I had an amazing experience with ABC therapy. Their counselors are absolutely fantastic! Arnoldo, desiree, Carla, dwayne, have helped me changed my life for the better. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me a better person and listening to me and giving advice while I poured my heart out. After you finish your classes to keep taking them its $5 a class but so worth it if you need to get something off your chest

I literally just finished this class. I had hard times and better times which we all do but the women in the group were very open, supportive, confrontation, and argumentative all at the same time. Without respect authority they were allowed to argue and disrupt our learning and sharing experiences. However desiree, dwayne, and all of the women in the office today were very warm, and receptive beautiful souls. You guys a great year and I hope if I ever see you again we will be working side by side. much thanks and respect-Little Ms. Harvey

Wish I could give it a zero, they told me Id have a monthly appointment, but they called me every 2-5 months after my last. Not only that, but they were unnecessary rude to me and my dad. The therapist talked to my mom for nearly the whole appointment about things that were never related. I went there to get a healthier mentality, and I got worse.

I just completed some classes with ABC Therapy and was surprised how simple they made it. I would highly recommend ABC therapy to anyone who needs these type of classes. Very professional staff and very friendly! ABC Therapy is simply the best !!!

I spoke to a guy named Rio and he was so f****** rude! Like beyond rude. Why would you guys have a guy like him answering the phone? He made me want to find another place for my son to attend. This guy was snooty, short, acted like he didnt want to be there. If youre not going to be courteous and kind to the people that call, maybe you shouldnt be the person answering the calls. There is no excuse for Rio to act as if hes superior to the people attended ABC Therapy. When I called for more information he kept it short like he didnt want to have to talk to me. His level of rudeness was extremely unnecessary! If youre going to be the first point of contact show some f****** warmth so people will actually want to attend your therapy center. This is a no go for me. How about you guys train your people before you release them to the public.

Spoke to a lady over the phone on 1/24 at 12pm with a rude attitude. Only reason I wouldn’t consider this place how are you going to be cold over the phone asking me “well how do you not know how many classes you need” RUDE!! Bye. Whoever hired this woman should think twice. Terrible cold unfriendly service. Didn’t even say bye have a good day just hung up when I finished my question.

My daughter had an appointment 4 months ago and her therapist told us to make an appointment in a month I go to the front desk people and couldnt make an appointment for a month because she was booked but there is an appointment 2 months later so I decided to get that appointment a couple of days before that appointment I get a call saying the therapist was not going to be there because of a personal matter and the lady on the phone says but I can get you another appointment but it would be 2 months after which made it 4 months without seeing a therapist 1 day before my daughter appointment I get a call reminding me of her appointment I confirm her appointment. I go the day of the appointment and the lady at front tells me no your not supposed to be here your therapist is not going to be able to see you she has a program she needs to do with a class either way you havent been here for 4 months. This is horrible service I would not take my kid there ever.

Seeing Kimberly Landero here made me feel worse than better. She ignored my previous chart from my previous therapist. Made wild assumptions about my life, didnt listen to me,was more obsessed with her computer than actually helping me and rolled her eyes and basically said i was lying about my disabilities simply because I am young. She encouraged me to go to a womans group which i did go to, but i did not fit in one bit. This group is for women who have domestic violence and addiction issues, neither of which are my issues. I felt like I had just wasted a ton of my time, and money, and the only thing I got out of it, is that this woman has too many patients on her hands. She has even said this multiple times during the 4 sessions I saw her. She works in three different areas and has multiple group therapy sessions. So she forgets what she tells what to each group, and its obvious that, she doesnt really care. Shes just doing a blanket treatment for these people. that is not what I need. And its not what I think anyone else deserves. We all deserve a therapist that will listen to us, and not forget what we spoke of by the next week.

Very helpful if you take your classes serious, good staff that are willing to help you.

Absolutely horrible. referred by my doctor, desperately needed an appointment. made one a month in advance, receptionist said, yes we accept your insurance, starting july 1st even on website says they take my insurance. AN HOUR BEFORE my appointment they call & say they wont take my insurance until september. really? HORRIBLE!!! i could have scheduled another appointment as i need to be seen! do not recommend, no wonder their ratings are low.

DO NOT MAKE ANY APPOINTMENT ON THIS CLINIC.... if your appointment is at 3:00 be there around 4:00 , they are so unprofessional ... ridiculous..... I wish i can review -5 starts

I Love this place. May not be what everyone expects it to be, but its a place with people that genuinely want to help you. I was reffered to receive Therapy, & attend an ALL woman ,domestic violence victims group once a week. I loved the all womans group, I loved the experience of being able to meet other women that were going through similar things as myself. Being able to hear other womens stories and be able to tell mine to a safe place, was amazing. I attended the group for about 6 months. Learned how to be a better me, and how to start accepting healthy relationships with others. Kimberely is a amazing person, and I love how honest. ,yet compassionate she is when it comes to her patients. You can tell she really loves what she does. I would definitely recommend this place!!
