Dana the referral specialist is empathic ,caring ,kind, funny and overall a expert at doing the job all in one phone call. I felt comfortable and cared for by her. She truly has me thinking there is hope out there for good people. The doctor was fine, but the staff is really slow moving and appointments management need improvement. I waited one full hour plus to see the doctor for 2 minutes. 15 minutes wait is fine but one hour. Who has the time when ones schedule is already maxed out?Please mange your time better or schedule properly to have the patients flow in and out in less than 30 minutes!!!

Hard to overstate the importance of a caring physician & his supporting staff. On every visit , Dr. Coy & Eric provide a constant level of care & professionalism. Eric his medical assistant is very nice as well. Between the two of them they make going pleasant. Dr. Coy is the best Dr. In Las Vegas. Never met a more caring person in my 65 years. Listens to you, never rushed, always has a kind word. I met him by chance and switched him to our primary doctor. He should get an award for Best in Las Vegas. Knows exactly where to refer you if you need it. 👍👍👍

Went to get some of my moles checked out, I had one biopsied & wowww I expected it to be way worse. 2/10 on the pain scale.They’re all very accommodating & super sweet.I really liked the staff.Honestly the shot for the biopsy was the worst part. Burned a bit, but that’s normal. The assistant took very good care of me, administered the lidocaine, & kept me company for a bit. She’s so incredible. Wish I got her name.My main dr there was Olivia & she’s awesome! Very well informed & educated me a lot on my issues.10/10 would recommend. They’re all amazing!

Dr. Coy is the best. He is very efficient with his time, but is always courteous and willing to answer any questions and address any concerns.

All the people I interacted with were very nice. The place was clean and well maintained. Waiting time as a walk in for me was very short too. It was easy to go on my phone and register into their new system too. Only problem encountered was that the blood pressure machine used at the very start was way off on the high side. I just bought the unit Costco sells and was getting 116 over 78 once, and my daughter who graduated with a degree in nursing has the real deal and she was getting 123 over 82. Theirs had me at 143 over like 89 or something off the charts. Thats the only thing I wasnt happy about.

Experience was positive. It was fast and smooth when it was my turn. The waiting was so long. Was there at 8:am and waited for an hour. It was fasting bloodwork and I was so hungry already. The phlebotomist was nice, informative and she listens. The waiting was the only downside.

My appointment with Dr. Coy went very well. He took the time to fill out a form for me. Dr. Coy is a very caring physician. He spent a good amount of time with me.

I originally had a 7:20 PM appointment but was contacted to come in early. The appointment time was changed to 6 PM. I arrived at that time and checked in but sat in the waiting room until 7:30 PM.It is ridiculous to be contacted to come in early and not be seen until after the original appointment.

Took my mom in for her appointment she ain’t seen her doctor in quite some time and everybody was absolutely amazing.Big shout out to Eric and Dr Coy for treating my mom so well and respectful and courteous to her situation thanks guys

The wait time was longer than expected. I was the only one in the waiting room, but I think they saw me on the phone and probably thought I was still filling out the new patients forms as they are online.Which I didnt particularly like .The nirse was great, super nice and playful with my toddler.Doctor Evenson came in right after and really took time to listen and to ask questions to better help me.

Took a while to get in but My visit with Dr.Coy went well. He was thorough and listened carefully. Highly recommend.

We had a 4:00 pm appointment. The previous day they called to remind us of our appointment. The day of the appointment they called and said i needed to fill out the preregistration form so they sent me the link for myself and i filled it out. When we arrived they then told me i had to fill it out for my wife too. So i said i never got that link so they sent it to me and i filled it out. I then waited 40 minutes before asking whats going on. They said they were waiting for the insurance to be okayed. The man helping me was named Erasto. He said he was the one who talked to me and told me i needed to fill out the preregistration forms. I told him why did you not send them to me when you reminded me about the appointment the day before. I asked if it doesnt get approved today will i have to wait all day? He said yes. This infuriated me. Then, i asked is there anyway around this. He said i could pay the copay and i will be billed if the insurance wasnt accepted. I said why did you not inform me of this earlier instead of making me wait for an hour. I paid and everything was great after that. This man needs to be retrained or fired.

The staff at front are horrible dont know how to use computers or make a phone calls to insurance after waiting an hour I almost left the only good thing was the doctor and another rep that was there I cant remember her name but she was really nice

I made my appointment over a month ago to see doctor coy the lady that took my information knew that I had tricare select and that I would be a cash pay due to the fact that they werent accepting tricare select at the time not a problem I dont mind paying so when I went in for my appointment on Wednesday the lady at the counter Ms.Olivia I think was her name told me she still needed my husbands information for my insurance So I said OKI gave it to her but I explained to her that I was cash pay. She told me to have a seat she called me back to the window and told me that the office manager said they would see me that day but I could not come back well when I got into the exam room I talked to Tony which was doctor Coys nurse explained to him what happened talked to doctor coy .doctor Coy said this shouldnt be a problem because I was cash pay and I had already paid for my appointment at the window before getting seen when it was time for me to leave I was at the window waiting to get my information in my paper work from the lady and MY NEXT APPT =) Tina the office manager came over gave me her card and told me the please make a review and Tony also gave me his card I have to say Tina the office manager was amazing and super sweet and very understanding And tony as well hes amazing and Doctor Coy couldnt ask for a nicer doctor I would really like to make them my clinic and have doctor coy as my doctor As far as just the one lady Ms Olivia I think she needs to work on her customer service she a like cold . Maybe a language barrier not sure . But all in all LOVE THE STAFF ! Dr Coy listen to me and made me feel like I was important as a patient the Young Lady at the window did make me a follow up appt. DR Coys nurses have been so sweet and Ms Tina THANK YOU AND TONY !

