Dr. Alexander is the most amazing pain Management doc in the valley. He treats you like a human being and he listens with empathy. Before Dr. Alexander took me on as a patient, I was experiencing gender bias. Having a rare disease, I decided that I deserved someone with whom I can trust, and know that Dr. has my back. And Dr. Alexander and the entire team are just wonderful ❤. This team treats patients with dignity, support, and compassion. Thank you Dr. Alexander and all the staff.

Dr Alexander is awesome. His office is a different story. Very hard to get someone to return calls or answer they phone. Poor communication

I will never come back to the Buffalo address. I was just treated like trash by this Kaitlyn girl. It was after 3 pm. I was set up an appt to see Dr. Alexander. Which he is a wonderful Dr. But the front desk is horrible. This Kaitlyn told me that the visit was not approved. I tried to explain to her that I had gotten approved by my attorney and that I really needed to see the Dr. Because I had no more prescription. She wouldnt let me talked she even raised her finger like telling me to shut up and leave. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me that no one was there above her. Then I asked where could I find a supervisor and she gave me a card with the Cimarron office address. But before leaving in a very sarcastic way she told me to have a wonderful day an. I couldnt believe it. The 1st time I had to drive again from lakemead and hollywood to their office just to get my prescription in paper after they lied to me 6 times telling me that the prescription was at the pharmacy which they lied. Once again I had to drive yo the office to puck it up because they just simple lied to me. This is unacceptable. I wont go back to that office.

311 North Buffalo drive is the location I go to which is the wellness center for pain management and I have to say its the best office he has its the only one thats organized and that is not rude. Dr Fab which I call her because shes fabulous is the one I see and she is just there to listen and to help you which I think is wonderful because most doctors dont listen I dont see Dr Campbell very often unless its injections for my daughters back but he is the one who started the practice and he is taken off and he is wonderful so is Dr Alexander and Dr Campbells wife theyre all wonderful I have no complaints zero complaints however, the Henderson office is a whole different entity of itself they are rude disrespectful, and I can go on with 10,000 other words in the vocabulary but I Will Not waste anybodys time do not go to the Henderson office until they get it straightened out thats all I have to say other than that youre in great hands.

Love love love the entire Buffalo location office! The doctors are wonderful & really listen to you. They offer real solutions & work to manage your individual issues. Every BODY is different. Every INJURY is unique. Fabiola is amazing! She really listens to me.Even the front office is great!The front desk gal Sandra is a fantastic multitasker, works hard at accommodating individual patients needs and is so nice every time I’m here. I really like/love all the doctors, just this one day the receptionist should have let all patients at check-in know that it was maybe a 1 hour or longer wait due to computer system being down. They also could have offered to see if anyone wanted to reschedule. Instead, I had to ask them how much longer after standing up & sitting down several times due to lower and upper back degenerated bone disease. 5/3/2021

I go to the office on Wigwam and Green Valley Parkway and staff is wonderful.I love Shannon. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and caring.

Long waits and doing tele health and getting perscriptions is such a hassal.

Dr Campbell is getting too big for his practice. The last 2 times I went to Durango Outpatient Surgery Center, Dr Campbell was the acting anesthesiologist. He isn’t taking the extra time to slowly push the propanol. Sure, we should expect it to sting but not burn the hell out of you. First, I have never had a bad experience when Dr. Alexander is acting anesthesiologist. Second, just because you tell us that there will be a slight burn as you administer the propanol, a rushing constant violent burning sensation does not equal your description.I’ve never felt the need to jump from the table as propanol is being distributed in the past.My procedure ended at 4:00pm , it is now 3:15 am and nothing is easing the pain with my knee after an oblation procedure.I’m very disappointed with the service being provided by Dr. Campbell. On the other hand, Dr. Alexander still takes his time to show he cares.I should have known that my procedure was going to hit a snaffoo, when there was no music playing in the operating room upon my entry.Maybe Dr. Campbell should take a moment and get to know his patients again.

