Dr. Chan and his assistant Laine are truly caring and communicate every aspect of my evaluation. I’m always left with a sense that I matter and they give me given ways to maintain and improve my health. I am 70 and have had many doctors in my lifetime. I feel Dr. Chan is among the best physicians I’ve had. This is a great doctor and wonderful staff.

I cant say enough about the team of Intermountain Healthcare, at the Buffalo location. My primary doctor, Dr Philip Lam is the best. He takes the time to go over all my blood work and any issues I maybe having. Im so comfortable with him. I can talk about anything with him. As a woman, its not often you get a male doctor and he puts you at ease from the 1st visit. His assistant Nurse Maria is a sweetheart. Shes spot on with follow-ups, and making sure I get lab, mammograms etc done.The personal touch is 5 star and above.Front Desk team, always greet you with a warm greeting and big smile. That sure changes ones bad mood into ... boy! Dr B Chan is so warm & caring. He is very busy BUT he never rushes my visit. I talk about all my health concerns & he listens and lays it on the line as to what is good for me as well as whats not. I trust him completely. He help s me understand aging & sets me at ease. All the staff is kind & cheerful. Ive never had to wait for more than 5 - 10 minutes to be seen. Im 71 y.o. but they treat me like some one special.

My visit was with Dr Lam through FaceTime. It was a routine check up. Dr Lam, as usual, was very thorough. Went over every items in the blood test, with detailed explanation with items which are out of normal range. He also provided guidelines to me to deal with those abnormal items. Then he asked me if I have any health related changes or health concern. Reminded me to make appointment with radiologist whom he already notified for bone density follow up test and compare with my last test result.I like the FaceTime experience and requested that we do the same for our next visit.

Nurse/practitioner Pierson was very efficient. Even took the time to clean my ears. Did an ekg and recommended I go to Quest for blood work. Set an appointment for me to see Dr. Lam.

Dr Michelle Pierson is simply THE BEST physician weve EVER seen. The staff at the office is AMAZING too. Dr. Pierson takes every symptom seriously and uses her vast knowledge and experience to really solve health issues- things other doctors wouldnt think of and works to get to the bottom of your health issues.The amount of detailed care we receive from Dr. Pierce and her staff is unmatched anywhere. It would take 3 specialists and five appointments to get the care we get in one appointment with Dr. Pierce. When she refers you to a specialist, shes already made a highly targeted plan and shes involved in your follow up and care.We are beyond grateful for intermountain healthcare, Dr Pierce, and all of the staff.

My doctor is always thorough with advice, keeps me on track re: my tests and meds & ALWAYS has time to address any concerns. His staff is professional, courteous and knows how to treat you with respect & kindness.

I see Michelle, a Nurse Practitioner, who helped me survive whatever I got in January 2019 (I think it was COVID) recently went for my annual checkup. She is the best. Easy to talk to, like an old fashioned family doctor, with the little black bag, who came to your house. Egads, Im getting old! If you need a family medical provider who takes the time to actually talk to you, I highly recommend her.

Had a wonderful experience from setting the appointment to the actual visit at Intermountain Healthcare Buffalo. The staff were wonderful and was amazed how polite (greeting and temperature check) and courteous they were at the end of the day (late pm appt.) Dr. Phillip Lam was a doctor I was looking for. As a new patient, he spent time with me (get to know me) and I to get to know him. Took his time to make sure he answered any questions I may have had. Also gave me numbers to call to set up my blood and other tests! Very pleased indeed.

I like the phone visit with Dr. Benjamin Chen! He is very nice and went thru details on the blood work, so I can understand how to take care myself in the future! The staffs are very friendly too! Thank you to all!

The clinic is not crowded with just 4-5 people ahead of me in the waiting room with 30+ seats and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I even got a flu shot & a blood flow test before I met my new primary care doctor. Dr. Chan is cordial and attentive and proceed to do all the regular checkups on me then based on my health data sheets and my own health complaint, he let me know what tests he will order today then follow up with more diagnostics if necessary before my follow up visit. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

These folks are busy. But you have to understand the uncertain times we are in. Despite all of this, you are greeted with courtesy and respect. The staff is first rate. Dr. Chan is a no nonsense,”get to the point”, professional. You can tell he has been doing his practice for a very long time. These folks made me feel pretty much at home given the circumstances. They are my healthcare and I am glad they are.

My follow up appointment was amazing. As usual, the front office and staff were very efficient and friendly. I met with Michelle Pierson, Nurse Practioner. She is professional, and down to earth. Discussed throughly our concerns; taking time and not rushing. She is extremely thorough. If I could give this facility, staff, and Michelle more than a 5Star rating I would. I’m so happy to have found the best in health care.

