Dr. Kaiser is really great. I recommend LVCBH to anyone and everyone that is serious about making positive changes in your life. The nurses and counselors are very good as well. Shout out to Mae!

In the years I was a happy client I would only have a counselor change every 6 months or year due to their extremely high turnover rate with nurses with 1 leaving every 1 to 3 months and there was only 2. The turnover rate after loosing the director then every 5 months to year they get a new director who wants to prove themselves and put new rules in place so you get the picture. After they promoted the one good counselor to director then to a regional oversight or something important for great reason she was amazing but it left this place is a wreck but in 2 years they may have changed but the years of history show otherwise. Doing great at my new clinic New Bedford, they charge less and even less if on Medicare but they dont bill them just a huge cash discount. Plus they are not very strict if you prove your sobriety.

Man Ive been coming to this place for 6yrs and came back today again after going AWOL for a month.and they welcomed me back with open arms & i felt like they were genuinely happy to see that i was still alive.The MVPs of this place: Karen, Phillip, Ross, Bre(the director)is totally down to earth & has a big ❤, and of course the nurses(windows 2&3)!they helped me thru the 5hr waiting process & i was soooo sick.i couldnt have made it without them.oh by the way the Desert Inn CBH is trash compared to this place!GodBless!

I visited ( am not client at this particular location or clinic; currently , I attend New Beginnings Counseling Center, today after dosing at my clinic. The receptionist wasnt friendly, at all; she didnt acknowledge my presence..i could of been some CEO for all she knew. But, she really turned her nose up at me, when I asked her where the Vending Machine for free drug users kits, supplies were; funny thing is shes probably former drug user herself, now that she has little bit of clean time under her belt, now, shes magically forgot where shes come from; and thats very sad, but she should brush up little bit on her customer service skills and/or show some more respect and÷÷ dignity...Just because Im drug addict doesnt make me less human than her!!

Read all your paperwork carefully, they will not tell you important information. You must know all laws, rights and company policy or they will screw you every chance they get. Review everything that you signed before you do anything that might causes changes in your recovery procedure because they will not tell you ramifications until after.

I have gone to this clinic for the past six months. Its s great idea, and Im sure lots of lives are saved due to less over doses. With that being said I have to be honest on my review. The hours of operation stink! Last Saturday my car ran out of gas so my fiance ran to the gas station and filled up a has can ran home and put it in the car. The clinic on Saturday is open 6am to 8am. We had ten minutes to drive to the clinic before close. We live 8miles away. Still headed to dose because we needed Saturday dose and Sundays take home dose. We pulled into the parking lot at 8:01am ran to the door and started knocking. We look inside and Madison their receptionist is looking back at us shaking her head. This bothered me for a few reasons. I have seen 7 times when this younger guy comes in five to ten minutes late and they let him in late everyday. The big reason was of course we were now in a position to miss two doses. I feel like if they were there to help patients they would have a five to ten minute courtesy window frame for all patients. Highly dissatisfied with receptionist attitude towards people trying to stay and make it in recovery. It shouldnt be about her crush patient we should all get that concern .

Horrible experience here and I’ve been to 4 different methadone clinics and this is by far the worst. Today I go in there to find out a nurse called in and there’s 2 huge lines. Come to find out one line is for daily dose and 1 is for take homes and the daily dose line has 10 people in it and is moving fast while the other line has about 50 and is moving 1 person per 15 minutes no exaggeration. Daily dose people keep walking in and dosing so it never fully empties that line so I was in there for exactly 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting while others are walking out the door in 2 minutes. I feel like this is so insulting to the people with take homes who have stayed clean and worked hard and is essentially punishing them. On top of that the workers are rude if you question this method they are using. And this is now the method they always use with lines so frustrating.