Everyone has been polite, they work well with insurance for prior authorizations needed and have upheld this standard. If you’re a junkie don’t come here, if you have honest pain and can’t stand the constant run around I would highly recommend Dr. Campbell. All you have to be is honest. Highly recommended.

I visited them on 8-14-19, i was told by Dr Alvila, He told me he suggested that i see another Pain Management Dr, and start over,.Well when i read the letter that was given to me at the checkout desk, it stated i was being discharged due to noncompliance with the Narcotic agreement. It was signed Neville F.Campbell MD/MBA...I didnt even see him, plus they told me he wasnt there..so how did he write this? Im not on ANY DRUGS, I explained that more than once, i have been eating Salad Supreme, inwhich it has Poppy and Sesame Seeds, which give a false Urine reading for Cocaine....I wouldnt have given them any stars at all, but i had to so i could rite the review...i read everyones reviews and come to findout im not the only one that knows these so called Drs are very uncareing, a complete turnoff... They are the liars of the century as well!! Non careing attitudes, but put on that fake kindness, i see rite through their BS! Not proffesional at ALL! I see why people wrote the reviews that they did...WOW!!!

Dr Campbell did a wonderful job on my wifes back a couple of years ago. Now looking to schedule a appointment with him again.

I had my first visit today. I was in a motor vehicle collision and sustained some injuries. While talking about my head and neck, I disclosed that I am a 100% disabled veteran and have pre-existing back problems as well as a prior Traumatic Brain Injury.He then asked me about my TBI. As I was telling him about it, he told me that I did not have a TBI. I disagreed with him, only to be told the same.Apparently, the brain damage caused to my frontal lobe that has left a nice size lesion, Is not real. All of the doctors and specialist at the VA hospital are wrong. All of the imaging, test results are not valid. All of the problems that I have overcome and the ones still working on, never happened according to this guy.I guess this guy is a Superman doctor. Looks at you with his x-ray eyes and then uses the jedi mind trick, You are not hurt, go about your business.Then we start talking about my back and neck injuries from a motor vehicle accident. I showed him the different areas where I am experiencing pain. He looked at some notes from the ER and then told me that the bulges and my pain are not in the exact same place, so therefore I have no pain.How can anyone trust or believe this doctor??Does he believe he is Superman with x-ray vision as well as a Jedi? Move along, you have no pain.FYI, it is not Dr Campbell or Dr Alexander. I have not met either.After leaving the office and letting it all sink in. I became very upset. This doctor had spent considerable time typing notes. I am worried that he typed in misinformation or anything that is not correct.This guy clearly, should not be a doctor.

I was referred to CWPCLV by a friend & I am so glad! Dr. Alexander took time with me explaining & reassuring me that he genuinely cares about his patients. Dr Alexander works with you to determine the best plan of care letting me know that changes would come if we take steps towards getting me pain free or at least less pain. He listened & stopped during his diagnosis asking if I had question several times. The office, lobby & restroom were spic & span clean. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable & made me feel at ease from the appointment line to the reception to the medical assistant to the doctor. Keep up the great work

I have been with them for a couple years never had a problem until I got covid19 and had to have a phone visit instead was on quarentine wasnt able to leave my house then when I had one of the staff members call me to collect the $20 copay I had ask them if they could wait until Friday my appointment was on a Wednesday I had no one who could take the cash for me that was all I had was cash so then they refused to take my visit over the phone until I could pay them I was so furious that I left my home with corona virus and 102 fever to pay them so they can do my visit. So apparently money is money to them no matter what hopefully no one there got infected for I did my best and wore a mask when I entered there building. So please people have your monies ready for them they obviously have no mercy nor a bit of compassion for there patients.

Almost a year with this great Family and so far they resolve with passion any kind of issue sometimes surge in a medical environment. Doctor Javier is very detail and explain you the present, the past and the future of all your health problems. he is very knowledgeable and professional. I love that never the waiting time is longer than normal. First time in live I found a a clinic chat follow the schedules as scheduled.

