Very clean and quiet place to live. Not a ton of traffic noise can be heard from the inside. Gated entrance with a keypad entry makes it feel safe. Beautiful rocks in the landscape that are easy to walk on arent a nuisance. Each balcony is wonderful to look at the outside world from.

Nice little gated community. Recently saw a condo there. Right next to a park and shopping. It has an HOA so keep that in mind. The property is very clean, magnificent pool!

I dont like the way they handle management! I had a freind to stayed there and they wouldnt fix a thing. So they were forced to find another apartment. They also have roaches infestation and have the nerve to charge an extra 330 bucks on rent . The management have very poor communication skills, they need to get it together , and shame on them for treating their tenant like trash!

Ridiculous HOAYou can’t park backwardsYou can’t throw large items awayYour not giving at least one gate openerThe gate is always brokenThe parks are extremely smallThere is no officeSo people in the community are in the HOA you don’t who they are but they put notes on your door, or your car, etcThe maintenance company your supposed to call don’t comeWe made 2 appointments and nobody showed up

Needs Security from druggie s jumping the East wall fence for other complex Altair also a bin for recycling.

How can I rent a condo in there?
