They do not follow court ordered visitations! The judge clearly stated I was supposed to see my son once a week! Judge also told the mother of my child to have him there so I can see him for the holidays! The supervisor took matters into her own hands and changed it! Now this will be the second Christmas and second new years without me seeing my son! The mother of my son worked for child services and stated she still has a lot of friends that work for them... Was this done as a personal favor?

Everyone at FACT was amazing and unbelievably helpful. They changed our lives and we are forever grateful. We felt welcome and cared for. I would highly recommend FACT.

“Your call is very important to us” but doesn’t return calls

I was referred out after my intake appointment, so I am leaving an adjusted rating according to the average rating at the time of this review. As of this writing, the average rating is 3/5 stars. It seems that they are lacking the staff to take on more victims and survivors at this time.UPDATE:Unfortunately, I respectfully cannot recommend F.A.C.T. to anyone seeking treatment. I instead recommend the Discovery Mind & Wellness Center, which is what I was referred to.It is worth noting that neither I nor the referral received a copy of my intake paperwork. Additionally, F.A.C.T. did not inform me that my referral did not receive my intake paperwork or that I needed to obtain a copy of my intake paperwork. Given my experiences of my medical referrals usually receiving my medical records, I was under the impression that F.A.C.T. furnished a copy of my intake paperwork to the referral they sent me to.Because I covered multiple traumatic incidents at my intake with F.A.C.T., repeating my history with the referral imposed an emotionally undue burden upon me. This caused delays in my clinical treatment, and given the severity of the delaying of any of my medical treatments, Im afraid I must consider this conduct in my review of F.A.C.T. Had my intake paperwork been furnished to me or the referral, or had I been informed to obtain my intake paperwork for the referral, then I would not have experienced delays in my medical treatment and would have left a higher rating (3/5 stars). I certainly hope F.A.C.T. will consider my review in light of improving their referral practices.

This place has been helping me since 2009. It is a unique establishment and they genuinely do everything in their power to help you.

Do not bother to go here if you have a child that has a learning disability. They will not help you. My daughter is on an I.E.P for school because she has a learning disability. She needed therapy/counseling for something that has happened to her but because of her I.E.P and learning disability they will not help her. Do not waste your time with this place.
