Physicians Assistant Sarah Kolmer was above and beyond! I cant say enough good about the way she took care of my son from her bedside manner to her thorough questions. He came in with a major migraine Sarah asked him many questions to try and find out the cause. She ordered an IV and blood work. Sarah came back and checked to make sure he was improving several times along with detailed instructions what to do when we left. Surprisingly the next day I received a phone call from Sarah checking up on my son. This was not expected! I was pleasantly surprised to see someone that cares about their patients. Sarah had ordered followup tests at Quest and 24 hours after completing the tests, I received another phone call from you guessed it... Physicians Assistant Sarah Kolmer! Again not expected. Incredible job Sarah! Truly. Ive been to Southwest Medical a few times. Never had a bad experience but never a great one either until this visit. Keep up the great work.Seth

I am from out of town visiting family in Las Vegas and I had burned my arm a few days prior that was not healing properly, so I walked in to the Rancho Urgent Care on the 25th June. I expected a very long difficult day to get this treated. From The moment I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist who took all my info and my insurance covered, no problem. sat in the waiting room and within 10 minutes was called in to take vitals and info regarding my visit the aid was very polite non rushed and we spoke about my upcoming trip to Lake Tahoe, then I waited for a few minutes for Dr. Stacy Shelton and her nurse who diagnosed and prescribed medication and received a Tetanus shot ( which I did not even feel) what a professional staff from start to finish. Unbelivable...in under an hour I was in and out. Kudos to the whole staff at this facility, they truly need to be recognized. I wish I had remembered every staff member I came in contact with. On my paperwork shows Karen Castro & Sierra Bright also. Kudos !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Didn’t ’t have to wait over 20 min they got me in . Did all the test got my results .

LPN Courtney-Rae Botelho doesnt know what she is doing. I waited in the exam room for 2 hours, she came in for 5 minutes asked me some questions and left. I went into urgent care for pain and numbness in my knee/ lower extremity and she didnt even bother to check my reflexes, most basic exam. She put in an order for me to get blood work done FOR KNEE PAIN, which doesnt make any sense. Me working in the medical field I questioned why I would need blood drawn for knee pain and why i wasnt being referred for X-Rays instead.. The only thing LPN Botelho was able to tell me was I cant do anything for you here, if the numbness gets worse go to the hospital and she left the room and didnt come back. Then MA Irene Giralao came in and was incredibly rude just because I was questioning why i would need blood work done. She treated me like i was stupid, little did she know i work in the same field so i know what im talking about. They definitely dont know what they are doing and they are just guessing the answers to my questions bcus the answers that MA Irene gave me was completely different from what LPN Botelho told me.. MA Irene walked out of the room and i had to ask her if it was ok for me to leave now (after waiting there for hours) and without even turning around to face me she said for me to go. If patient care is not your priority then youre in the wrong field.On another note.. I rescheduled my knee appointment with PA Guina at the Lake Mead (Henderson) location and He was amazing. First thing he did was test my reflexes on BOTH knees, he ordered XRAYS, prescribed medication and explained to me why I was feeling numbness in my leg. And not to mention HE EVEN QUESTIONED WHY I WAS BEING REFERRED FOR BLOOD WORK.. PA Guina confirmed my suspicions that I most definitely DID NOT need blood work for my knee pain.. He canceled the order for Labs and is now treating my Knee the correct way! Just bcus someone works in the medical field does not mean they care about patient experience. Most ppl are just there to get a paycheck (like MA Irene and LPN Botelho ordering unnecessary test just so they can get paid ), but PA Guina was AMAZING and gave me so much peace of mind! (: Thank you to the Lake Mead office! and word of advice: stay away from the Rancho location..

My daughter is having an asthma attack because she was around dogs and dog dander which are along her triggers. We have been waiting 2 1/2 hours. She needs a breathing treatment. The Urgent Care on Tenaya is great. This place is definitely not!!!

Medical facility that meets all my needs. Amazing doctors and staff. They are very professional.

Dr hussey was extremely interested and showed mercy like a good doctor does. Her eye contact almost made me feel like a kid again I swear I think I felt like crying at that moment. She was amazingly kind and wise. I appreciate this when it happens to me! I really do thank God for his super cool Angels. There was absolutely no wait, I was wheel-chaired from the front door because the inflammation in my lower back was excruciating. Was taken straight to the back because I was the only patient there. I was in great hands. Thank you everyone at the Urgent Care Rancho! Fantastic!!!

