they keep the thermostat at like 65! 🥶...which is no fun when you’re usually half (or fully) naked.Just wish this place would manage their time better and see my time as valuable.

Can i just say i DO NOT recommend this women for your labor and delivery, not only was she not compassionate she was rude and even yelled at me. She forced me to break my water earlier than i needed. It was my first time ever having a child and this women didn’t care, she just wanted me and my baby out of there. She never took my feelings into consideration and went as far as to shame me for wanting to wait and let my body do it’s thing rather than force it like she had planned. I felt as though i wasn’t safe under her care and regret not asking to have a new doctor reassigned. I wasn’t dilating fast enough for her liking (what did she expect she scheduled my induction 5 whole days before my actual due date) and then gets mad when i ask her if we could hold off on the c-section to see if i would dilate more and of course she yelled at me and said i had an hour ONE HOUR to dilate to 5cm or else she would call for a an immediate c-section. She pressured everything how could she expect my body to do something it wasn’t ready to let alone for the first time? Then afterward my forced c-section once i was sent home due to her stupidity or lack of care by her part and the girls working in the office i never received my prescription and had to endure the first 3 weeks of my postpartum in excruciating pain, i’d try to call to speak to her or anyone that could help but they never picked up. All in all the worst doctor i’ve had an encounter with 0/10 would not recommend because she just doesn’t care for any of her patients, she forced my labor to be cut short at 12 hours because she was going out of town. DO NOT seek for her care.

I absolutely adore Dr. Haslett. I’ve gone to her for the birth of both of my sons. My second birth did not go to plan, but she was there for my every step of the way and made me feel super comfortable...as comfortable as one can be during labor anyways.

Dr. Haslett is the female doctor I’ve been looking for. She listens to me, I can ask questions and get answers even if I need her to be direct or explained further, in other words, “Dumb it down for me!” 😂 But I get an understanding! 🤔 She’s going to the limits In her field for me and/or directing me to other fields if necessary. Very caring, Kind, understanding, smart, and a patient doctor. I Wish, I knew her when I was having my kids and will be referring her as much as possible. First time I sat in her office for about an hour waiting and was not happy about it!😒 But while I was sitting there I read the sign, “You May have to wait longer than what you think is normal”, “Didn’t understand until I had you waiting longer for my issues.” The staff is awesome too! Very helpful, caring and understanding Just like Dr. Haslett. People of great minds think alike. Everyone is nice. Wait was a bit long. One thing that is annoying is... they take FOREVER to give test results. If you don’t call them, they probably won’t call you. They live by the no call is good motto. However I like to know either way. Common courtesy would be nice.

Moved to Vegas and needed a new gyno after having mine for over 15 years. Dr. Haslett and her team are great. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and made the transition to her office easy.

New patient appointment scheduled for 745 am. I filled out the paper work at home, arrive to their office at 730Am. Waited 1 hour before I was called back to see the nurse who asked me the same questions on my paper work. placed in a room to wait for another hour and no doctor and now it 2 hours. Have passed atyping no doctor Haslett. am tig review while in their office. Im out, I will find another provider and file a complaint with DOI

Worst office staff ever! They are childish and very unprofessional Ive been bleeding my life out for over 2 weeks and all the pharmacy need is for them to change the medicine from 2 to 1 thats it thats all but I constantly keep getting the runarounds and someone will call you back today everyday is what Im being told while my whole life is bleeding out but besides that Dr Haslet herself is wonderful

