Hard to find office in the first place. The staff is very friendly and nice. The office is clean. The check-in was pain free. The wait room was quiet and had a tv playing local tv. Chairs were somewhat comfortable and clean.Now heres the bad part. All the doctor did was make me wait an hour past appointment time, then told me he couldnt help and just made me breathe and he listened toe with his stethoscope. After telling me he couldnt help I got charged and told to go on my way. 1 hour wait to be seen 3-4 minutes. Very expensive three to four minutes. I went to another gastroenterologist.

Waited 2 hours for him to come into the office, hand me this paper and tell me to come back in 2 weeks. I asked him if we could do an actual food sensitivity test instead of playing this guessing game and he refused.

Dr. Shaposhnikov severed my intestines during a routine colonoscopy, and failed to notice his error. I was septic within 24 hours and am happy to be alive. As a result of this i had to get a colostomy, and after that an ileostomy. I have lived over a year of hell. Thank you Dr. Shaposhnikov.

Took my dad, everyone is super friendly the Dr gave us hope hes informative, patient, friendly and caring. Im at ease now that my father is in Dr Shaposhnikovs hands. Thank you!

I have seen Doctor and his staff since 2014 and I love all of them they are caring and considerate so much so I refer patients as much as I can I even tell other people in different states how great the doctor is.

As a medical professional myself, I am always careful about who I work with, and, with whom I will trust my body and mind. Dr. Shaposhnikov came highly recommended by my MDVIP primary care physician. Why? Because he is by all accounts given, the most rigorous, detailed and accurate physician performing this procedure in the Las Vegas, NV area. He is highly experienced, and, he is highly regarded by his medical colleagues as one of internal medicines best. I saw him for a colonoscopy, feeling completely at ease, and in the greatest of care with him. His staff are knowledgable and helpful--always available, and absolutely capable of running the show (start to finish). He is a wonderful physician, and I am extremely grateful and pleased with the care I received. I would happily recommend Dr. Shaposhnikov to my family and friends--a great guy, supported by a marvelous staff.

Good doctor but needs help. Always waiting everytime at least 30-45 min

The doctor is rude, arrogant, and dismissive. He is not caring and does listen to questions carefully. He cannot wait to get you out of his office. And wants to bring you back and forth for more money. Do not visit him. Its a waste of money. Please email me if you need more details.

Waited a long time in office, saw the doctor for all of 10 minutes, used ZocDoc to make the appointment. They took my deductible then sent me a $150 bill months later because I was out of network. Usually this is something they check so patients dont have to go through this, and it has caused me to be unable to pay for the health care that I really need having an extra bill that helped me in no way whatsoever as I had to go get a new doctor. Very upset.

Business training is needed for some of the front desk staff.The Blonde Receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude, and condescending. Her attitude is very nasty. I wouldnt want someone like that as the first introduction to my business or practice.

His staff is LAZY and are very condescending.They also outright LIE about very important things... because they are too lazy to do their job. I am seriously considering a lawsuit on these people, they are that bad. He is just another insurance fraudster as well.in s

The doctor is good. i had an operation and when I came back for a yearly rview the insurance dept. demanded a $10.00 up-front payment. I thought this was rediculous and refused and left immediately. MY primary doctor refered him to be again and the same b.s. about up-front fee. I again have cancelled. I have paid this doctor in excess of $4000 in fees and he expects me to pay a $10 fee prior to a consultation. If he is aware of this, shame on him. If not someone who reads this better let him know. I am now getting a new GI doctor and appointment. I have primary (Medical) and secondary (Bluecross/Shield)coverage. What a sad insurance staff.

My husband and I found the doctor to be most helpful and caring.

My husband was a patient for only a consultation, maybe 25-30 minutes, no procedure, nothing else but talking.. The charge was $ 429.00,WAY OVERCHARGED!!!! HE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!
