Dr Yu is so so patient and very sweet. He doesnt rush you. He is soooo gentle and kind. In fact.... we moved CLEAR across town. It takes us 48 minutes to get there so we decided to change locations to one that is much closer to our home. We changed our mind. Dr Yu is SO worth the 48 minute drive!

Jordan was awesome. He was empathetic and seemed genuinely concerned. I have had some exceptionally bad experiences in the past but this was a very positive experience for me. And I didnt have to wait very long to see him. HUGE plus!!

The staff at the counter was courteous. Could speak up a little. Roxanna is wonderful - her manner is friendly and supportive. Dr. A. is knowledgeable in so many areas and he takes the time to explain what needs to be explained so I can understand. We disagree on certain things (no flu or covid shots) but I think we have agreed to disagree. He is wonderful - I like knowing he knows more about medicine that I do. My husband and I are hoping he is going to stay here for a long time.

On July 14th @ 1:30 the lady that takes blood was horrible horrible horrible. She has taken my blood 3 times already but that day I guess she was having a bad day but she had taken my blood 6 days before that & I have alot of problems so if another appointment is scheduled then maybe they needed some more blood & when that lady seen that I had another appointment she came in the lobby behind the glass where the receptions work & started screaming loud that she just took my blood. & asked why do she have to take my blood again & started screaming & slammed the paperwork on the desk & said she was tired of this! I am bipolar so it took all the blood in my body to not flip out on that lady I mean Im still tramatized & from now on I will be going to Quest to have my blood taken & to be honest I hate this place with a passion now

My wife and I love Dr. Androssov at Intermountain Healthcare. He is just what we wanted to find in a care giver. The other doctors are great as well and are available if Dr. Androssov is away or unavailable, which is seldom. Triage nurses answer questions and give advice 24/7. Staff nurses that call and ask how you are and check on outcomes. Telemedicine is like having Dr. Androssov at home. My wife and I get appointments together so we can make one trip. Even blood tests at the same office.

Dr.Androssov is a great doctor. He takes his time and listens. He explains everything and goes over lab and test results. I never leave his office with questions.

Was called back to exam room timely. Nurse, Roxanne was very competent. Met Dr. Androssov for the first time. He was very personable and told me to call him Dr. A. He listened attentively and we discussed tests he wanted to run and an adjustment to my meds. Dr. A and Roxanne get five stars from me. The front office staff was also very nice and efficient. They also get 5 stars.

Everyone was very nice my new doctor Dr Yu was an excellent osteopathic doctor. And took all the Time in the world to explain my lab results and changed a couple of my meds and recommended an appointment for a sonogram on a stent that I had put in 15 years ago. , I am so pleased with my new Dr Emily La Bonte. She is very positive, informative and understanding. After the upset of Dr. Kelly Van Wagner leaving, I was beside myself with what to do after falling and having bone fractures in my face. As time went by, it became extremely difficult to find another dr. After going through many choices, she was the one. She Really seemed to care and I feel 100% positive of her helpand care.

Yesterday I had my new appointment with Dr. Yu here in Vegas. Im really glad he is my new primary now, he takes the time to listen and talk with you not like most Drs do now where you spend more time with the nurse taking your vitals than when your Dr comes in and rush through your appointment to find out what is going on with you.Office staff & nurses also very good I felt as comfortable there as I did with my Dr I had for 18 years until he retired.

As usual the doctor was top-notch, caring, answered questions, listened to me and my questions and concerns.The staff not so much. Made comments and questions about what doctor told me that made him look dumb. They need to assist and keep their mouths shut. No team work here.

Everyone is kind and considerate. Never rushed through my visit. Dr. Androssov takes all the time needed to answer all the questions I have. I am very comfortable and happy with my care. If I could recommend more highly, I certainly would!!

I Was disappointed first knowing that Kelly vanWagner Dr is no longer there and I will see a different doctor.I can say that the visit on February 8 was a very nice experience . I met doctor Yu for the first time, but he was patient and read my tests and explained everything in detail.I left comfortable and I hope to have same nice visits in the future.

My last doctor’s appointment was on 8/12/20 with my primary doctor. My doctor is absolutely wonderful and I have nothing but love for her. However, it was her MA that rubbed me the wrong way. I had a form to be signed by anyone in the office, which I presented to her. She assumed it to be a legal document of some sort but it wasn’t. She then gave the option of leaving it for the doctor to sign or I could take it with me and bring it back at my next appointment. Immediately her whole demeanor changed and she got an attitude and left the room. When she returned a few minutes later, both my daughter and I explained that at all other doctor’s offices, the MA there had no problem with signing the form, which was for gas mileage reimbursement. I even went as far as to show her on my phone the first page of the form that clearly stated anyone in the office can sign and it didn’t have to be a doctor. So, then I told her I would wait to let the doctor sign it. I showed her where to sign so that she could direct the doctor. She came back with the form having been signed in the wrong place and it was brought to her attention, and pointed out to her, and again she got an attitude for no reason whatsoever. My daughter and I both assured her that we were not trying to give her a hard time but she still was unpleasant in the end. I’ll be sure to bring it to the attention of my doctor on my next visit. Her behavior was unwarranted and unprofessional to say the least.

My Doctor shared most of the clinical information from the lab tests, as always , some good some not so good. Sometimes I think all health care providers should point out the good news and thoughts a bit more. I do think highly of my doctor and like him very much.

I have a great doctor 🙂.The staff are doing a good job with the people who are at the office. They are patient with me because I have a hearing loss and its hard to tell what they are saying wearing a mask. However, my daughter found a speech translation on my phone now everything is fine.

I enjoy going to this office, Dr Van Wagner is so good and takes time with me. However, I find it more and more difficult to get through to anybody on the phone. Long wait times, this did not happen when it was HealthCare Partners.Since Dr. Van Wagner has left the office I am back with Emily Labonte, she is marvelous. I trust her completely and she made me feel much better about getting the Covid shot. I’m very happy to be back with her I started out with her and I’m just glad to be back.

The doctor, Dr. Kelly Vanwagner was very serious about my case. She called me promptly to discuss my case. She told me to increase my food intake and drink plenty of water which I’m very compliant. She was very concerned about my situation that she ordered CT scan on my lower abdomen in addition to what I already have. I like this doctor even at the first consultation I had with her. Very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to my problems. I’m happy that I changed health insurance that I met this physician. I’m forever thankful to her.One special thing about this physician is that she reviews patients profile before meeting with them. She is ready to discuss in detail issues pertaining your health. Humana have very good doctors.
