Dr. Fouse was able to see me the day that I called for an appointment. He had already ordered xrays and was ready to discuss my condition as soon as I got back to the room. He was very thorough. I found him to be polite, personable, and very professional. I would highly recommend him.

Waiting time for scheduled appointment was extremely low. Staff was exemplary in providing services. Only downside is parking spaces, arrive early to your appointment

Dr Fouse Has been treating me since 2016 he even repaired my ACL on my left knee. I appreciate his honesty and holistic approach to my knee issues ( not a pull pusher ) he writes me prescriptions for my physical therapy and it truly doesn’t make a difference as long as I’m putting in the work it works. It’s hard to find good doctors in Las Vegas that genuinely show concern and care.

I walked in and the place was PACKED! I almost turned around.However from start to finish they have their ish on point. I was checked in & seated & taken back in a very timely manner.I wasn’t rushed or made to feel like they were just churning me out. Each person I dealt with was patient, kind, answered my questions, and made sure I was good before they left.I really like Dr Fouse! Saw him for my knee. I hope he’s as cool with his assistants and other staff as he is with patients. I felt heard & respected. He didn’t rush to anything definitive just said let’s get some tests and see what to do. I LIKED him immediately. Great vibe.I forgot his name. I feel bad. Cuban man who works there that fitted me for my brace. ADORE. I enjoyed chatting with him.Glad to be in the care of a good place I feel I can trust. I’ve been here 15 years before with Dr Troy Watson for my ankle. It was fantastic then and has only improved in my humble opinion.The only thing that stinks is getting through. Long hold times but with a busy office it’s to be expected. Definitely worth the hold time.Thanks guys!

Desert orthopedic center is one of the best healthcare facilities I’ve been to. Dr Fouse is great. He’s efficient, personable and I was in and out of the office in a timely manner. I love his positive energy.

I arrived 1/2 hour early and the intake was fine and the person who checked me in was very polite and sweet. I was late getting called back and then the person who took me to the back, the medical assistant, was abrupt to the point of rudeness. I would like to know why she is doing her job because I don’t think she likes her patients. I was then taken to x-ray and the guy was great. Then put back in my room and I could hear the doctor next-door with a case that was difficult. He was very late getting in to see me which is OK. However then I felt he was very rushed and trying to catch up on time and not very personable. Considering it was my first visit and I was looking for somebody to operate on me I thought he might want to establish rapport. Then he told me to wait and someone else would come in and check me out. I waited over 40 minutes in a little room with a closed door and nobody ever came. I finally went out in the hallway found the doctor and told him I was still waiting. He was very upset! He asked me to go back in my room and he would get somebody immediately. Then he came in my room and apologized profusely. Very nice gesture. Finally the lady came in (same rushed, abrupt MA) and checked me out. I’m not feeling great about having this organization operate on me. I will wait till I get my MRI and go back for a second visit to make sure it wasn’t just a really bad day for everybody.

Very professional service, start to finish. Reception was excellent! Nick was first rate, the x-ray tech(sorry I forgot her name) was extremely efficient and explained everything as she went along. Dr Fouse was most reassuring and very professional. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Assured me of my good progress and options. We even shared old stories about “Payton Place” - you had to be there. Thanks all around.

Talk about a knife-happy, money-grubbing surgeon! Even before he met me, he decided I needed surgery for a torn meniscus. He based this just on looking at the intake physicians assistant notes made a few minutes earlier and from the X-rays.He waltzes into the room I was waiting in with this plan of action, while I knew that my symptoms were not that of a torn meniscus, and also that such surgery is very rarely effective. Once I told him that I didnt want that surgery, he became extremely belligerent that I should waste any more of his time, since it was looking like he wasnt going to be getting the big bucks out of me for this completely unnecessary surgery.He wouldnt even let me talk, was constantly interrupting me, so bad that I actually had to say, Look, could I possibly complete one sentence without you interrupting and ignoring what Im trying to say?. He became thoroughly irate at this impertinence.As it turned out, I tried the simple physical therapy solutions I found online, and they worked fine. It completely cleared up my symptoms and am now completely pain free. It just proves I was right and this horrible, wretched example of a greedy, assembly-line doctor who doesnt listen to his patients, because hes so incurably arrogant and smug, was completely wrong. I just saved myself untold pain, expense, and possible long-lasting damage from this fool by standing up to his attempts to intimidate. WARNING --- AVOID THIS CLOWN!!

