The problem with this place is Mrs. Puneet Brar, DMD which is the main doctor in this dental clinic. It seemed to me she wants things to go her way, she does not handle well clients suggestions regarding the way the patient will like or prefer the procedure to take place.I personally was rejected from this place because I had guts to express myself in front of her and she definitely was not able to take that/to work with my suggestion or take a moment to find a middle solution, a middle ground or make me understand why her solution is better.I have no doubt her not being good dentist, the issue is her attitude at least in my case was not a pleasant attitude and I repeatedly tried to find a solution working with her but I was simply ignored and rejected by Puneet Brar, DMD.

This is not fancy dental clinic, but customer service is nice and my teeth cleaning was professional enough. Also they made filling for me which nobody offer me before. I was surprised how easy is to replace my broken enamel by filling. So, I satisfied and would recommend this clinic.

Staff are friendly and the office is clean. This is an older office but it doesnt smell of mold. My complaint is billing. Im constantly getting over charged for procedures. Last year i had a deep cleaning paid almost $300 than my insurance called and said i overpaid. When i called the dentist they said people leave the extra money on their account as a credit. This time around i had scheduled a perm filling than when i was there they said it was a temp crown. I didnt have the money for that. I paid $200 at the time but they said its $500. When i called my insurance they told me my total is $379 meaning theyre trying to pocket the extra $200 . thats not ok. The work is fine staff are fine but billing is shady.

Dentist is too heavy handed and cannot take feedback. They are super unorganized.

Had to get a crown done and essentially had to wait twice if not thrice as long to finalize the treatment. The crown they received from the first compression did not fit. They had to re-do the procedure and mold my tooth once more which then gave me a 1-2 week time frame for the laboratory to receive the compression and send the new permanent crown over to them. Reached back out about a week or so after to come and find out that the compression was not delivered. Had to re schedule again and have them once more do the compression for the lab. Finally it got done after 2 more weeks at a different farther location that the doctor was located in to get my permanent crown done. Exhausting and Infuriating to say the least.

Wow, this place smells like mold. the treatment I received was not good . I got a second opinion and I don’t need the work she recommended. This is a bad time to try to charge extra. She didn’t even explain what her evaluations were. Now I’m reading some reviews and I’m so happy I got a second opinion. The dental hygienist who took my XRays was very nice but the Xrays she used are old fashioned and left a bad taste in my mouth all day despite all the mouth wash I used.

Went for a simple cleaning and filling and turned into a nightmare. I honestly could say I would had rather stayed with my cavity’s then with the work she did on my teeth.I’ve also seen people complain about their scheduling causing them to provide incorrect appointments availability and confusion towards the patients.

Had 2 root canals down and a deep cleaning so far. Will keep coming back to address what needs done.The dentist here is very good at what she does and will address any conerns. Dont fret about pain because you will be taken care of if you just communicate.Im a very anxious and nervous dentist go-er, but did just fine here and am happy with the results.

The ladies here are so helpful, theyve done nothing but work with me and help me even if Im a bit tight on money. :) Really great place, my teeth have never felt better.

The Doctor and staff are great ! Attentive and caring . Definitely recommend