4 people in the waiting room , including myself , and have been waiting for 2 1/2 hours already . Word of advice , if you decide to come here , pack yourself an overnight bag and some food , because your going to be here a long while .

I am not one to write reviews, but I went in there and got treated. The nurses were very helpful, and quick to help me. I didn’t have to wait a long time to get a primary doctor appointment, got my medications as soon as I left. The doctor was awesome and understanding :)

I gave one star because that was the lowest I could go but honestly they dont deserve any stars. I was seen at the urgent care on Rancho two days in a row for the same thing. I shouldnt have had to go back again the next day for them to find the issue when they ran the same test the day before. There is a MA there by the name of Daisy, very nasty. Lacks people skills and customer service skills. Very rude and kept over talking/interrupting me as I attempted to express my concern. When asked to speak with her manager/supervisor Daisy told me she doesnt know who her supervisor is then said he wouldnt be in today at all. Then she changed it stating she knew his first name but not last and she doesnt know if hes there yet or if hes in a meeting. Just poor service all around, no accountability what so ever. If youre thinking about going to the urgent care do yourself a favor and dont! Youll regret it!

I was here before and was one of the best emergency care. But I am here today with my son and we are here for almost there hours. No doctor on duty .☹️ They keep saying he is coming when he wasnt. Now we living with out finding what. 35.00 charge .

All staff here are very kind and helpful . We were the last patient for them and was late for my mother appointment . At reception they greeted us with respect and she called girl(Heena)for ultrasound and she was about to leave .She wait for us and did ultrasound for my mother very patiently .Thank you for your patience . After that ,we did x ray for neck he was very helpful too. Thank you for all the services you provide to community.

Ive been to this facility twice in two weeks, both times for COVID testing for my employer. The first time was last week (June 16th) they did my test outside, took my insurance and ID. I had to call them Monday the 22nd for results just to find out that they lost my test. Monday I went in to get a second test done with them, was told I was going to be put as priority that way I get my results in no later than 48 hours. It is now Friday the 26th, called them for the third time this week just to again be told my results are not back.Pretty sorry since I had to do a second test, not to mention I’ve told all of the people I’ve dealt with in this facility I have a two month old and a 3 year old at home. They don’t care at all.

This is an urgent care not an ER . took 5 hours before a Doctor showed up. If I could Id fire all physicians and staff I would. They have no sense of urgency. Why become a Doctor?

Great, very polite, staff :nurses, doctor, check in desk, security. All of them were super nice, fast and professional.I expected to wait for couple hours and grabbed my books. Waiting area had only about 10-12 patients so I was out of the door in less than 1.5 with prescription and referral in my hands. I went there in least busiest time though. Around 11 pm. When I was out, they had no patients. It was little bit after midnight. I assume its the best time go to urgent care to see doctor right away.Recommend! Safe and clean location.

We always go to this place as my daughter suffers from constant strep throat. Last time we were there, the doctor on staff was very attentive and took extra steps to diagnose my daughter after running a urine test, blood test and a Chest X-ray.They have their own lab on the premises so results are quick and we got prescriptions for her illness that same night. We had to wait around 20 minutes to be seen, but that is expected when you go overnight. Typical wait times for daytime check ups are much lower than that.Overall im super happy that we have a place close to home and open 24/7 that takes our insurance and wont cost us an eye and a leg to get decent health care.

When I came in and saw the 210 wait time and everyone’s bad reviews I regretted my decision... until I saw Addison and Jerry. They were so kind and took their time with me. Turns out I have the flu, but they made the long experience a good one. SMA is lucky to have them!

Too bad that when an emergency comes to this place they always leave one in the waiting room for about 2 to 3 hours. very badly they should have two doctors for emergency at night because apart from the fact that one pays $ 35 for consultation, they charge the insurance. and apart from wasting so much time locked in the waiting room is a lack of professionalism

I have been going here for at least 15 years off and on. Why? I always have an answer when I leave and always feel better. Yes it can be a lengthy wait. I was their for five hours today but I also had a CT scan done. Plus got the results back in two hours. The staff is always the best and truly personable and caring. It has really improved over time as well. Big hi five and I wish I could give 10 stars.

Great experience today! Everyone, from the front desk to the breast consultant to the mammography tech to the ultrasound tech to the biopsy appointment scheduling person, was wonderful! I was in and out on time and treated with nothing but kindness and professionalism!