The front desk person was very rude. My co-pay is $5.00 and they over charged me $45 dollars...which has been disputed with the credit card company. Follow up is horrible, 4 days and counting for a return phone call.

If I could give a 0 zero I would, got referd by a surgeon that I liked, had 2 make 3 different apts for the doc, very specific, finally confirmed that he would be available, 2 days before by them, extreme pain in neck area, when i got there, I was dropped off, Dr wasnt available and wanted me to fill out all new paper work outside in 100 + degree mid day, Im 70, in bad shape, in pain and take all precaution against covid, I told them , they said no exception, NEXT, When they are not concerned Its Usually ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, They show they dont care

Both Doctors are Incredible! I feel like Dr Alexander always has suggestions and options for me to try. He truly listens and encourages me. When youre in so much pain, feeling understood and cared about are really important! As long as youre willing to put in the work, they will be right there with you!

Excellent , Dr.s to staff they all have my respect. From correcting a misdiagnosis to adjusting my medications to drop my pain level a solid two points in a matter of a few days, without opioids. dont settle for living in pain come here they will help.GB

Not satisfied with the service of the staff. They asked you to leave urine on a tray unattended which doesnt make sense. Also the doctor prescribed me some medication yesterday morning and my pharmacy never received it. I called the doctor office back at least four times and i was lied to. Today is a new day and now i have to start calling again. So unprofessional. I shouldnt have to keep calling them.

New patient & I seen Dr. Alexander who is very patient, understanding, and he truly cares about his patients. Amazing office, phenomenal staff, its a very positive environment. I definitely will continue to & have already recommended Center for Wellness Care & Pain to family and friends.PS your first visit is a bit longer but its expected due to filing out paperwork as a new patient, but I seen others in and out as they were running on time which is awesome! The providers and staff are the best here. I would recommend them to anyone I know that needs to be treated by a pain specialist. They treat you like family here and make you feel comfortable to talk about the pain and work through it. They understand.Edited to add: Wanted to add, that I have pain from my head, neck through my back arm and legs. Ive been coming here for 2 plus years now?, and before that I was being seen somewhere else. At this point my migraines are basically gone. Our next step is my neck and back. Im comfortable enough to say that the plans Dr. Campbell has I am confident to think Ill be cutting my visits down soon. Patience is not virtue but it has paid off in this instance and Im so happy my primary doctor sent me here to see him and his staff. Between Physical Therapy and the procedure he will be doing on me, I dont believe I will ever have to have another knife cut in me. I love everything about this place. They are kind, considerate and always listen. Dr. Campbell has truly changed my life. I went in with so much pain and had tried everything under the sun. He took the time to try several things and kept trying until we found what works for me. I love the entire staff and usually am seen by Eric and he listens and never rushes me. They are the ones that were able to help me to function and enjoy life again. I honestly have no complaints. These guys are the best!

The staff here are pleasant. I have not seen either Dr.Alaxander or Dr.Campbel for about a year, my pain is under control. However I would always pick this place 2 take care of my pain.I do miss them both. There very compassionate, caring doctors.

Worst experience going to a Doctors office Ive ever had. Never late yet was turned away due to massive amount of paperwork not completed before visit. That was my first visit. Second visit was turned away because they lost the referral l provided on the first visit. Bare in mind Im dealing with severe pain. They told me they would contact me. Several days later no phone call not even a courtesy call. I will not go back even if I were paid. Bottom line very unprofessional.

5 out of 5, No questions asked. I have never felt so comfortable with a Dr. that I had never met before. Dr. Campbell is very professional/knowledgeable and Is truly dedicated to helping people live their lives pain free. He established a good rapport with me just from my first visit! His receptionists up front are very courteous and are there to help as well.

Dr. Campbell and his entire staff are by far the best office in town. Not only do they take the time and get to know your specifics but they treat you like family. When Ive had to call in and speak to someone on the phone everyone has been prompt, courteous and very helpful. Im hesitant to leave such a good review because Dr. Campbells office deserves to be fully scheduled and I feel like Im giving away the best secret in town, I cannot recommend them enough!