Honestly one of the best Primary Care Drs (Dr. Bui) and staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are well organized, thorough, polite and Ive never had to wait longer than 20 minutes to be taken back for my appointments. Dr. Bui is super down to earth, speaks in laymens terms and is easy to talk to. His staff is wonderful, the nurses and phlebotomists and admin staff are all fantastic. Good location too on Charleston/Rainbow - easily and quickly accessible from work or home in less than 20 mins. I would highly recommend this team.

Loved my appointment as a new patient. Everyone there, from the personnel at the front entrance, to the medical staff and Dr. we’re all great and full of smiles.Dr. Coy, especially made me feel at ease. First of all as a walk in, I call and get told yo come @7;45, I get ther , they ask me who my dr.is , I say Coy, they say come back @1.I leave and come back at 1 only to way 3 hours, as sickly as I was !!!! Ther must be a streamline, when you call as a walk In in order to put down as an appt!! It is asinine to make a very sick individual to sit thru 3 hours of sitting in office, when it could be done from home! This is not the first time!

Dr. Coy is wonderful and listens. However the front Desk person at check- in is the rudest nasty person. She never says anything nicely its always with an attitude and talks down to you. You can never get her name due to she always has it covered. I have a strike three policy. This is the 4th time. Since I had to wait an hour to be seen. Watched her be rude and nasty to other patients.If it wasnt for Dr. Coy, nurses and the MAS with great personalities. There was a gentleman seeing me sitting in the waiting room and ask for my name to see what was going on and why I was still waiting. That was so sweet, however I did not mind waiting, but he did. Thank you to him and the rest of the staff. BRAVO!

Check in process is a nightmare. Staff is unfriendly and sour faced. Checked in twice online but still had to go thru the entire process a third time at front desk. Finally saw PCP at 0845 for a 0800 appointment. PCP was great and the only reason I subject myself to this level of low service.

This office is one of the best I have ever been to and Ive seen a lot of doctors in Las Vegas. The front desk staff are very efficient and always eager to help in any way. The medical assistants are really friendly and they get you checked in fast. The fact that they do walk ins is awesome as long as you arrive at opening time you will be seen quickly. The lab technicians are so great at their jobs, when getting blood drawn they are very gentle and effective even for people with the worst veins they are thorough and wont stick you multiple times like some places do. I have only seen one doctor there so I cannot speak for the others but Dr Coy is a superb example of what characteristics a doctor should possess. He is patient, thorough, soft spoken with a bedside manner you cant beat. Dr Coy cares about what you think and will listen to your concerns. This office is always sparkling clean with very professional staff I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

All paperwork is done online and the employees are so friendly and helpful specially Dr Coy.

When I arrived for my Doctors appointment Everyone in the front office was very friendly and checked me in with speed and ease. The Security guard that morning was also Helpful and friendly. My Doctor took care of my questions and was helpful explaining the results of my recent test that were done.

Visiting a doctor for results always has me on edge. My doctor, Dr Michael Coy is really good. He makes it easier to be there.The staff is friendly. However, it doesnt help when your on edge. They follow procedures and are careful with temperature checks at the door. Its comforting to have someone who actually cares

I’ve been coming here since 2011. I would like to say if it wasn’t for Dr. Coy I would have been still very sick. The front desk is Amazing in regards to customer service. The office is clean, getting in to see Dr. Coy is Easy Mostly I do walk ins due to my schedule and, times that I have transportation to go visit him as, I live way in Henderson Nevada about a 40 minute drive. My health is very important to me and, I do feel like Dr. Coy cares a lot with the people he sees on a daily basis. I give five STARS all around great doctors and, staff !!!!!! “ Keep up the great work “ !!!!!

Besides they have Urgent Care so you do not have to go to ER for minor emergencies! Great computer system and patient portal! Imported my records from Healthcare Partners in a different state. They are really true partners in health and listen!Saw Dr Evensen and he is also quick, thorough and reliable!

I go here for my Primary Doctor. Son Bui is good, straight to the point. Good professional. There’s never long waits for appointments and the girls there in the back are nice and quick. Front desk is decent, only ever had given me a hard time for trying to get my records but I got them.I would not recommend getting bloodwork done here though. I have really good veins on both arms but I got it done there once instead of at my regular Quest and I had a bruise the size of a baseball on my arm for weeks. I get it, it happens but that was the first for me so I will not be going back to the phlebotomist at least. I trained as an MA and that included basic knowledge of phlebotomy, I know what she did was wrong, I don’t know how they allow her to draw blood on patients.Overall, I enjoy this office and would recommend if someone was looking for a new PCP.

I have seen Dr.Bui since the early 90s and he is top notch, he is one of the few Doctors that will take his time to make sure you understand what is going on and always point you in the right direction. I liked the visit completely. From filling out the paperwork on my phone which was nice , they were ready for me before I was done filling it out. Which is nice , I hate setting an appointment and then them making you wait half an hour or more before they call you in , why make an appointment.. was a fast and pleasant experience..

Instead of waiting for someone to register you, the front office texts a link to your phone so you can input all the information while you wait. When I finished the registration and submitted it, I was taken back for my appointment right away. Dr.Bui is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer any questions. Great experience!

The people working there are very good at what they do. All were very helpful and did it with a smile. This was my first time there, the Dr I saw is sending me to another location because of my compromised immune system. This office is very busy. The office manager called around found a location and doctor For me closer to home.

Appt was 8am. Showed up at 7:50am and didnt get checked in until 8:20am. Got called into the exam room at 9am and didnt get seen until 9:45am. The front desk female is not too friendly. The doctor is really awesome that why I go back. Maybe its covid or maybe the workload is overwhelming for the doctor, Bui.
