These glasses are terrific. Just what I needed. Paul is an amazing person. I have known him for years. I first met him years ago through my sister, Eleanor Kruschke.I go to Dr. Petracca through Southwestern Eye Care and everyone there knows him and raves about him. Have been going to MedPark Optical for years. No one adjusts your glasses like Paul does. Most optical places just hand you your glasses when you go to pick them up. This is the place to go for special tinting to ease migraine eye sensitivity. I traveled the country in our RV looking for help with the special tinting and stumbled on to this gem of an expert who had researched this very thing for his assistant. He is truly knowledgeable on this subject and the tinting helps me greatly. Five star service in this establishment!

Got my glasses a few years ago. Had a problem and needed to have the glasses fixed asap and I got it fixed on the same day I called. People there are competent and very helpful. Only place to go!

Paul Stevenson provided very friendly professional advice for appropriate eyewear. Advice was tailored to my specific needs after cataract surgery on my right eye. A very pleasant experience with new lens costs very competitive to box store optical shops. He also went the extra mile and offered to contact my health insurance provider about their policy regarding covering some of the new eyewear cost because my new lens requirements are affiliated with a cataract surgery (i.e. medical procedure). I did not know that was even an option and I really appreciated them informing me and reaching out to my insurance provider.FYI, after my first cataract surgery (left eye, a year-and-a-half ago), I went to a box store optician with my new prescription and was very disappointed in quality of eyewear lens and service. Neither did they share with me any information about my health insurance provider potentially covering some of the new eyewear cost because it was affiliated with a cataract surgery. Experience was sooo disappointing that I decided never to go back to a box store.

I went to this place to get prescription glasses after I went to the optometrist, right across the street. Unfortunately this place is on my insurance. Anyway, the door was locked, but I saw people in there. The guy that works there finally came out and said I need an appointment. He said try tomorrow but a lady in the back said no. Maybe because they dont like black customers, you never know. Didnt offer to make an appointment for me. I asked if I should go online and he said sure. Thats what I did. To a different place for glasses online. And cheaper! Way cheaper!

Best optical shop in town!!

I have used Med Park Optical for the past 12 years. Paul and Yoli have provided me with exceptional service in purchasing and repairing eyewear over that period (11 purchases). Their eyewear isnt the cheapest you can find in town, but the quality the best and the after sale service is exceptional. Ive have made purchases from others over last 12 years as well and have not been satisfied with either the quality of the eyewear or the service after the sale.

The folks there were VERY helpful and informative, making sure I understood all about my glasses and the options for lenses. I never felt that I was being sold anything. The people were courteous and friendly and they even remembered that my wife had gotten glasses there 4 years ago! I do not hesitate to recommend Med Park Optical Shoppe!

Recently my glasses were smashed flat with both lenses popping out when a large monitor fell on them on my desk. I took the pieces into Paul at Med Park Optical Shoppe expecting to have to get new frames. Within minutes, Paul miraculously brought the glasses back to their original shape as if nothing happened! They are always there if you need anything.
