Dr. Dempsey, Beth, and Ruby are phenomenal. The most caring Dr. Office I have ever been to. They all spend quite some time with you and always make you feel so welcome. I wished I had found this place a long time ago.

Ive been in he care of Ethan Young PA for the past two years and hes been incredible! Im a young woman with chronic pain and he listened to me and helped me get to the specialists I needed. Im now getting the surgery Ive needed for the last 7 years to relieve my pain. I couldnt have done it with out him. He really listened to me and never tried to just rush me out of the office. I am so grateful for the help Ive received from them.

Love PA Ethan. Its so hard to find a good primary care provider. He listens to what i need and takes great care of me. Not judgemental and has an awesome personality.

Dr. Andrea Dempsey is remarkable. She has been my primary physician for over 10 years. Not only does she take great care of my health, but also is extremely welcoming and personable at every appointment. It is not often you find a doctor that combines personal touches and care for a patient. She instills confidence in her approach towards patients with her continued focus on current medical knowledge. In addition to her medical practice, I see Dr. Andrea Dempsey in her medical spa, Dermabella and hormone replacement therapy practice, Juvenescence. Dr. Dempsey’s medical and spa staff are wonderful as well. They are always warm and welcoming with every interaction from start to finish. I highly recommend the Medical/Spa practice of Dr. Andrea Dempsey!

Amanda; due to an emergency visit and she is amazing too! I am very pleased with my visits! Thank you everyone at this office!

The staff was very nice. Hard to reach and if you leave a message they dont get back to you for days.I did the pellets and gained 8 lbs in one month with diet and exercise that was in Dec. It is now March still no weight lose and a lot of body fat. I am so disappointed and depressed I think it is a waste of money.

Dr. Dempsey has been my primary care physician for 5 plus years. She is knowledgeable, a great listener and very easy to communicate with- she is intuitive, caring, and efficient. She is my health care quarter back and facilitates my wellness plan including a well thought out treatment plan. I know that I am in super competent hands (in light of cancer diagnosis 6 years ago- still clean/but she stays on tops of all labs/exams/etc.), and that she is one of the best listening doctors that I have ever seen. She is on top of wellness/preventive care as well as medical treatments. She is super competent and thorough and I have the utmost trust in her. Further, she keeps herself and staff up to date on cutting edge treatments and choices. Its also nice to know that she has physician assistants on her staff in the event of an immediate appointment request. I am grateful for Dr. Dempsey and her excellent staff & professional team. The front office (Muriel in particular) is caring, will follow up when necessary and one of the best front office staffs so far- super personable and engaging.

Been going to PA Tamika and Dr. Dempsey for several years now. Excellent provides always listens to my concerns. I feel like PA Tamika always goes above and beyond to do what she can to always help me. I never have to wait more than 10 to 15 minutes if that. The front desk Staff is always friendly, Lauras smiling face and even the great nurses especially Vicky who always welcomes you with a huge smile as well. I would recommend these providers. You wont go wrong!

I originally saw Dr. Dempsey 5 years ago. Absolutely wonderful doctor! I then was seeing Heather Ta. Again, absolutely wonderful! Heather left and so now I am with Elsa Brown. She is an incredibly bright woman and knows her stuff and I thoroughly enjoy working with her . I have never had any problems with any of the staff as they have always been incredibly nice and helpful to me.

I have been seeing PA Heather Ta now for just under 3 years. She is kind, sweet, caring,smart and Intelligent! She is honest and open. She is not pushy, but lets you know what she believes you should do. She has been so helpful to me with my many health issues, and one of my Biggest Cheerleaders in my weight loss journey.My husband my daughter and myself are all blessed to have Heather in our lives and taking such good care of us.The rest of the staff is wonderful also, always a smile for you, friendly and caring as well. No longer fear the Dr.s office.

I have been a patient of Heather Ta for about 7 years now and have recommended her to my friends and family members. She really listens, takes notes, and cares about the overall well being of her patients. Every time I see her she always asks about my husband (hes also her patient) and a couple of other friends that I have sent to her. I adore her!

