Unprofessional office. I called several times to make an appointment for my son only to be put on hold for over 20 minutes every time. I did not speak to a live person except to put me on hold. Any other office would return to the call they put on hold and at least give an update. I didnt get that courtesy.

I am consistently happy with my visits. Waiting time can be tough when I just walk in. Just depends on the load. Dr. Tran is engaged, thorough and very helpful. Usually I get seen within 45 minutes as a walk-in.With appointments, I find my waiting time short. He is such a good Physician, that I dont mind waiting if he gets behind. It means that he spends the time needed with people, not just hit and run.I recommend this clinic to anyone and have sent out of town guests there.

You will leave this place wanting to burn it down. I would rather go to a doctor outside my network and pay triple the price than go here and wait 3 hours for them to see me. Its basically an emergency room in a strip mall. Thats a valuable public service but dont go here for your primary care unless you have absolutely no other choice. I was perfectly satisfied with the PA I saw after my endless wait and the front desk staff is courteous and professional-its just that their business model sucks from a customer service standpoint.

Got a physical exam done over two weeks ago and after Several phone calls and even going into the office to ask for my results, I still don’t have them! Don’t waste your time with this place, go somewhere else!!! 😡😡😡

Attention people Dr Tran does not work there anymore. But his name is still on the front door. Dr Royal Bradley is a joke along with the nursing staff! They ask well little to no questions what’s going on. The doctor will walk in and walk right out. Letting you know he’s prescribing medicine no question asked. Wants to give attitude when you tell him you need to ask question addressing medical issues. Worst bedside manner by far!

My insurance company called for a month to get additional documents. They were never able to reach anyone and they never called back. Insurance denied my service needed because the lack of care by the Procare staff. In extreme pain and now I have to find another doc to start over again. Thank you Procare for the incredible pain that you helped prolong.After getting denied because of Procare, I went their and the lady at the desk said I know the phones are broken, they have been broken for a long time. The lady called my insurance company but the system was down. She told me that she would call on Monday to fix the mistake and then call me. It is now Wed. night and SURPRISE 😲 I have heard nothing and nobody is answering the phone.I called Wed, Thursday, and Friday. THEY DO NOT CALL BACK AND LIE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO. THE LADY HAS NOT CLLED ME TO FIX THEIR IRRESPONSIBLE SCREW UP.

Dr Matthew Sanders is an amazing service provider. He listens and helps. The wait may be long because its worth it. The staff is kind and remember sometimes stressed out. Its a busy clinic with the connivence of a internal pharmacy. Staff is always upbeat and quick! Thank you Pro Care Medical Team!! Teamwork makes the dream work!!

Dr. Tran Sang is an extreme professional doctor, following I explained my illness condition at the first visit, he immediately judged that I was infected. He sent me to the urgent care at Spring Valley Hospital for surgery right a way. The surgery was done fantastic. Doctors at the hospital found that both my eyes and blood were infected. And I am OK now, I do appreciate Dr, Trans quick response saved me.

I have been going to Dr Tran for over 5 years. Best doctor Ive ever had here. Treats my entire family. Yes the wait times can be horrible but that is a reflection of Dr. Trans being amazing doctor who cares about his patients. I rather wait a hour to know Im getting fantastic care then being brushed off by other doctors in this town. His staff is wonderful .

The staff was friendly, but I would have appreciated being informed that I would not be seen for a while. I waited an hour and a half and was never called. Granted, I was a walk in and most people had appointments. But let me know up front instead of having me sit and wait forever.

I made an appointment because they said I would be seen faster. My appointment was at 3:30, I arrived 10 minutes early and 40 minutes later they call me to fill out the paperwork. No telling how long I would have had to wait to be seen after I completed the paperwork. I did not stay.

Truly awful to make an appointment and wait 30mins to be called back, then 50mins in a room, when I had to ask for assistance when will I be waited on...Only in for an allergy shot!I always thought it was ran better with Dr Tran...Ill definitely find another location to go to!