I would not recommend this place to first time mothers. Dr. Haslett is nice but during my 10 week pregnancy, I can recount numerous times where the staff here in this office dropped the ball. I am 35 yrs, and expressed that this was my first pregnancy. I had one ER visit, during which I was told I have a large fibroid in my uterus. They instructed me to follow up with my OB. I chose Dr. Haslett after reading her bio on Zocdoc, she is highly educated and experienced. Despite that, I will never come to this office again and have to share my story, hoping another woman does not have to feel the pain or loss I am. I had an ultrasound with Dr. Haslett and she told my my embryo was measuring at less than 8 weeks, she set me to 6 weeks. They scheduled me for a growth ultrasound the following week to make sure everything was progressing. This next appointment was with their ultrasound tech Venezuala, who knows how to take pictures but does not review anything she is seeing on the screen with you. She said my baby was measuring about the same, and despite me telling her what Dr. Haslett said about how many weeks I was, she set my ultrasound to read 9 weeks. That was wrong. So she tells me Dr. Haslett will review my ultrasound with me during my next appointment. My next appointment was 9 days out. How is it acceptable to review ultrasound and lab results nearly 2 weeks later? In my view, it is not okay that you all sent me to Quest on Veterans day and never reviewed those labs with me for 2 appointments now. It is not okay that this girl does not have good bedside manner when doing ultrasounds and waiting 9 days never came for me because I miscarried. This office has not given me any literature on how to cope with miscarriage. The most I got was from Diana telling me I can call and vent or curse whenever I want. It doesnt do me any good to be calling and cursing anyone when I am trying to heal emotionally and physically from this. I feel like if Dr. Haslett had been the one to do my ultrasound vs this tech, she could have told me on the spot they were not picking up on a heartrate and the fetus was not growing. If Quest tested my HCG and it dropped, that is also something we could have reviewed to indicate what was to come. All in all I feel like a number here. Dr. Haslett is the only OB in this office and it shows, she is overworked and probably should not take on anymore new OB patients until things stabilize. The appointment after my miscarriage, she walks in the room not even having read my chart, eyes bloodshot, only to talk to me briefly and not even do an ultrasound at that time. So here I am a week later, still no answers. Still nobody calling me back about medication I was prescribed for the pain, nobody telling me some resources on how to cope with this. Luckily I am self sufficient and have googled some support groups and the like but I feel like the staff dropped the ball. Why would you schedule my ultrasound after a miscarriage with a tech who cannot even review what she is scanning with me? You should have set it up with Dr.Haslett so we can have a one and done. I want to put this situation behind me but how can I when I get partial or no information from this office? It is really disheartening to have to deal with this on top of everything else. No one warned me that I would possibly bleed for 2 to 4 weeks after this miscarriage either. I had to Google that as well. During my 10 weeks most of my insight came from there and that is not okay as I would have rather had it from my OB, who I only got to meet twice. Also, if my kids father cannot come back with me due to Covid, I get that, but there should also be restrictions on having students in the room as well.

I have been going to Dr. Haslett for 6 years now and she delivered my last child. Amazing doctor and staff. I mostly only see the PA now that’s there but still like going there. I won’t go anywhere else unless she closes.

I called to make an appointment when I was 5 weeks pregnant. I was told they didn’t have anything available until January 7. Today when I went to my appointment the receptionist informed me that I couldn’t be seen today because I didn’t have 2600 dollars to pay up front today. She said it had to be paid by 24 weeks and since I was already 10 weeks it had to be paid right now or I couldn’t be seen. But mind you there was another lady there who was 8 weeks to her knowledge and they made a payment contract with her and allowed her to keep her appointment.i would hate to think race played a part in the receptionist attitude toward me. We are literally two weeks apart and nothing could be done for me other than them turning me away. The receptionist clearly didn’t care about me or my baby just the money. She even announced my situation in a room with other people in there. I would have gladly paid the money I just didn’t have it at that very moment. I’ve never felt so worthless in a doctors office in my life. I heard from another lady in the lobby that dr Haslett is a good doctor but I’ll never know because I’m going to have to find another doctor after waiting all this time for an appointment. Thanks for nothing

Rude office staff

Dr. Haslett is a concerned, caring physician and her office staff are wonderful. Her office is the normal doctors office, neat and well organized. I cannot imagine why there are negative comments about her office. My wait was about 15 minutes--thats fast for doctors. Dr. Haslett spent time in the examination, diagnosed my condition, and is taking care of it. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a ob/gyn. She has a thriving practice!

I put 3 stars in general for the office. Dr. Haslett gets 5 or more stars. I love her as a doctor! She is amazing and kind and cares about you. She is also funny. Now I have been seeing her almost 10 years and she saw me through out my first pregnancy. She was unable to deliver the baby as she broke her foot and was unable to really stand for long periods of time. Recently she just switched over her staffing needs and well the only one I can say that has been any type of help is Jamie. She has been there for me several times. Other than that they are all nice and pleasant but seriously need a new training on how to better assist her patients. They were unorganized and not sure what was happening. Also the wait is always long but i expect that as she is the only doctor their and has to deal with deliveries and stuff. The wait is anywhere from 30 minutes to 2-3 hours! That wait has been recent as of now....I switched doctors due to staff not because of Dr. If he staff has better training then I will be back until then...

