Honestly I’d give Christy 10 stars if I could. She helped me overcome a phobia I’ve carried with me for 30 years, and it’s given me confidence I never thought possible. This experience has changed my life and I’m so grateful that I found Christy when I did.

So Tatiana literally just called me like 5 min ago, after about 2 weeks after i wrote my first email. She told me she took my insurance and that she can make me an appointment. Most of the time when someone responds to your email they usually give you a description of the services offered. When i say unprofessional, super unprofessional. As i told her my availability they couldnt do after 4pm then i said what about Oct 30, because my attorney is gone, she said nope the morning is full. We didnt have to do the morning, but you told me after 4pm is booked, anyways while in the process of looking for a good day to book, she said we cant help you and hung up in my face. It took everything out of me not call back and tell her how i felt. First impressions matter to me. I don;t care if this is the best dr ever, if your staff cant be nice and courteous then you wont have me as a client and i will make sure to pass the word along to everyone else.

Do not go to this person for marriage counseling. My ex wife was having an affair, kept insisting the guy was just a friend. We even brought him in on one session (Cristys idea) and Cristy was convinced the friendship was harmless.Cristy said that separating my ex wife from her friend would have been too damaging. The tale tale signs of an affair was there, I just didnt have proof right away. The fact that those two were able to pull the wool over Cristys eyes is just further evidence that one should seek counseling elsewhere.I finally did find proof in the forms of emails between my ex and her friend, but it was after months of hearing from both Cristy and my ex wife that I wasnt properly validating my spouse. As of right now I still have the emails in case I need them to prove infidelity in court. How one would validate a mate that is cheating on you is beyond me. For that matter, what kind of a counselor takes the side of a cheating spouse?