I have been with this Dr office over 2 years. It was great at first. I would see Heather all the time LOVED HER! Ever since she left the practice it has just been going down hill. Also the girls upfront arent the same anymore except for one and the new ones arent friendly what so ever.

Really like how they operate. My initial visit was just an interview. Nice. This enabled me to become comfortable with the inevitable examination. Very good follow up care. All in all very professional service. Tamika is as compassionate as she is honed in her craft.

I had been going to Dr. Dempseys office for years, but I will never go there again! On more than one occasion, they were unwilling to answer the most simple question over the phone, required I make an appointment to discuss (in my opinion just to be able to charge insurance), but didnt have an availability for more than 4 weeks.I know this is a business, but they have proven time and time again to be more concerned with the dollar than patient health and well-being. I am mortified.

I found Dr. Dempsey and her staff to be prompt and professional. While I had to schedule my first appt nearly 6 months in advance, I have not had to wait long in the lobby on the day of an appt. Overall, I think she is really nice and thoughtful in her care.

I have been going to dr. Dempsey for over 10 years, I have referred several people over the years. I will never go back to her office again . I had an appointment I showed up on time the rude girl at the front desk tells me that my appointment has been cancelled dr. Dempsey had to go somewhere. I will start by saying I live near anthem so not only was my drive long the girl tells me at the front desk that she can do me a FAVOR and get me in a month later after it took 3 months to get in to that appointment!!!!!! They dont care about you as a human just a dollar amount and a number!!!! So I got upset and the Male at the front desk who is dr. Dempsey husband later called me to tell me it was not the girl at the front desk fault instead of calling me to apologize for the whole mess. I will never refer anyone there again and I will never go back.

Appointments are never available. Sometimes when I’m sick I call in an appointment and there no availability for weeks, sometimes months! When you come in, be ready to wait 45 min to 1 hour past your appointment time.The office manager is rude, not to count his lack of higiene and unprofessional manner. I confronted him about the lack of availability and he basically said he didn’t care.The attendants at the front are rude and have an attitude. The only thing I like is the doctor herself, well that is, if I can see her in person once in a decade because she’s so busy. I’m looking for a new primary care physician.

I have been going to Dr. Dempseys office for several months now. Tamika (physician assistant) is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this medical business to everyone.

Please stay way. You need to be rich to go here. No other options only the most expensive meds are prescribed to meet quotas!

This is the best dr office in town! I have been going for about 3 years now. I never wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room and the staff is always amazing, happy, and helpful. I never feel rushed and Tomika always works until we find the problem, not just a pill popper! Highly recommend!

This practice used to be exceptional and patient focused. In fact, Heather Ta saved my life in 2014. However this practice is awful now. The front office staff is rude and the medical assistants are incompetent. I would not recommend!

Heather Ta is amazing, truly cares and spends more than 5 minutes with you, however, i am very disappointed with the professionalism of the staff, from her medical assistant to the front desk. If you can over look that you will love Heather.

I have been going to this Dr office for years now, Heather Ta was my physician and I love her.. she is GREAT!However, she is leaving the practice and the attitude of the front desk staff is enough to cause me to leave.I had one experience with Tamika, she was nice, but I dont think she is nice enough to outway the rudeness of the girls at the front desk.They talk to you like you are dumb and worthless and act like YOU are to blame when they mess up appointments.It did not used to be that way, I dont know why these girls developed their attitudes... but I wouldnt recommend this office simply because of that!My mother is also a patient of Tas and will likely be seeking another office for the same reason!I hope Dr Dempsey sees this review and speaks to them about it before she loses too many parients!

Dempseys staff is a disaster, ..... They dont send the prescription to the pharmacy on time. I had to wait two days to have the medicine. They like to say lies like I already sent the prescription, but at the end you need to call the pharmacy in front of the staff to have this almost the second day.The worst office in all the town

The staff is cool and nice. LAB CORP IS IN HERE ALSO FOR BLOOD WORK.. THEY TAKE United Healthcare insurance