I had nose bleeding and I couldnt stop that so thats why I went to urgent care. What did they to cure my problem? Absolutely nothing, they just made the ordinary questioner and let me to wait without help in the hallway. Worst medical center ever, they should care about the patient condition and not about making you to sign all the damn papers that they give you

Southwest Medical. Rancho. First of alllet me say that SM is NOT a hospital. It is an Urgent Care Facility. In all truth there should not be an overnight shift for there are no doctors to access damage to a patient. Byday Im sure that the place rocks in high gear and can address most non fatal emergency situations. However the overnight shift is very courteous and more than willing to do all that they can to accommodate patients. So to the powers that be please either illiminate the 3rd shift or have professional certified physicians or P.A.s on duty. For lets face it, the current situation is like having a professional fighter who doesnt have training equipment but still wants to fight. Not a good thing. As for the intake area I give them 5 Stars. Cleanliness of the facility..5 Stars. Security..3 Stars due to them being in a stationary position instead of a roving unit. Roving units see more and can react faster to negative situations. Thanks for reviewing.

We were there from 12:30am to 6:30am! It was quick getting checked in by a nurse to explain your symptoms and then being sent back to the waiting room to wait for our turn to see a doctor. The nurse told us the wait would be about 2 hours. It turned into 4-5 hours and were noticing that people who came after us were being seen before us. When it was finally our turn, the doctor said to us “You’ve been waiting for 4 hours? I’ve been seeing people all this time? I’m not sure what happened but I’m sorry for the wait.” At least he was apologetic and sincere about it. I guess we somehow got pushed back on accident. I’ve never had to wait this long in an urgent care ever, not even in Hawaii.

One of the worst place. Only care about money not patients. I had at risk heart monitor and my Dr is still waiting on the results because the cardiologist wont sign off on them until 7 business days because they rather you die before your dr can see the results. They all tell you different stories on how it works. But if you owe money pay that first. I would really give zero stars and I will be going to a real dr when you call it is actually there office and not some call center that tells you lies

I will never go back here. Been waiting for 3 hours to be seen by a doctor. Doctor came stayed only for 3 minutes just to tell me he will prescribed me antibiotics for my throat. And thats it. Another waiting time for the prescription. Nurses here are not pleasant. Asked one of the nurses till how long I will be wait to be seen by the doctor. She looked at me like Im a crazy woman. Oh the doctor havent seen you yet? Oh well I guess not yet. Im not going to ask if he already seen me. Just back to your place and he will be there shortly.

Extremely poor efficiency. They will spend more than 3 hours for blood test and nobody come to tare care of you. Noisy office with full of gossip chatting and laughing.

Horrible service. Fluids coming from both ends and it still takes over 5 hours to get through. Patients don’t get prioritized by ailment. A little boy came in with a possible broken arm and still took forever. Do they have actual doctors on staff here? Definitely doesn’t appear that way. Definitely have better luck driving further away to a medical facility that actually knows what they’re doing.

After hurting my left shoulder a week ago I went to this clinic for a diagnosis. I came at 2:13 pm yesterday 11/14/2016. I waited more than 2 hours at the waiting area until, I was called to stay in a room for an attending physician. It took another 2 hours for an attending physician to diagnosed me. After the diagnosis (which the physician did not find anything) I waited for another hour for my discharge. I was finally out of at 7:30pm. I will never ever come to this clinic for the rest of my life !!!

Went there for knee pain and blood pressure blood pressure was up was told I was getting a blood pressure prescription its been 3 days and still havent received anything. SMDH

Weve made several visits to this urgent care in the past. This visit has been so different in a good way. Our nurse, Ashley was very personable. She was very kind and friendly. Were here on April 4th at 8pm. I hope an administrator will mention this review to her and give her an Atta Girl!Our doctor (Todd was his first name) was very thorough and friendly. Were still surprised at how fast the entire process was.