I dont like they get my pharmacy confused, i have to drive across town to get my medicine. I have to remind them to change my pharmacy. They send to henderson office when i am closer to summerlin.

I was nervous to go to pain management however once I met with Dr Alexander all of my apprehension went away. He genuinely cares about his patients which seems to be rare these days. Dr Alexander works with you to determine the best plan of care. I am very thankful to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Campbell and staff do their best to help fix the issues and improve your quality of life. I currently on opiate medication but Dr. Campbells office is doing their best to fix the issues at hand and get me back to my regular life. We are currently trying a series of injections and are discussing surgery while trying to avoid it. He is including me in my treatment process without making me feel like an addict for needing pain medicine. Hopefully Ill get to the point where I wont need it anymore and I wouldnt trust anybody else but Dr. Campbell Campbell to get me there. He has pushed to get my procedures done quickly and I genuinely have seen more good days under his care than any other of my Drs.

My whole experience here is a struggle.

I had Dr Campbell when he was at another facility. Dr Campbell left and I could not find a Doctor to care for my back. He is not like these doctors who are money driven. So I found him and I am definitely going to make a appointment. Dr Campbell is the best.

I have been going here for a while concerning my back issues. They have always been polite at the front desk and professional in the office. I would recommend going here if you are having any pain issues because they will address them with many different avenues to go down including physical therapy, epidurals, marijuana management, medication management, acupuncture, and the list goes on. I recommended them to a friend that has sciatica so Im recommending them to you.

My experience was very warm and welcoming the people who work there are very friendly and helpful the doctors are wonderful and know what theyre doing. They make you feel like youre at home and they addressed the issues you have immediately they do not put anything off they handle it immediately.

This will be the second time I was seen by a doctor there and prescribed medications that they NEVER sent to my pharmacy. They dont give you a physical piece of paper, opting instead to electronically send them to our pharmacies. The only problem is if they forget to tap send I have no medications and NO PROOF that I was even prescribed anything. The last time this happened it took a week to get my prescriptions filled. Of course the phones get turned off at 5pm. Funny how its on us to fix mistakes we didnt make. Today was definitely my last visit down there, even if this gets fixed tomorrow. This place will ask you to have more patience than theyre ever willing to extend to their patients.

I take my mom to this center and they help her in every way possible. They listen to her and they are compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Campbell hes very nice and knowledgeable doctor.

They expect the patient to show up on time and if the patient is 15 minutes late they are expected to reschedule. But the patient must wait for the prescriber even though they are more than 30 min past the appointment for the patient

My experience was really good. The Doctors assistant that I seen on my first visit Shanekwa is a really nice lady and took time speaking with me and was very nice to me. I would highly recommend this pain center.

I have been a patient with the Wellness Pain Center for almost 2 years, in fact I was one of the 1st patients on the 1st day he opened The Wellness and Pain Center!I met Dr. Campbell went he was working for a Group out of Arizona.The very 1st time I saw him I was impressed with his Professionalism and could see from that moment I would be his petient.Since then I have had time to watch him and his colleagues and they are the best I have yet to meet.

The front person Avilin is extremely RUDE as F. I bet many people have the same experience with her over the phone. She sounds like unhappy to work there or just a rude cranky person who can NOT DEAL WITH the busy work environment.My first time there I checked in like 15 mins earlier, BUT they kept me waiting for almost 2 HOURS! I saw many patients were going into the room, but they all came after me, all the employees were laughing in the front office BUT I was just sitting alone in the waiting room for almost 2 hours UNTIL I complained about it! I will be back with my Dr. I don’t care if he is on network or not. DR Guhman is the best doctor ever.

This place is outstanding and this guy completely believed me when i told him i was in pain when noone else ever believed me and he helped me so much with dealing with my pain. I highly recommend this great physician... he was very caring and patient with me...the place was lovely and clean....just a great experience.