I am here from va and moving out here .been going to the clinic in va four about 4 years and let me tell you something ...this clinic is the best one i have ever been to and the people that work there do a awesome job and talk to you with respect .....the wait time in va is to stand in line for a hour and thats if a fight dont jump off and if you dont have to take pee test which you have to take once a week if you smoke weed and the pee line is about 30 min line then you got find your counselor and that line may take 15 min before you can get in the line to dose ...oh and then it 16 dollars a day there . this is a everyday thing and i know alot of people that daid to hell with and went to the dope man .......which is right outside in the front parking lot lol ...this is why i rated this clinic with five stars

Nurse and counselor turnover is ridiculous here. Ive been there for 3 years and have had at LEAST 10 counsleors. Good luck if you really need to develop a relationship with your counselor, because they wont be around long enough.

Thats it. Today was the final straw. I get to your location at 1230 on the dot and as Im reaching for the door, the security guard locks it. From what Ive seen before, I think he gets a kick out of it. Someone should tell him, this scenero often leads to an overdose. Someone that has not used in a while picks up, does their normal shot and drop dead. Not saying thats whats going to happen with me, but it is far too common. Ill be going to a different clinic tomorrow. I advise anyone reading this to Mission Treatment on industrial. Ive been a client there and they are more forgiving and dont employ security that is on a power trip.

I like that for the most part they remember my name at the receptionist desk(Megan) without me having to tell them. 🙂Only reason I gave a 4 is because I keep getting switched counselors! 🙄 As far as everything else...u do your part, they do theirs.

This place is great. I know people who still have their life do to this place. This place is a true lifesaver.

Awesome counselors, awesome treatment, but to each is different and how you handle your situation is what is going go make your recovery a positive or negative achievement.

The truth be told. Do not go here. Why? 1. Four therapists in a year, actually may have been more lost count.2. Disturbing turnover of nurses and the lack of them. I had a job the required me to be to work at 5:30 and was late so often I was fired, even if I got there before 5am! They do have 4 windows but Ive never saw all 4 in use. 3. If you need real therapy do not go here. It is nothing but FooBar to play the government and maintain their CARF certification.4. Only open till 12 and 2 hours on Saturday!5. Money first please. If you have insurance they require $23 per week. Why? Depends on who you ask. I was told it is to offset/pay for other services such as the Dr who you will never see again after intake. And your counselor, who will tell you to find a meeting or whatever else they learned from Phoenix University. Okay, maybe because medical insurance is full of catches. Wrong! I found out that this clinic is the only one doing this that I know of. So if you go to a different clinic and you have insurance, no out of pocket expenses and you still see a real behavior therapist and medical doctor. The only employee working there over 30 is the Dr, nurses and Director. Even the Team Leads are inexperienced young women advising people in some cases, 3 times their age. Which means they dont want to pay experienced and seasoned drug counselors but expect to ALL their clients to pay!

Everyone is very nice, helpful and understanding on the reasons why we go to their establishment.

5 milligrams every 2 days apose to 10 every day.. Then my gf has a bad leg so because of her limping they say she looks high and drug test and breathalize her 4 days in a row with no dose. Took 6 hours apose to 2 for intake. Has to be threw at 7 on Saturday apose to 11. Then now I try to transfer and they keep saying my paperwork has not been sent to my new clinic day 3 now. Terrible people

I really injoyed going to therapy here and it was very informational they are real people that actually care and that matters.

I am from Albuquerque, NM and I came here to do my courtesy dosing and I would just like to point out that the receptionist lady was very nice and very helpful. The other staff were alright too. Maybe a little stiff with their sense of humor. But all in all this is the only clinic Ill come too when coming to vegas. Just know no matter how many take homes you are assigned at your clinic you will only get sundays. And dont forget your lockbox and your $25 per day fee.

Madison and all the counselors here are awesome so are the nurses love you all.

Love my clinic ! Alwas trying to help and make sure im doing the best i can. Actually get treated like a human being.

The intake process is five hours long but Ihave been to three other clinics in Las Vegas and they are by far the best one Ive been to they have three windows for dosing they are never there more than five minutes, and the staff is great