Worst experience ever. After the sudden onset of abdominal pains, we went to this urgent care and were greeted rudely right at the front door. One of the receptionists snapped at us for standing on the wrong side of the waiting line. There was no sign indicating where you were supposed to stand. After checking in, we waited in the green room for triage where they had the T.V. blaring the most god awful reality prank show, or whatever the hell it was. My wife pointed out that this waiting room is no where within sight of any caregivers, so if a persons urgency turns into a full blown emergency, who would know to help you because you sure as hell dont see any nurses or LPNs or anybody, for that matter, often enough for them to know you need help. By the time I got called in for triage, the abdominal pain had become excruciating. The guy who triaged me was completely inept, and could have cared less that my pain was now severe and my blood pressure had gone through the roof. Ive always thought the point of triage at an urgent or emergency care facility was to prioritize the most urgent patients over the less urgent ones. Apparently not here. First come, first serve. My wife became more and more concerned as my condition worsened rapidly, so she decided to try and find someone to see if I was going to be seen soon, or find out if we should go to an emergency facility. As I said above, good luck finding someone that works there. We had to wait until they came out to call in other patients to ask them anything, but it didnt matter because the LPN that we talked to was useless. Finally, after a few tries, we were able to talk to the head shift nurse who was rude, and used every chance she could to be a smart ass with her response. When my wife pointed out that my condition was worsening rapidly, and that my blood pressure was at a dangerous level and that maybe it should be addressed or at least checked again, this nurse scoffed at her and proceed to tell her about how she doesnt understand how things work and that my blood pressure was of no concern. It was at this point that my wife informed her that she is an R.N. and works in cardiology. The look of stupidity that washed over this ladys face spoke 1000 words. My wife tried to diffuse the tension by saying she simply wanted to know if we should go to an emergency room because this woman had told us that it would be hours before Id be seen. This supposed nurse said wed have a longer wait at any emergency room we went to and started in again with her belittling responses so my wife grabbed my hand and we left. A 15 minute drive and about 5 minutes of filling out paperwork later and I was getting a CT scan, being put in a bed, and receiving medication. St. Rose San Martin Hospital and their staff were amazing. I was at that urgent care for a couple of hours with no results. Ridiculous. I was there on 8-17-15 in the evening between 6:30 and 9. I wish I hadnt been so delirious with pain or else I might have remembered the names of the clowns we dealt with. They should be ashamed to put on their scrubs and go to work.

I have been using this facility for a few years now and even though sometimes they are more crowded than other times I still would recommend this facility. They are always very professional and never have had a time when I was dissatisfied with the service. From the receptionist, nurses to physician assistants or doctors, they are the reason that I love that urgent care. Being open 24/7 is an asset to the community! Thank you Southwest for being there for us!

Front desk was great, other than that the rest of the staff was rude and did not care for ones time. And on top of making us wait till 430 in the am they sent the prescription to the wrong place. We had to drive all the way to Henderson for it and still be at work by 6am.

I took my 6 yr. daughter in yesterday at 9:30 PM got called once and was there until 315am and I had to ask how long until she was going to get called. And I was told that they put in the computer that we left right.

The doctor I saw apparently is in the wrong profession. I will not recommend this place until they reevaluate their staff. Way too many issues so Im not going to waste my time.

Came here at 4am with breathing problems. It happened to not be busy at the time and everything went smoothly. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Thank you for taking care of me!I dont go often but Ive been treated much poorly elsewhere. I am happy I came here after much debate over if I should just stick through the night until my asthma calmed or get treatment.

You wait to be called in to a room, then wait for a doctor, then wait for someone else to come check you out.Also, although the assistant ask for your symptoms....the doctor just prescribe medicine, with out asking any question or an examination. What a joke.Come here if you just want some drugs thrown at you with no form of diagnosis.

This is an Urgent Care, they used to be open 7 days a week 24hrs a day! However theyre showing they close at 5pm? Theres almost always a long wait at this location. I went here, a few months ago.. I waited over 1hr and 45 mins. I was in horrible pain. Once I was called back, I never saw any Dr. However I did see a Nurse Prationer. She was very kind, she heard my concerns and actually listened to me as well. The Nurses, were great as well as sympathetic to my pain and needs. I was in the room, maybe 10 mins. Ive been here, several times before. Ive always had great service. Restrooms are always kept clean, as well.

Disgusting and unprofessional. 3:00 pm arrival, waiting on cat scan for possible acute appendicitis. 8:00pm finally taken for scan. Head nurse extre rude, wanted to leave the examining room door ajar because of claustrophobic issues. She said that was against the rules and slammed the door. She should be fired. Thank you John, for doing your best in an awful environment. This place should close forever. 5 hours to get a scan UNACCEPTABLE.