Coming here has completely changed my life and I would forever be grateful! The staff was wonderful and made me feel comfortable. I suffered from knee pain for a very long time. I was no longer able to keep up at work or with my boys. It was beginning to take a toll on me emotionally. I tried other doctors but I felt like they wasnt listening to me and just wanted to throw me under the knife. When I came here I immediately felt like they truly cared. Dr. Campbell is wonderful, and Im so happy I came here!!! He explained to me that what I had was called a meniscus tear and thats why I had such horrible pain in my knee. We decided to go with the PRP therapy. He gave me all the details I needed and assured that I was comfortable. For once I felt like someone was listening. I am happy to say that I am now pain free!!!! I play soccer with my boys every Friday and it feels good to finally keep up lol....I never write reviews but this place truly deserves it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been a patient for over 2 years and from visit number one I felt the genuine compassion and concern for my issues and wellness. I can never go to the pharmacy to pick up pain medicine .The Dr never sends the required information(Plan of action)***Furthermore after calling today on four separate occasions (hang call right Back) going from number six on the call waiting to number one just to be disconnected each call I waited 20 + minutes for an answer and this was between the hours of 3 and 5 Terrible Terrible Terrible 😫😫

Dr. Campbell is attentive to my needs and listens to any concerns I have without rushing me through the process. His staff is very friendly and accomodating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

So this is more a complaint about the unfettered greed which is obvious in this office. My girl friend was referred to Dr Campbell because of the surgery center that he uses and her insurance. The office is covered in products which are over the counter supplements at crazy prices as well as rx cards which I know they get a fee from each use, the 45 min form has about 3 page of medical relevant information and the rest I assume is used to push thing with little medical background. My gf works in the medical field and was astonished by the questions being asked. Also client testimonials and other things hanging on the wall is very much frowned upon in the industry. I do hope this good Dr changes his ways and starts doing things for medical purpose instead of always going after the money. I have yet to see an MD begging on the streets. Also refuse the urine test.. Its just a way for them to bill more and has no medical value.

Dr. Campbell & Eric Travis PA-C are Great!!! They are very understanding & willing to listen to their Pts needs and concerns. The staff is very friendly, as well. I would recommend Dr. Campbell to anyone that deals with chronic pain. Dr. Campbell & Eric Travis work with their Pts. to allow each person to have as normal, and productive life as possible!!!!

First visit went great. Had an issue with the imaging facility i was sent to and ICD code once I got to the pharmacy. Minor issues. Dr. Campbell and his PA Shenekwa are amazing and very professional. I know its just the beginning!

Trying to call someone at the office is almost impossible. One patient cam and said he drove over b/c no one answered the phone. There rates are really out of line. To get an authorization for a prescription cost about $500. This is for 10 min. with a PA. Have never talked to an MD.

When I make my appointments and I appear on my time of appointment waiting in the waiting room I noticed I never hear any of the patients sayings anything negative I am extremely impressed with dr. Campbell services. :-)

Horrible office. Born and raised in Vegas and never had an experience like this.They said I needed a follow up appt so I made one. Showed up early and the front desk girl with black glasses kept talking about her flu like symptoms over the weekend. She described her bowel movements in GREAT DETAIL that the whole waiting room could hear. Then when I get to the back, the dr didnt understand why I was following up since my car accident was in August. The dr begins to grill me about taking the drugs prescribed even though I was hesitant and processed to say if I dont take the medication then I cant build my car accident case. I felt very pressured to take these opiate drugs and said with my family history and todays society, no one should ever be forced to take these drugs.The dr became VERY rude with my chiropractor dr (she spoke to him personally) and their conversation was clearly heated although I dont know exactly what was said. The dr came back in the room to let me know that its my responsibility to have all my films prior to coming to their office and that clearly I have chosen an unorganized attorney and chiropractor.Whatever was said between the dr and my chiropractor was not good because I got a call from my attorney saying this pain office owes you an apology and both the attorney and chiropractor want to end their relationship with this pain office.I got a call from Dr. Campell who expressed concern about my visit however his conversation with me was a waste of my time. He never once apologized for his offices behavior. He never said how unprofessional it was. He never expressed any sympathy. He simply said he wanted to get my side of the story because he already got the dr side of the story. The only sympathy he expressed was when he said the attorneys office and the chiropractor office want to end their relationships with this pain office. I would have hoped for an actual apology and just a bit more sympathy but I didnt.I would stay away from this office. Save yourself the hassle.