So if you need a doctor that has your best interest at heart, Dr Fouse is the doctor you need! Dr Fouse is one of those rare doctors that is not in the medical field to make money, he really cares about his patients! Im a medical professional and would like to say this is by far the worse Dr and Center. Do not waste your time. The office cancelled my appointment while I sat and waited 30 minute to be seen because the Dr was too busy. I will be contacting my lawyer and the nevada medical examiners board to have this Dr and Office penalized or suspended. Dr shouldnt be practicing medicine if only for the money and when he has feels like it. This is peoples lives you are dealing with. Medical malpractice - failure to treat. So much for the Hippocratic oath.

I was seen for a knee injury, Dr. Fouse examined the x-ray and physically examined and manipulated the knee to see about pain. Conclusion was rehabilitation with physical therapy no surgery. Everyone in the office and examining room and x-ray tech were excellent.

My experience with Dr. Fouse was excellent ,he was very thorough and explained what I would expect in regard to my injury. STAY AWAY, if you can, I was assigned to doctor Fouse by my former employers workers compensation insurance carrier. He follows the rules (means; I do what the insurance tells me) as he repeatedly told me in my last visit where he released me with full MMI after reading a second MRI of my knee that he says and interpret it shows an intact ACL where a first MRI done 7 months ago, less than a month after injury shows a complete tear. When questioned, Dr. Fouse states that well the first MRI was with poor quality and was misread but he agreed to treat me before based on that first MRI, and a second opinion of another Doctor also inside the insurer pocket but whom I am told is more honest and impartial with his interpretations and recommendations when it comes to patients, even I am not a patient of his. Dr. Fouse gave me only 2 months of PT, he recommended PT treatment before surgery; I was doing somehow ok strengthening the knee but have always had instability, after 2 months, he said he can no longer justify to the insurance giving me more PT time and that I needed to chose if I wanted to have surgery going forward or not, he then released me full duty when I was still complaining of issues and with a report from the PT which shows no significant improvement; the minute I was released full duty my work fired me saying they eliminated my position Dr. Fouse wanted me to have surgery before releasing me full duty and when I asked for more conservative treatment he said he could no do it because he could not justify it to the insurance and released me instead. With no job to do and still issues I went back to ask for the surgery then to fix my problems; Dr. Fouse agreed it was the best option given the case but then the insurance company intervened not approving the surgery and requesting another second opinion and more evaluations and a second MRI on my knee. When the second evaluation was done, the MRI reading shows an intact ACL that was not there at all in the first images! then I took the MRIs to have them both make an addendum from the second MRI considering the first; then the Radiologist wrote he can observe some fibrosis on the ACL in the second MRI the ACL does not shows black all consistent as it should but instead it shows grey in color which could indicate scar tissue from the rupture in place of the old ACL which was torn and have been untreated for all this time but Dr. Fouse already been told by the insurance will not pay for surgery so there is nothing I can do for you he keeps saying it over and over and offering me a lousy injection for my issues which will fix nothing. This Doctor will work on you as dictated by the insurance company which is why I say he is in their pocket and he is heartbroken I say it but this is the truth. STAY AWAY! this guy cares about the bottom line and not about your health or well being. I am not saying he is a bad Surgeon but his morals about practicing sucks big time! In contrast, his staff is very courteous and nice but ole Dr. Fouse is bought by the insurances and their crook practices unfortunately! -- My case is on going and although the insurance notified me they closing I started the real fight and appeals. There will be other opinions on the MRIs readings and I am trying to take another MRI on my own. I am doing for me what Dr. Fouse and the insurance crooks are denying me, which is taking care of myself! -- I will complain to the Nevada Medical Examiner Board about this issues when the time has come. I would love for Dr. Fouse to be right on the MRI reading but the issues on my knee and the whole direction and stinking management on my case through all its time tells me I am in the right and they are WRONG! all I need to do its prove it and I will! - Already there is an addendum showing there is a problem of fibrosis on the ACL area; that it is not normal not it is an intact ACL -- Bottom line, this Doctor will not do the best for your interest but the best for his. I was already forced to see him by insurer but if you can STAY AWAY!

Office, nurses, and the doctors were very professional I really recommended to everyone out there!!

I was in and out in a short period of time, Doctor gave me a shot for my painful shoulder.In about 5 minutes the pain was gone.

Very poor service. Out for money first. Went for shoulder pain. Almost $300 later, no relief. Was told they cant help what my insurance does. Regardless whether l pay or my insurance does, bad answer.

To begin with, Dr. Fouse was very friendly and professional, and what mattered most to me was that he made sure that I understood everything he was explaining to me, and he told me that any questions I had, I should not hesitate to ask, and he answered them. In a way that I understood very well, which I never saw with other doctors, of course, through his also kind nurses who were with him, who were translating what he was saying for me since he understands some Spanish , and I speak very little English, since I arrived, all the reception staff very friendly and attentive.
