Traci is amazing. I came in to strengthen my leg and foot after a broken toe. As a dancer, it was troublesome to have such a noticeable imbalance and I was excited when I met Traci and learned that she works with a lot of dancers. Immediately, I felt confident that we would work well together and I was excited to come in to see her. I only had 6 visits with her and over the course of that month, she recorded, and I noticed and felt a major improvement! I am So grateful for Traci and her attention to my concerns, she was always making sure I understood everything she gave me and asked me what I felt I needed to work on every time I came in. It was wonderful having her as my physical therapist, and I recommend her to anyone who truly wants to heal. 🙏🏼

Alex Delgato is the very best Physical Therapist. I had back pain for over 3 months. My concierge care physician referred me to Alex. Within a month he had me pain free. I would highly recommend Alex at Comprehensive Therapy Center.

I was totally blown away by the exceptional treatment I received from Traci and her assistants. They are both professional and compassionate, and go far beyond any previous experience Ive ever had. My back pain was complicated by my having had six rods inserted in my spine, and Traci not only relieved my pain, but showed me how to do exercises in future when needed. I recommend CTC 100%.

I wish I read the review by BC about Mary Schumacher Stine. My experience was very similar: she invalidated my experiences and diagnosis, was condescending, and didn’t even ask me how I was doing when she “greeted” me. The appointment felt like an interrogation and I could feel the judgment wafting off of her via her tone and line of questioning. I would suggest: 1)some cultural competency/implicit bias training, taking the IAT, and doing some deep reflecting 2)initial therapy appointments should feel conversational and not clinical/like an interrogation 3)listen to your clients before labeling and judging them THE FIRST TIME you’ve ever met them 4) read the book “The Body Keeps the Score” by an actual MD who studied trauma and PTSD. In short, Ms. Schumacher Stine needs to check herself.

Dr. Cassidy did a terrific job putting me back together. Great rehab experience.

FYI -If you are in need of an Amazing-Intelligent- Kind Physical Therapist - I know just the PT for you. His name is Henry Banzon. He serves up his Wonderful Therapy at Comprehensive Therapy Center on Jeffreys Street in Henderson. I went into see Henry on May 22nd in extreme pain and a walker because of two herniated disc in my lower back. The pain went down my left leg and I felt like I might be crippled because of it. Wanting to avoid surgery if at all possible - I was willing to give PT a chance. Thank Goodness I did !!! Four weeks later - I am walking without a walker- and I am able to sleep at night without pain pills. I feel like a new person. The exercises I have learned from Henry will need to be done daily for the rest of my life-but- so happy to do them because of the Great Results I have experienced. I am a 78 yr. old female - I thought I might be too old to be helped with PT. Thank You - Henry- for proving me wrong !! Dr Alex Delgado saved me. Literally.I was bounced around from doctor to doctor for years with debilitating headaches which were so painful that I couldnt see, walk, think etc. Doctors telling me that there is nothing wrong with me. Other physical therapists had mistreated me and broke my trust in the physical therapy system.Alex made me a believer again. He was kind and patient with me and the headaches are now under control. Since my first visit I have had some other injuries and I always go back to see him. He has helped with multiple back / neck / head injuries I have incurred. He is the BEST in this field, no one else compares!! He is extremely knowledgeable about the human body. I would go see him over any other PT and any Chiropractor in this town. If hes not on your side of town, trust me, he is worth the drive!! You wont regret this.

I was a patient of Henry Banzon over at the Jeffreys St location from Nov 2019 to Jan 2020. I received excellent care as he provided the physical therapy after my right knee replacement. I had my left knee replaced in 2017 but used a different therapy center. What a difference! My left knee has always been stiff and painful, but my right knee is better than new! I never realized how important the therapist is in how the knee will heal. I asked my doctor for an Rx for Henry to work on my left knee and in just a few weeks it is vastly improved - no more pain or swelling in the joint! Henry and the entire staff are very caring and compassionate professionals and I highly recommend them.

Great mental health counseling from Giselle and James, but disappointed by my experience with the front office staff.

After seeing a spine doctor, 2 other PTs, a chiropractor, and a sports massage therapist, a friend recommended Alex Delgado. She told me that if anyone could help, that Alex could. Within 2 sessions I noticed remarkable improvements! He released me less than 2 months later with absolutely NO PAIN!

Mary Schumacher should not even have a license. I have never met a worse therapist, and probably never will. I left this appointment in the worst possible mood and will never return. I hope others are spared the misery of being seen by her and her malpractice.

Patricia Delgado the behavioral therapist is a fake and a phony. Took our daughter here to work out some issues she is having for the past year. When biological dad showed up unexpectedly to an appointment she changed and turned against the mom as well did the daughter. She tells you what she thinks you want to hear and then changes. She set up the mom with a false sense of security about the relationship between her daughter and her. Patricia also did this exact same thing with the oldest daughter 3 years prior. I dont believe Patricia knows the first thing about parenting and has played a major role in causing our family grief with her advise. DO NOT BRING YOUR KID HERE SHE WILL DESTROY THEM AND YOUR RELATIONSHIP.