Dr. Campbell and his PA, Eric Travis are wondeeful. They have helped me get some relief from my chronic back pain that Ive been dealing with for many years. I highly recommend this office.

I went with my Husband to his appointment in the exam room last week and was happy to meet APRN Shenakwa Hawkins. I have never met such an easy going, friendly person. Shenakwa has more than excellent bedside manner. She is so down to earth, you dont see that too much in the medical profession anymore. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone out there looking for an excellent Pain Management office.

Gotta say that once I got past that phone system from Hell, I am very happy with the entire operations.

Everyone that works there is very friendly and extremely nice and caring. I have never been to a medical office that is so pleasant and accommodating.

The doctors here do not seem to care about his patients. All hes doing is giving everybody marijuana and painkillers without any kind of treatment plan to help the patient. doctors like the ones here are the reason so many people are addicted to narcotics

The front office staff is uncaring, unprofessional, and extremely rude. I was on hold for over 25 minutes waiting to talk to the office manager yesterday about them messing up my appointment for the 5th time. I still have not been able to talk to him or get an appointment for my medication and will be going Into withdrawals and they dont care. The doctors are great but the front desk staff is terrible and the reason I am looking for a new center to go to

Those 5 stars reviews are NOT trustworthy. Especially the front person Avilin ( or whatever) is extremely RUDE as F. I bet many people have the same experience with her over the phone. She sounds like unhappy to work there or just a rude cranky person who can NOT DEAL WITH the busy work environment. When I was there for the first time, I checked in like 15 mins earlier, BUT they kept me waiting for 2 HOURS! I saw many patients were going into the room, but they all came after me, BUT I was just sitting alone in the waiting room for 2 hours UNTIL I complained about it! Here are soooooo many pain clinics in NW, I dont need to stick with the RUDE PEOPLE there! BE AWARE of these FAKE REVIEWS!!!!!

I always have a positive experience at my appointments at the Center for Wellness and Pain Care. Both Dr. Campbell and Eric take the time to find out how Im feeling and if I have any questions or concerns. The staff is always helpful and friendly as well.

Ive been to many clinics in the US and abroad for pain management. Dr. Campbell and his staff (Eric and Shaniqua PAs) are outstanding. They listen, help solve and manage pain. Before coming here I was on 22 pills a day. Through their encouragement and help in solving real body problems (like a torn miniscus that led to a whole other issue) I am down to 5! So if you want an office that listens first and treats second this is the place to go. Couldnt be where Im at today without them.

I saw Dr. Alexander who was caring, knowledgeable, not arrogant AT ALL. Which those of us who go through seeing these pain doctors know is a very rare quality !! He didnt judge me, he just listened and we had a VERY GOOD conversation !!! I had to come back and edit this cuz after I saw the Dr one time they wanted to slash, and I do mean slash my meds all at once and was told that no-one got 30 mg oxycodone anymore. Unfortunately, I had to find another Dr. It is soooo frustrating what their doing to people who NEED their meds and have been taking them for decades. Thanks Gov. Sandoval (sarcastically) for making mine and thousands of other peoples lives a living HELL. Due to your push for Assembly Bill 474. Now you can watch more people dying cuz they cant suffer this extreme slashing that your making these doctors do. Turning to heroin and buying tainted pills on the street, I heard has caused a 300 % increase in deaths within the last few months. If you keep this up Gov. Sandoval, you wont have to worry about hardly anyone taking narcotics, which Im pretty sure is what you were striving for with Assem Bill 474.

They are very helpful an make ur visits fast an always have a wonderful time an as for the doctor he is all about making up as comfortable an make up not in pain
