Every time I call or need a med refill for my daughter you can never get anyone on the phone . They never answer, takes days for a return call if I get one. It has been a week since I called and went into the office to get a refill until her next appt as we had to reschedule. Child is now without meds because they do not return calls and I even went to the office . The front staff is terrible!

Thoughtful and engaged, it pays to come having done your homework. Highly qualified for Medicaid, but that savings is felt in dealing with the staff.

Besides never get being able to contact anybody and find out appointment so I never get called a reminder calls I never get anything like that other than that Dr. Mellon is a decent doctor

Dr Mallet is a good listener and has a great relationship with our son.

I have always had good service with Dr. Maller. She was the only neuro that finally diagnosed him when no other doctor could and he was suffering for 8 months prior. I was so happy when I finally got a diagnosis. Shes always so sweet to him and works with you on what ever it is he needs. When we wanted to wean him of meds she always gave us good advice. She always asks how hes doing and doesnt just see you and not listen. I always recommend people to her and good thing I came to her since 4 years passed the original neurologist practice got shut down so now I know I made a better choice.

Zero stars if I could. My son who had stopped breathing 3 times within a day of eachother which did I mention he is only 2 months old, declined seeing my son at sunrise children’s and couldn’t read his eeg results to see what was going on since he was declining so fast. Never ever will I ever refer her to anyone. I kicked her off of my team at sunrise and will never let her even look at my son. She told us to be seen as an out patient. She said this so she could charge us more 😡 I told the hospital don’t even let me see her. I’m so done. This establishment should be shut down. She does not care about the health of our children.

We have found Dr. Maller completely professional and caring. She is a good listener, which is rare in my experience with doctors. The staff is professional.

You can never get them over the phone. The visits she just talks and send you on your way. I been trying to get her for a month and none of my calls are answered.

Gave her an fmla packet to fill out for my son after he had to be in icu for a horrible seizure and almost died after not breathing.... Tell me why its been 2 damn weeks and she still hasnt filled it out yet!!??? Now im gonna lose my job because of her ! Its like telling parents they cant stay in the hospital with their kids or they will lose their jobs

I just want to said that Dr Alfreda Maller is one of the best neurologist in Las Vegas, see my son use to have terrible headaches they refer me to Dy Althore and Indian Doctor in the same office he was so bad he told me my son only suffer from migraines and thats all I came back he still told me the same thing I new as a mother something was wrong with my son Alberto, the rude dr Halthore told me he knows better hes the doctor so I was so mad to see my son I such a pain I talk to the manager office and I switch doctors , I went with dr Alfreda Maller OMG SHE SAVE MY SON LIFE !!! Iam so grateful he tuned to suffer from Pseudo tumor cerebri excessive spine fluid , she also referme to Dr Stuart Kaplan my son end up having 3. Surgeries now hes perfect a wonderful healthy men !!!thanks so much FOR THE BEST DOCTOR ALFREDA MALLER WE LOVE YOU AND THANKS WITH ALL MY HERAT ❤️🌹🌹🌹God bless you always..!

I got in a car accident ony way to the appointment, because i didnt make it to the appointment, they are holding my childs medication until they get a checkup payment which would be file but without seizure medication a child can die. Very scary game Dr. Maller and her assistant play with peoples lives.

If I could give 0 I would!!! Im just absolutely speechless at how unprofessional she is!!

Dr Maller was a terrible experience with a neurologist . I wont go into it but I would Never Recommend her to any child who has any serious condition or needs a diagnosis !!

Dr. Mallor is a wonderful doctor.

This doctor has no care in the world whatsoever about patients. Only money. They are also set in their 50 year old ways and have no intention of catching up anytime soon. Go somewhere else.
