Came during posted business hours, no one to be found, doors locked and phone number not working.

Thomas was very helpful- he expedited my order and personally delivered it to our home. He was very friendly, remembered me and my order, and was very efficient.

I spent six months trying to honor doctors orders. Since being connected to Tropicana Medical Supplies my problems are solved. It is so great to have someone local that can provide my medical needs with such timely and courteous service.

Save yourself much frustration . First off, they don’t answer the phone and after driving there in a frantic tizzy to get there b4 closing, doors locked and closed 15 minutes b4 closing hours . May have been closed much longer since I have tried calling for an hour to no avail. This place is a joke and when you are dealing with the needs of people with medical problems, probably should be accurate and helpful. Don’t go here!!

I arrived during business hours on a Thursday. The door was locked. I rang the doorbell quite a few times. No one answered. The windows are all opaque, and you cant see into the store.

There never open and they really make it bad for people to get there needed medical supplies.....

Joke aint even a decent supply store go elsewhere

Thomas from the time he answered the phone was super helpful. He followed up, even fought with the insurance to ensure that my aunt got a wheelchair. He personally delivered to us as well. I appreciate the kind attitude as well as the above and beyond. I work in the medical field and dealing with it from a patient perspective is quite frustrating. Its definitely the reason why not just accepting a first no is so appreciated.
