Now if you read the reviews, all the 5 stars are years old! Now if you need an appointment or meds filled! DONT bother calling, you got a better chance of talking to Jesus at a confession booth than you do calling this place!! Do yourself a favor if youre able to, take drive down there and do a face to face!! Super inconvenient!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Seriously if youre looking for a really GOOD dentist ask for Dr. Brent A. Bauer! He is very good and clearly passionate about his profession. Ive been scared of dentist my entire life and have an absolutely disgusting mouth. This place has really gone out of their way to help me feel human again! I think most bad reviews for this establishment are due to dental emergencies and most people dont have the patience to wait due to the pain theyre feeling, but fact is theres a line of people in more pain in front of you and people with less pain behind you. Also ask for Helena Melendez for your teeth cleaning, she does absolutely incredible work and extremely knowledgeable.

I’ve read some of the reviews here and I don’t think they’re very fair. This is a busy place that helps a lot of people. I’ve given them a very hard time because they’re tough to get in touch with but as far as I can tell, they care IMMENSELY about their patients. One of the nurses especially has gone out of her way repeatedly to help me, and I don’t know what I’d do without her.

The customer service. Is. lowesy. No organization. I waited for labs, didnt get them , now Im sitting outside, waiting for drs. Appointment, which is at 930. I was told my appointment was at 9:00. I was asked if I was the one walking. What difference does it make. I feel I am targeted, Now I was put outside away from all, due to overcrowding, but theres still patients walking in. Why am I the only one sitting outside?

I scheduled a medical appointment a month before an was specific to needing a primary doctor. This would be my first time going. Went for my appointment and was told it was scheduled as a dental and I wouldn’t be able to get in for another month. If that’s the service I’m getting before being a patient I’d rather go elsewhere.

They never answer there phone or e mails, I take insulin and needing a Drs approval because the dont insure that medication I take anymore, so now Im out of that insulin for three days, and they dont respond to the pharmacy.

Because of this Covid-19 issue going on they where not ready for my daughter appointment so and she is a new born baby 3 days old so they send my girlfriend and my new born baby to wait out side dont they care if my girlfriend or daughter can get the covid 19 they could of had her wait in a room

I DO NOT recommend using this place. They are VERY unprofessional. I currently have a tooth emergency I’ve been dealing with over the weekend. I called to ask them if I can schedule an appointment, she said they were booked up until June. So I told the lady over the phone if they can reschedule someone( I CANT EVEN TELL YOU HOW MANY TIMES THEY HAVE RESCHEDULED ME DUE TO SOMEONE ELSES “EMERGENCY” & THEY NEED TO SEEN ASAP) well she tells me no, so I said ok when Can I walk in, she tells me at 8 AM & 1 PM. So I go in on my lunch hour and she tells me there is going to be a 2-3 hour wait!!! She could have told me that over the phone!!!! So I said I can’t wait “2-3” hours can I come in tomorrow or any other day at 8AM & 1 PM and she says yes. So I CALLED IN TO WORK TODAY! Get there a little before 1 PM and she tells me ( they can’t see me today because they “close” half day on Wednesdays) WHY DIDNT SHE TELL ME THAT WHEN I SPOKE TO HER YESTERDAY!!! I called on 1.24.19 asking to schedule new patient appointments for my whole family. The woman on the phone was a little difficult. I asked to schedule cleanings for everyone and she said, You cant do that. You need to schedule x-rays first. So I said, Okay, can I schedule x-rays then? Then she said, Okay well youre going to have to wait because Im busy checking out another patient, so I waited patiently for 11 minutes on hold and then she hung up on me! She never called back either. Im definitely going to try and find another provider that is on my insurance PPO!