She is the worst Dr you could have stay away from her if your pregnant, she is inexperienced and dont care about her patients..her rookie mistake cost me my sons life!!! She made me deliver too early saying I had high blood pressure and did NOTHING to help me, she didnt even talk it over with my high risk Dr who was an amazing man by the way, Katrina Haslett is all about packing her office in for money and not caring about her patients WHAT SO EVER

I really only have one word to explain my experience “ Amazing” Dr Haslett is probably the nicest and funniest Dr I have met. I am glad i came to her office. The staff there is also great, you are always greeted with a warm smile. I would never go elsewhere.

I have been going here do to my new insurance. I have seen dr. Haslett less then 3 times out of 6 months being pregnant. She doesnt stay very long & told me that i wasnt aloud to bring my other children to my appointments. When she hears other children crying in the office she cant stand it. Her whole attitude changes. If i had another place to been seen at i would.

Dr.Katrina Haslett has been my doctor for 5 years and has delivered my two sons four years and four months she is beyond the best doctor Ive ever had. She has such an welcoming heart. She is very hands on. And ask lots of questions. Always make sure im well treated and taking care of. I have no idea why there are any negative comments about her shes amazing her staff is amazing I love them all. I truly get excited when I have an appointment to see Dr. KATRINA HASLETT. I would recommend her to friends and family and to anyone I crossed paths with.

She is a wait, but worth the wait. Some say ghetto, I say no BS. Dont know what this nonsence about a dirty waiting room is to be honest and the ladies on her team are great as well. Im happy to have her delivering my son because I feel she really does care about what she does and she works hard to provide her patients with quality service. Keep it up ladies! Wow its really sad to see that some things never change... This lady delivered my first child in 2004 and was the same way back then. She has no compassion or bedside manner at all, I thought that is was due to inexperience but I guess not! Best of luck to all that have had to deal with her.

Omg this people are disaster..... They been canceling my appointment for 3 times and my situation was very important.... The last time I was there I was told to drink water for ultra sound and I sat there for 1:30 after all I was told the technician got emergency I have to go..... This is the worst place ever.... All they care about is making money.... The white skinny black hair receptionist is very bad.... Jean or Gina she is awful.... It seems like once Dr. Haslett secured her practitioners license, shes taken the easy street and become rather lazy towards self-improvement both physically and mentally.She seems to overbook her clinic, yet despite this, she only works 4 days a week and takes 2 hour lunches everyday. We have often had our appointments cancelled with little or no notice also.We visited Dr. Haslett on a couple of occasions and have questioned her ability and knowledge of the procedures she offers as an OBGYN. After chatting with her, she uses humor as a deflection rather than providing an informative answer to the questions and concerns I pose. I am not filled with confidence in her ability at all. She has ordered incorrect scans for us, not marked urgent matters as stat, provided bad information and become very slow and hard to reach in matters of urgency. She is stagnant and cannot keep up through her lethargic nature.In addition, her website and professional profile picture a very different physical image to how she presents herself today. These images are over 10 years old and its not a fair representation of the person you are going to engage.Some of her online reviews are not genuine as you can see that as soon as a 1 star review comes in, an immediate contradictory 5 star review appears. This doesnt cast a very genuine and honest reputation of the services offered by Dr. Haslett.Take your care elsewhere. There are plenty of good caring OBGYNs in Las Vegas. Do not settle when you can have more.

Well I just met her Thursday and too me she seemed fine and fast I like the fact that u get or blood work done right there and then.. But not the fact that she doesnt do her ultrasounds there... She seemed like a chill Dr idk maybe I have to see more of her...

I used to love Dr Katrina H. until she did my hysterectomy. She did my surgery in May 2018 4 days later I was back in the hospital with an infection, I was in an out the hospital for 3 months sent how with a piccline an home health care nurses all she could tell me was I dont no whats wrong. The infection Dr told her she needed to open me back up an clean the infection out and she said No!!!! Im not doing surgery again. She really doesnt care about her patients its all about money. i am still in pain. She told me she didnt have to give me a blood transfusion during surgery GUESS WHAT that was a lie its in my medical records that she did. Once she got paid she dont care how you feel afterwords. She doesnt hide that i really dont care attitude. God see and knows everything. Please be careful if u are letting her do ur surgery hopefully yours turn out better then mine BUT IF YOU REALLY KNOW WHAT I KNOW U SHOULD RUNNNNN...