After 2 hours wait I was admired and nurse got the BP and the temp and I had to go back to the waiting room again, after .45 minutes I was called in again and in private room I waited for about 25 minutes and DR came in and spent about 4-5 minutes and he said that the computer is down and he will be right back, it was about an hour later a lady came in with prescription and told me to get the medics and I can go to work as of tomorrow, today I came to Walgreens to get my medications but they cant give it to me because Dr Carlos forgot to put down the quantity on the prescription, what a facility, what a doctor, 4 Days has gone by and still no respond from Dr Carlos Vasquez PAC (by the way he is not a Doctor, Just PAC, Ask for a REAL Doctor IF you must go to this facility, he is also very hard to understand, Maybe I will never get my prescription after this review, BUT it is worth it

I came to this urgent care with heart problems and with my Medicaid insurance. I waited for a hour to be seen, for a nurse to call me in the room to say they dont take my insurance and I have to do self pay but if I dont pay upfront then I cant be seen here.. this has got to be the worst place Ive been to out here.. for you to deny me and Im having heart problems is outright cold hearted... I will be looking into a lawyer.

Honestly the worst place ever. They dont even deserve a star. Waited 5 1/2 hours for absoutely nothing. The charge nurse was a complete ass (in nicer terms.) And the doctor was just lazy. He came in and said I would get a shot and would be sent home with migraine meds. Well 2 hours later, nothing... went and talked to him 2 times and he said give it 2 minutes. Well 20 minutes later...still nothing. They took us out of the system without even giving the papers for the meds. Waste of mine and my husbands time!

Wait in back 2 hours no doctor ....there was only 3 people in the waiting room ahead of me. When i walked out there was 6 people at the desk and the rooms were mostly empty. Started with annoying pain 4 or 5 but after sitting w hours in there its a 7 or 8. Sad thing is that this has become the norm for them. I signed in about 530pm when it wasnt busy. The staff has always been polite but the doctors are not available.....

Never in my life have I experience a very unprofessional Doctor. Dr. Vicente Hector Garlan who treated my daughter and I here at Southwest Medical. You would think they are there to help you in every way they can instead he was RUDE and OBNOXIOUS..I needed a referral for my daughter very simple instead this Dr.just could’nt stop talking about things that was irrelevant to what I needed . SAME TIME HE THREATENED ME OF NOT GIVING ME A REFFERAL FOR MY DAUGHTER...His a Filipino Dr.. I met some Doctor on that hospital I never have a problem only this M.....F..... After waiting about an hour and half a pa came to see me and l told them to be seen a doctor.I guess they punished me requesting a doc. and made me wait another hour and half to see a doc (do) which was ready to leave the room in a sec.My friends l waited 3 HOURS TO SEE SOMEONE who prescribed me a cough medicine and telling me a have a viral infection.Okey here is the deal if u want to watch bunch of staff running around and think this place is way better than lying on your couch go there and waste your precious time..btw l recommended them to change the clinic name to Southwest Medical Very Delayed Care.

I couldn’t count how many times we had to use the service elevator, just to get sent to another floor, Just like any professional place of Business, Have signs posted as your coming in the door, or a trained staff that’ll escort you there, instead of going up and down on your elevator, if the staff was trained right the first time, wasting my day on a yo-yo circus elevator, I wouldn’t be writing it there wasn’t an issue..

The website says 45 min to 1.5The waiting area says 100 minIts been 4 hours! Still havent seen a doctor or any staff for that matter. No idea where the restrooms are. Im thursty but there is no one around except for the front counter lady. This is ridiculous. The people that came in ahead have been waiting 5 hours.We finally saw the doctor 4.5 hrs The man new his stuff did a good jobI do have to admit the staff was polite and apologetic after. But I will have to be desperate to come back.

I encountered the rudest doctor/nurse team there, very arrogant. I couldnt believe anybody could be so rude, to a crying patient, why? odd part was he has one nurse that is just as rude as him. .I started having pain earlier that night which I was treating at home. Pain started breaking through around 4 pm, by 10 pm the swelling was unreal, my gums split in several spots draining. Ear,sinus, glands, eye & all teeth, pain, everywhere!! My home remedy stopped working . I looked like a watermelon head, throbbing swelling crying, I finally arrived at 24 hr facility on Rancho, it was late, in a bad mood, the Doctor refused to look in my mouth, refused to look at me, or discuss his findings with me. He said he didnt have to look, he knew it was mouth ulcers ...so no antibiotics just some pain killers, & narcotics that i threw up, oh and a ointment that had grit in it, he told me to rub on my gums, I did ouch!! it made swelling and pain worse!! I told the nurse he was the rudest doctor I have ever me. Within a minute the doctor came into the room with nurse at his side and said he was informed I said he was rude, I told him he didnt even look in my mouth, I said you are not even looking at me now why?? Why wont you? He said he didnt have to he knew it was a tiny ulcer??? What? SoI went home crying in worse pain, and from being treated so horrible. Slept, swelled, pain worse, vomited, & cried waiting for dentist to open, Tuesday finally! Tuesday! ******DR GONZALEZ, MY HERO!!!!******I was in his office in 30 minutes. 1 look he knew it was an abscess that had ruptured touched gums oozed yuck New x rays & A clear explanation by 445pm, I walked out of there at 5pm, with prescriptions for antibiotics, milder pain meds, and a new understanding of how bad an abscess could become and how good my dentist is!!Luckily it didnt spread everywhere. SW Medical put me in danger.Thank YouDR GONZALEZ AND STAFF MY HEROS, ALL OF THEM!! THANK YOU ALL!!

