They made buying bras after cancer surgery so comfortable and reassuring. The staff was polite and professional.

I went here the other day with my husband so he could get fitted for a leg compression device for his DVT. The only thing I do not like about this location is they have very limited hours (M-F) and we really had to rush here after work as they are private sector and take all public sector holidays. Other than that, whomever is doing the fittings needs to be cognizant of the privacy of their patients. My husband and I fully heard the lady yelling out a womans bra size while she was being fitted after apparently having a mastectomy 🤦🏽‍♀️.

Came in with my husband and was greeted and welcomed! The owner helped us immediately and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable of her business. She took the time to explain the unknown to my husband answering all of his concerns. Extremely pleased with the professionalism and the personal experience there enhanced my day.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered compression stockings. Told them they did not fix correctly MULTIPLE TIMES. I was told that I was wrong and that they would fit for my procedure. Now here I am AFTER my procedure and the stockings are NOT FITTING AT ALL. Staff does not take patients seriously and are very lackadaisical about their clients needs.

The team here is the best when it comes to meeting your compression needs! Whether it be for running compression, venous insufficiency, lymphedema, or lipedema. They keep a wide variety of sizing in stock and if they dont have what you need for some reason, they are great about getting it ordered quickly. They also specialize in compression bras for mastectomy and pneumatic compression pumps for edema in the limbs! They will measure you for garments and help train you on how to get them on and off if needed. Very friendly staff!

First I came and they told me I need a prescription from my doctor so my insurance can cover the compression stockings. I asked if they take my insurance and the answer was yes! I went to my doctor, got a prescription, came back here and they told me my insurance doesn’t cover it! Lazy people

When in this establishment was measured and fitted for compression socks call the lady that ordered them I would like as many pairs as my insurance would cover they only ordered me one pair how am I supposed to wear compression socks every day with one pair so call them back they said there must’ve been some misunderstanding when it they were ordered. Call my insurance they said no you’re allowed three pairs every six months they called MMS they fed them a line of malarkey So now they are going to order my other two pair which they should’ve done in the first place and now I have to drive 30 miles back across town to pick them up this place does not deserve your business there’s other places that would take care of their customers better than they do.

I have been using this company for two years and have been satisfied. However, they have new gloves that the company is selling for $4.00 a pair. These new gloves do not grip the compression socks so that the socks can be properly placed on the feet and legs. I went back to complain and possibly either get a refund or a pair of gloves that grip. I was told if I want gloves that grip, go to HOME DEPOT. Also I was not allowed to speak with the manager because she could not leave her computer. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Insanely over priced and dishonest. Found the exact same stocking they sold me today online for 20% less. Called to ask for the measurements they took, so I can order any replacements on my own and avoid their 20% up charge, and they refused to give them to me.Was told my measurements are confidential, which is not only a lie but illegal. Any personal information, such as measurements of my own body, can never be withheld from me. They questioned why I wanted to know, and I honestly stated so that I could order any replacements if needed.The compression stockings I was fitted for do wear out over time and can tear fairly easily. Its not unreasonable for me to want the ability to order replacements if I need them. They claim its their HIPPA Policy to not release the measurements, but HIPPA applies to releasing private information to 3rd parties. Im not a 3rd party, these are measurements of my own body.Do not give this company your business. They require a prescription for a product you can order yourself online, up charge you by 20%, and then refuse to provide you with your own personal medical information due to non existent privacy laws.

Mobile Medical Services is very lazy and shows empathy toward its customers over concerns and services. I went to MMS on Saturday which at the time was posted at open (it has since been updated) but they were closed. I than went on Monday to get some medical stockings and informed them that they are listed as open on Saturdays, they replied oh yah, Ive herd that and went about business as usual. Great Response! I than shrugged off this bad first encounter as Monday and purchased my supplies which go toward my deductible and than I would be covered by my insurance and even get money back. I checked in with MMS about 3 weeks later to be sure they sent out the clam becasue there were no pending claims yet and medical bills were rising. They said it was still early but they have sent out both claims already and everything will be fine. Now its been a month and a half with still no clams, they owe me $240 dollars and when I called they said now they would send the clams out so I got lied too on top of that. My doctors claims have come in and I saw them 3 weeks after I got the required medical supplies for sugery. I would usually be more patience and give MMS more time but they lied to me, they talk to me like they dont care and now when I ask questions they only say I dont know. Their lack of empathy for customers and inability to own the problem is the main reason for my review. Be careful with this supplier if you need help and dont get in a potion where they owe you money.

Whats the deal. You might as well go to the morgue instead of going to this place all the employees seem to have to the humor and hikings of a corpse the place is very hard to get into off of Sahara yes Craig crossed for very busy traffic and when you get there they tell you that you can come in and get your stuff but they have nothing in stores thats stock you have to order everything and it takes a week and a half or two weeks to get it so you have to get to go again this place is just not place to go for the stuff needs to be taken off of the list

Their services bounce between the comically absurd and the hilariously insane.. Im taking my chances somewhere else.