I am so happy with everyone at Buffalo Clinic! I felt the care of each person working there from the moment I walked in to departing. Ashly, Lisa (I think) and Michelle were excellent in taking care of me. Ive had great doctors, but Michelle was the best doctor/nurse Ive ever received care. I switched my Medicare add-on parts and they proved I made a great decision and in good hands. Cant say enough praise!! They even gave me a folder with a summary of my visit, a card with future appointments and other useful papers about my health. Honestly I was nervous changing my medical care, but now Im delighted! I am a new patient of Dr Lam. He showed his care of my well-being. He asked me all about my surgeries! He takes time to understand all my health issues.Ive had 3 primary care physicians in the last year or so--after my wonderful PCP moved out of state. I sincerely hope Dr Lam is the one for years to come.

Dr.Lam takes his job seriously. He is the first doctor I have had in 30 years that actually read my file.He took his time asking me questions and he actually listened to my responses. I feel that I am finally in good hands. My prayers have been answered.

They took the time to listen to me, addressed all my concerns, and had written out a plan for me outlining all the specialists I needed to see, and reviewed all my current medications and adjusted accordingly. I wasn’t not rushed and all my insurance referrals with approvals needed were completed the next day. Awesome health care.

Nurse Pierson does not know the difference between REGLAN AND METROCPRAMIDE. Same drug. Brand and generic. If another patient goes here, Verify everything with reputable sources. Her misinformation almost killed me

I had an Appointment. It wasnt long before Dr Chan saw me. He told me that alot of things were Good, but I had signs of a Heart Attack, which I did. Also double up on my Cholesterol, because it was almost twice as much from Normal. Ok me for My Hernia Surgery. Nurse, and Dr Chan was Very, Very Polite and Professional. Dr Chan went over my tests with me, and explained about each one, in Medical terms, that I could understand. I would definitely recommend Dr Chan to All my Friends. Only thing was; that, Dr Chan is 14 miles away, from where I live?

As a new patient at HCP i have certainly been impressed with the rntire staff and Dr. Chan. My wife and I formerly had a medicare supplement plan and also paid for a VIP medical provider. I have found the office visits for my wife and myself to be every bit equivalent to the quality of care that we were previously receiving, for which we were paying thousands of dollars per year. At this time I would rate this clinic a 5+ stars

Ive been a patient at the Buffalo clinic for the past 5 years. Initially I had Dr. Rileara and now I have Dr. Chan. Ive always been treated with respect and courtesy. The clinic is squeaky clean, the staff constantly nice and Layne, the assistant has been more than generous with her time and patience. I highly recommend Health Care Partners and especially this clinic.

I went in for the first time to get a simple prescription. Urgent care could only prescribe a days. I let them know what I needed they said well worse case we will refund your $100 visit. Within 60 seconds the doctor declined the script. I saw the individual that guaranteed the refund. Manager comes out and says that was a consultation haha. Terrible place, rip off clinic. Be careful 1st timers. Any clinic but here

If I could rate this office and its Droctors a minus 5 I would. Its not the Nursing Staff,not that I trust them that much,there just Doing what the Big headed Doctor wannabes tell them to say. I apologize for the way I stormed out of the office today to the patients and nurses that were there. I have NO apologies to the Fake Dr Michelle Pierson or that medical Director or whoever she is. No wonder we have a opioid crisis in America. They write stuff to people who dont need it and wont to the people that do need it. When talking to them they knew nothing about Diabetic neuropathy and the pain it puts people through. Please do not choose this office Im not saying all health care providers are horrible with healthcare partners but have only talked to a few that were any good. And to think I never thought highly of Dr Robert Vadovic until now. He was like a god in my life. A man I could always talk to.

Ive been going to this office for 9 years. The staff is great! I have had multiple health issues including brain surgery, pancreatitis, cancer of 1 kidney that was removed. I average 2 visits a month!Dr. Lam is extremely FANTASTIC, KNOWLEDGE, VERY THROUGH, GREAT PERSONALITY, NEVER SAID ANYTHING THAT BOTHERED ORTHEYWORRIED ME. BEFORE DrLam they had, my female Dr. Was also really good and caring.The office is extremely clean, BUT THE STAFF IS OUT OF THISWORLD THE BEST! I ONLY STAYED after my female DOCTOR Left there, because of JAMIE, CRYSTAL AND MARIA!THE BEST STAFF AND SUPPORTGROUP A PERSON COULD ASK FOR.AND THEY HAVE EMPLOYED NEW GREAT STAFF members recently.P.N. Robert V. Is also a good medicalAdvisor. THEY HAVE SAVED MY LIFE AT LEAST 3 TIMES.ALL I CAN SAY HERE ISGOD BLESS THE BEST !

Unless you have insurance don’t bother, they’ve made an appointment but rescinded and told me to go to an emergency room for my script on the same day of my appointment. To them you are just a second class citizen.

Very good experience

My bad experience started when I went to her office. She incorrectly diagnosed my neck pain, even though I told her I was in pain. She said its muscular, after 2 more days I called her office and no one returned my call. I had to call HCP and get them to get me some medical attention, the problem was arthrisis of the spine. I had 3 appts. she was only there for one, she waits until the day of the appt. to call and cancel. If you see her associate you have to wait several hours. Currently, I am finding a new doctor and cancelling my association with Dr. Anjail Rege.

Wish I could give ZERO STARS. Would not recommend them to ANYONE!
