Convenient for only one thing: they do lab work on site. Was a patient of Dr.Barry whom I liked .. until she retired (nutcwas still there that day - strange) .. On my last visit I was referred to nurse Labrocca, not a MD. I didnt know who she was. When I was taken to the room with the nurse who does the prelim exams, I passed by Labrocca who was on a computer. After the preliminary exams were done, I waited 40mns and no one had showed up so I exited the room. Labrocca was still on the computer. She looked at me and said that she would be right with me but had to go use the bathroom first. That when I knew who Labrocca was. I wonder how long I would have waited if I didnt go out to inquire. Then she came in with attitude as if I had bruised her ego by asking how long more should I wait. They only take 15mns with a patient. Why should we have to wait 40. Obviously, computer work is more important. Pathetic.

Dr. Hess is the best! Ive been a patient of Dr. Hess for about 5 years, hes the only physician I fully trust. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable, and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. Thank you so much for always being there for me!

I am diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia! Which is serious! Almost seven Months ago on December 21, 2019 I had appointment, which was scheduled back in November 2019. The week before my appointment I received a phone call from DIagnostic Center and I was asked; do I want to see another doc? ( at that time my doc was Dr. Hess) I told them NO I will like to stay with same doc who already know me, and if that is a problem please let me know!!Also month before Dec 21, 2019, I did my blood test and I was looking forward to seeing Dr. Hess, and find my results.I was told over the phone that in case that Dr. Hess cant see me they will call me! NOBODY CALL ME! A couple days before my appointment I receive messages from Diagnostic Center; NOT to forget to come for my appointment!? Ignorance! I still have voice message safe! The day when was my appointment I signed my name IN office and at that time I was told that Dr Hess learning how to use new things on Computer and he cant see patients but they will check out with him to see Can he see me... I dont think they ever did! Then they call complete insane angry women to come, and they said she is office manager, 😮 wow! OMG! Her name was Kimberly Movsesyants! She was so so rude and extremely impudent and disrespectful. A person who have no manners or enough Intelligence to understand how serious this job is! The person who is trying to intimidate Patients... Really?We are not jokes we are the people who need a health professional in our lives.HOW THERE you have somebody like her working in doc office???? And everyone have their heads down in office like they are scared of her...that tells are lot immediately! If she doesnt own Diagnostic Centar why she is employed there? I didnt think that car salesman person should be expert in doc office? I definitely didnt come to see her!!! She was racing her voice on me with no Controle, telling me how I cant see Dr. Hess! But who cares that Nobody call me and let Me know - not to come!??? So that ” manager Kimberly ” said that they will send me my blood test results?! They never did NEVER! After literally 2 months which was February I received letter from Owner of Diagnostic Centar that me and my husband ( who have nothing to do with all this) are not welcome to come anymore! With Kimberly signature also... Like I care at that point! She Dont even know how to send a letter... this was a special letter that requires my signature which should be returned to Diagnostic Center... the letter was traveling in the same city for 2 months! Again - not professional.. And should be in my hands in 2 days! Not 2 months!Really Kimberly? Did you go any further than elementary school? Funny! The letter also said again that my blood test will come and if I need anything before I find another doc I should call them! And Yes I call many times! I Never received my blood test results! NEVER! Or return phone call - NEVER! Keep in mind that I have keep all voice message from Diagnostic Center and every phone call that I made and how many times I call for simple one thing - results of my blood test, and once again I am Diagnost with very painful disease call Trigeminal Neurologia! For somebody to joke with that and not taking this serious and for Bullying Kimberly to have position that she have, Diagnostic Centar Dont even deserve 1 star! Shame on owner who never ask or call me to find out what really happened! All of people are actually scared of Kimberly! Why? Who is Kimberly? Why she is not nice and respectful person! All this was Diagnostic Centar mistake because you didnt call me and simply reschedule my appointment ! So simple! You even call me to come!!!! Well I am happy that I Dont go there anymore, but my letter will go-to BBB. And hopefully make some people think twice who their employee is! And people who think to go there and give business to Diagnostic Center.. .Also, I will call my insurance and let them know they pay for a blood test that I never received!

Long time patient of this place, booked an appt 4 months ago for the earliest available!! booked the appt anyway, showed up to realize they moved.....might be good to mention that when a patient books appt. well thankfully i was extra early so i had time to make it there, but then i go to sign in and they say my dr is NEVER there on mondays.....well why did i get booked for a monday? i called 2 weeks prior and confirmed my appt., bur now rhey say it was 4 days earlier, what a joke. ive co firmed my appt twice but they dont want to take any responsibility, dr. hess is a good doc, but the office staff at this place are a joke. and i was gonna have to chamge anyway because if im feeling sick, well 4 months down the road my symptons are most likely gonna be gone

I just want to take a moment to mention an employee at the Diagnostic Center of Medicine on Durango here in Las Vegas. Her name is Jennifer and she is a receptionist there. On all of my visits, she always greets me with a friendly smile! She is always efficient, professional, and caring. She is what I call a people person and she is a definite asset to the office! Thanks again Jennifer.

Great place as long as you don’t get Dr Templar. He doesn’t take time to figure out what’s really going on with his patients. I detest non caring physicians!