This was honestly the worse experience I have ever had with a doctor. I went in to establish care with a new primary care doctor and paid cash for my visit. I made a request for a sleeping medicine that I have already been taking for 8 years, and instead he gave me a medicine that I found out later is for major depression. I was very upset that he would do something like that. I also wanted some blood work done, but he brushed me a side so fast that I never even was able to discuss anything else. He is not a good doctor, and the nurse or medical assistant was pretty incompetent as well. I would definitely not recommend to anybody this doctor.

My family and I have been see Dr Tran for over 5 years. The only bad thing there is the waiting time. But you can going without an appointment. With appointment waiting time is much shorter. Dr Tran and his other doctors are all very professional and effective. I am happy with Dr. and his office.

Waiting time is outrageous! Every time I come here is 1 1/2 hour wait. Doctor Tran talks way to fast, its extremely hard to understand especially when English is his second language. Also when I tried to ask something he didnt want to hear, He showed superior attitude towards me. They attend to the members first so if youre new get ready to be bumped down the list and the guy at the front counter will give you attitude if you ask whats going on after an hour of waiting! Choosing a different doctor. Save your time and phone battery because youll be waiting for a looonnnnnggg time!

Rude doctors, by far THE worst.. Dont go here. Youll end up walking out offended and wanting to shut the place down. Girls up front are awesome but the little 4 foot nothing, pissed off, ugly, good for NOTHING Chinese man who thinks hes some high and mighty God of doctors has something seriously up his ass. Hes an angry little dude who has some issues and pent up aggression, he is snappy, abrupt, spends no time listening or addressing anything you tell him about and has THE worst bedside manner. If you request a different doctor he will tell you no. Your SOL. I dont know how much longer he will work there but I guarantee theres others who know this man and feel the same or worse about him. Save your copay money for a REAL doctor and go elsewhere.

Been going for 10 yrs. Always been satisfied client. My entire famy uses Dr. Sang Tran. I usually make appts because they are so busy.

This place is the worse ever I waited forever just to get a simple tb test reading when I was well over the 48 hr time needed for a reading. Had no explanation on why I had to wait FOREVER IF MY NEW EMPLOYER DIDNT HAVE ACCOUNT HERE FOR TESTING I WOULD HAVE NEVER CAME HERE EVER I WOULD RATE IT A ZERO IF I COULD STAFF IS SO DAMN CLUELESS

Dr. Tran is no longer at this facility. Instead is Dr Nguyen. He doesnt care about patients or any of the pre-existing medical treatments established by Dr. Tran. Hes mean and will give you a hard time.They also never pick up the phone or call you with test results. Go here to die.

Perfect place for horrible wait times, and extremely bad front desk service. Hold times on the phone are long, and unpleasant and they will hang up on you with out saying anything, youll just hear the phone slam down in your ear. I like the doctors there, but the front desk gives them a bad name.

Dr Tran has retired. Seems to same services although the phone system sucks.

It is very convenient that there is a pharmacy in the office, big plus. Not a fan of Dr Tran but than again who is. The place is a lot cleaner than most... Also a plus. I go for pain management and they do manage the pain however the doctors they refer to are idiots.

Worst doctor ever. Prepare for a long wait. It can takes up to 3 hours wait EVEN with appointment! And he always seem annoyed with his look on his face. SMILE and show your care doctor Tran.

Prepare for long wait and the dude Doctor is never there, hes more of the business person than a doctor.

Dr. Tran has short man complex and is a total moron !! His office is disgusting and he is incompetent as the front desks help is as well . Overweight grown woman gossiping and stuffing their faces instead of doing their job . Worst so called Doctor office I have ever been to !! Not to mention the 2 hr wait with an appointment.

Took my mother-in-law to see Dr. Tran because she only speaks Vietnamese. Waited over 2 hours pass my appointment time and still didnt get to see the Dr. Finally ask and all they can tell me was he was busy. Decide to leave at this point. Wasted over 2 hours for nothing.
