The service was actually great. I was a little suspicious due to seeing about 99% of 5 stars. But I give it 100 stars plus. I just got braces on today and it was my first time at this Ortho. As soon as you walk in, you get greeted and the comfort that I felt was amazing. The service was fast and easy. I’m almost done with my Invisalign. Everyone has been super informative and helpful. I’m glad that I shopped around and found this place before committing to Invisalign vs braces. They have 2 locations. The Summerlin happens to be the smaller location, but closer to my house. The Decatur location is much bigger. But both locations are efficient. They get people in and out pretty quick.I’m getting my teeth crowding, overbite and overall bite aligned. I didn’t think Invisalign could do everything braces could until I came here. Also, zero teeth extractions were needed for my treatment compared to other orth consultants.

Little things like hitting the gong when he got his braces on to welcome him to the Aloha family and getting awarded Aloha bucks when he got straight A’s have hugely impacted my son’s outlook and makes it easy when I say we’re going for a braces appointment. You will pay way more than any other office, you will get about 30 seconds to a minute with the actual orthodontist. They are pushing people in and out like a cash hungry revolving door. There is zero personal attention. I am pretty sure the orthodontist has no clue who you are so if you want personal attention at a fair price, this is not the place for you. If you are fine paying the highest bracket with the least amount of patient concern, this place is for you.

Absolutely LOVE this orthodontist!! They are always so helpful in answering any questions we may have and always there to listen to any concerns. We are military and ended up having to PCS while my daughter was in the middle of her treatment. Dr. Chelian made sure that we would be squared away when we got to our new duty station and even reached out to the orthodontist there to make our transition easier. I can’t say enough great things about this clinic- the staff is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing and the service is amazing!!

Theyre great with scheduling and have always been good about getting me in quickly if there are any problems that arise. I visited a couple of orthodontists prior to choosing Dr. C and the Aloha staff and immediately felt at home with the choice. They treat both children and adults and have a diverse clientele. They explained the range of options thoroughly, had a book of pictures of those with a range of treatments to assist, and provided support, yet allowed me to make the decision that felt right for me (I ultimately went with the Invisaline). They have two locations, I usually go to the Charleston one, however Ive had to go to the North one a couple of occasions due to my schedule; same great service at both. My teeth look awesome! My teeth were a bit of a challenge, as the two front teeth were very shallow and I had bone damage in the jaw. They worked up a plan that included nearly twice as many Invisiline trays, but they slowly and gingerly pulled my teeth into place and they are now, better than when I got there.Dr. C and his team are amazing, so much so, that I sent three of my four kids too.