I visited Dr Hasletts office today for my first OB appt. I have to say I was a little hesitant after reading all the negative reviews about how messy her office was and how the wait time was awful. I almost cancelled my apt and tried a different Dr, but Im glad I gave her and her staff a chance.The office was clean, maybe a little outdated (a little) décor-wise, but I was satisfied with how clean it was. My wait time was about 25 minutes past my appt. I have to say though, that to me (and my BF) it was worth the wait. Dr Haslett was fun and easy to talk to. She took her time in answering our questions. I really felt that she and her staff were sincere and cared about us and our concerns and our babys progress. The staff was patient and listened to us and treated us with care.I guess one other thought Ill leave this review with: Dont judge a book by its cover and not all reviews may be helpful, good or bad. Everybody is certainly entitled to their opinion but I think its worth giving it your own shot and making a decision as to how you feel about his office and doctor for yourself. :)I look forward to my next visit with Dr Haslett. If i could give a -0 rating trust me I would. By far the worst most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life. I work in a hospital I know proper patient care. The staff is rude unorganized and does not communicate with patients. I made my appt a month ahead noone told me I needed to be 30 min early i showed up to my appt 15 min early. Mind you i never received a reminder call took the day off of work. The staff acted like i didnt make a appt because they couldnt find my name. Mind you im still 15 min early! When they finally find my name the staff tells me they have to deny me or I can sit and wait around through out the day but theres no guarantee the Dr. Will make time for me. Im confused make time for me when im the patient who is early and made this appt 30 days ago. And noone told me i had to be 30 min early. The girls up front were unprofessional and very rude not to mention the Dr not having patient care or respect makes me happy I was not seen by this Dr.

My first visit to this office, I was a new patient, I was really looking forward to seeing Dr. Haslett. The office made sure not to waste their time by constantly reminding me few days before my appointment. BUT they were just very not considerate for wasting the patient time. I arrived 40mins early, they instructed to arrive 30mins prior to my appointment. I waited over 2hrs and was told there were 3 patients ahead of me still, then 20mins later, I was told to reschedule.... the receptionist told me that there is a opening a month later!!! I waited for a month to see this Dr for the first time, waited over 2hrs and told to reschedule for my first visit again... How would a new patient feel about that? I wouldnt ever want to reschedule. The receptionist reassured me if I cant find another gynecologist, they have my paper work hahahaha Ill make it my mission to find a better DR with more respect for their patients time.

I recently divorced my OB/GYN after 25 years of going to him. I decided to see a new Doctor & a woman after all these years. My appointment was on September 29th 2015 I did have to wait for over 45mins. In the waiting room but once I got put in a room her staff was very welcoming and professional. I waited maybe another 10mins in the room before the doctor finally came in. I found her to be very friendly and down to earth something my Ex-Gyno wasnt. She was a great listened and seem to sincerely care, another quality my Ex-Doctor doesnt have. She took her time I never felt rushed and I understood her wait is so long, she takes her time with each patient and makes you feel like no one else matters while shes with you. I will return to her and plan on making her my permanent Gynoclogist ❤️

Clean office, Im seeing her for my prenatal care. Wait time isnt long. One thing I cant stand is waiting in an office for 45 min, and sitting alone in the exam room for another awkward 20 min., luckily with her I didnt. She was patient and actually asked and cared if I had any questions. Unlike some others that just make you wait 1hr and see you for only 5 minute then send you on your way.

I had a bad experience today at Dr. Haslett office 12/28/16 . I walked out their office today at around 10:28 due to the partner/Assistant doctor of Dr. Haslett did not even took the time to let me know she was busy on her computer. My appointment was set to 9:20 am I arrived on time at around 10:28 decided to walked out their office. The front desk staff was very friendly but in my opinion is Dr. Hasletts partner is too occupied on her computer, the staff should not book any appointment until they know she is ready to see patients. Too sad that they do not respect their patients time and needs!!!!!!!
