Worst Dr. appointment in the history of Dr. appointments. I cant even explain the disrespect and unprofessional behavior of this provider. Imagine being treated in your car without the Dr ever examining you yet offering lab tests...for what??? All this after they gave you a Rapid Covid Test which you tested negative for inside an examine room only to be escorted to your car for this bogus exam. Ohhhhh and DO NOT get me started on the crazy Practice Manager who swears she told me not to enter the building....never saw or talked to her EVER!!! Called me a liar, pointed in my face and came back for Round Two because she needed to tell my why she came out initially. Nope! I had one Covid symptom.. Nausea. Everything else isnt even on the list. Forte Medical lost a patient today.

I scheduled an annual physical to satisfy insurance requirements and had negative experiences in the office. The 10 minutes of actual in-person annual physical took over 2 hours to complete - an hour past my appointment time waiting because he was late and another hour waiting for a 5 minute blood draw. The office billed my visit as an establishing care medical visit instead of an annual physical which resulted in an additional fee not covered by insurance, and the office has resisted attempts from IHC Billing to rectify.

Lack of follow-through by the staff on referrals. Doctor and assistant repeatedly pointed fingers at “the system”, instead of arriving at a solution. Nothing was accomplished until my wife and I both confronted the doc about the problems. I was FINALLY given my referral to a specialist, after three week of waiting.Doc seems put out by having to spend extra time with the patient. When my wife asked him a question, he could be heard, saying under his breath, “You’re killing me!”He actually told me that if I wanted more-expedient care that I should go to a “Quick Care” center.I think we’ll be looking elsewhere for medical help.

I, dont have any thing negative to say about Dr. D, he takes his profession, just like a professional would, VERY SERIOUS!! With his awesome STAFF..,. 👍🌻

Love Dr. Dalrymple as my dr. A couple years ago my old dr location switched to only taking state assistance insurance so I had to switch Drs. The one they recommended was horrible. So I looked on my own and was extremely happy with Dr dalrymple. Office is clean, staff are very friendly and the Dr himself is very attentive. If I have a question he has no problem explaining. He is straight forward and to the point. And he doesnt keep you waiting forever for the visit. Hes amazing and happy to have a good Dr that cares about his patients. Thank you! I recommend him to everyone I know that needs a Dr. My bf goes there now and is happy with him. my co worker is calling him today to start seeing him. Highly recommend!

Dr. Dalrymple has terrible bed side manner and lacks empathy. When asked a question he responds with arrogance and “know it all” attitude. While he is smart, he behaves as though he knows it with an ego that barely fits the patient and himself in the room. I became scared to ask questions about my health. The unprofessionalism didn’t stop there, as his nurse went to the meeting area where her, the staff and doctor talked about me in a derogatory way because I asked a question about needing a test that had been canceled repeatedly. I also did not have my vitals taken during this visit, as well. I very much missed my original doctor, but healthcare partners changed my primary care doctor 3 times in 2 and a half years. If you choose to stay with this doctor, I do believe he is knowledgeable and that may be all that matters, but you will have to ignore his behavior and demeanor.

I need to preface this review by stating that this review has to do with this practices staff, not the actual doctor:Dr Dalrymple is a pleasant, intelligent professional. Here is my formal complaint, why I will be finding a new family doctor-I made my appointment several months ago, after being delighted by finding this new doctor. Today, I happened to be sick. As a patient with asthma, a common cold or flu needs medical attention. I arrived to the office, which is a 40 minute drive from my home. I stood in line, for several minutes, while other patients handled their business. Check in was easy. I sat down. Shortly after, another patient arrived, at about 1120, whereas late for his appointment. He began to raise a fuss, they took him back. Both of our appointments were scheduled for 11am. I know this because the front desk tried to turn him away. At 1137, the MA came out and asked me if my labs had been taken, to use for the appointment. I forgot. She then tried to turn me away, I had an appointment, for months, and, wanted to see my family physician. I told her I was sick and that I wanted to see the doctor. She refused and offered to reschedule me for another time slot.I AM SICK.They gave my appointment to the guy who was late, because he b*tched a fit. Then, they turned away somone who shows up, ON TIME, whos got asthma,with a chest cold.Bullsh*t. Ill be taking my care somewhere else. Sucks, I really liked the physician, but, its not worth the questionable office practices. That sucked.