Came here on 12/03/2016 checked in at 10:40. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes before getting called back to just get my BP check and weight. I was sent back to the waiting room for 10 minutes or so to be brought to a room or SUPPLY CLOSET. I waited 30 minutes a nurse knocked on the door came in didnt speak and left. Another 20 minutes this same nurse comes in the room knocks doesnt speak puts something away on a counter she closed the cabinets in the supply closet and threw gloves away. DID NOT SPEAK OR ACKNOWLEDGE ME. I asked how long she then said she will check she came back shortly afterand stated it was 2 people ahead of me. IM STILL WAITING. Just getting stitches removed on my head I could of got a youtube video and would of been better off.SINCERELYSTILL WAITING!

For Steven Svihl..... doctor only did an x-ray and said there was a line in lungs which could be a possibility..... possibility of pneumonia..... I am a nurse and have dealt with enough for over 25+ years to know YOU do more than just send home on an antibiotic and Prednisone..... something IM or IV of Solu Medrol IS WHAT HE NEEDED AND NOT JUST SENT HOME!!!! DR WAS A SMART ASS....AND THOUGHT HE KNEW IT ALL....................USELESS!!!!!.....Dr. Jae Kwon DO......Steven has been seen in the last two months in urgent care and this was the worst!!!!! Will be trying to see primary as as we can get an appointment but is hard to get into and he doesnt like anyone else!!!!! Or well be trying to find someone else.....Thanks..... After going to UMC - it was nice to come here and get taken care of. UMC did an ok job with a referral. But Southwest Medical actually took care of the problem in 1 visit. Sure the wait time was a bit longer, but worth it.

Brought my son in for respiratory issues. Everyone was very professional and worked quickly to get him treated and out the door!

This place usually is quick & efficient, but yesterday was AWFUL! I was the ONLY patient there on a Saturday after noon. I was made to sit in the waiting room for a half hour before I was even triaged. After Finally being triaged, I was made to go back & sit in the waiting room. As I was continuing to wait again, 7 or 8 new people started to accumulate in the waiting room. A TV show about prison came on & had one of those warnings that this show is inappropriate for children. I had both my small children with me & another woman had her small daughter with her as well. I got up & asked the receptionist to please change the channel to someting more family friendly & she replied, I cant the remote was stolen & Im too short to reach the TV. You can manually change it if you want. I pointed out that I am several inches shorter than she was & she just shrugged her shoulders & smirked. I walked out of there without even getting to see a Doctor, I was so upset! I shouldnt have to subject my children to that kind of filth just to be seen! There areother Urgent care centers around town. Dont go there!

Ive been here since 1pm and it is now 4:34pm going on 5pm. Im hungry and have to be at work. Just found out I was pregnant. But still havent told me how far along I am. If I could give you no stars I would!!

My daughter ( 17) was soooo sick and could not stop throwing up . And was in massive pain . The nurses there were very nice and treated her So good .

Wait time is ridiculous! Last 2 times Ive came here it was over a 3hr wait. Wont be coming back here for a 3rd time. Stop standing around chatting with each other and get patients in and out...

This urgent care location is a joke..after almost 3 hrs of sitting in a room still wasnt seen by any one except a poter.

Always busy, not enough rooms and doctors to help. Time waiting about 2 to 3 hours in the emergency room. Really sad when you are really sick. After 2 hours waiting we have been told we need to wait another 3 hours. F this place

Today I went to this location really bad experience I had shoulders pain and waited for two hours pa nurse check me and told me that she is going to prescribe a medication but when discharge nurse came she said there is no prescription and told me wait and let me find out she came back and told me that pa nurse is busy so they will send my medication to my CVS after twenty minutes they call me and confirm that medication is already sent to pharmacy but when I went to pharmacy they said there is no prescription for today I call the hospital again and they said we send them at 330 but the medication they sent I dont think is the right one and know again I am waiting for their call
