Dr. Tucker is a great Doctor ( Id give him a million stars if I could). This review is more so for his staff. EXTREMELY RUDE! Charlene is always uncertain about things doesnt seem to care to ask. Carrie is always rude when answering the phone and almost always hangs up on you. I have been calling for refills days in advanced before I am out of medication and then run out because its not been sent in. I then call to see if its been sent in and end up getting told ill send a message if you can give me the name and dosage of the medication as if its not been sent already. Im sure if the messages are sent and Im calling in regards to said medicine youd be able to see if there was anything sent or done with said medication needed.. I always have to have my grand daughter call for me as well as she is on my forms and she can never get an answer on when my things will be sent even though theyve been requested in a timely manner. This office was way better when Dr.Tucker and Dr. O were both here and they old office manager was here. things were always taken care of and she stayed on top of things. this office is now a wreck with this staff and when you ask to speak to the office manager they always tell you shes not in right now but will send her a message. Well there has been no call back from the office manager so Im sure messages are not being sent to her. Anyhow Doctor was great staff not so much.

Shame that Dr. Tucker Wont be in office as much but so grateful he is keeping us as patients. Best doctor in town I would follow him anywhere. He has a great Office manager. That lady knows how to run a clinic and keep her staff happy

Awesome experience through zoom. The staff was quick and I was able to give the Doctor Tucker a full history while I was changing PCPs. He made the whole experience pleasant.

Dr. Tucker and the staff are fabulous professionals. I have gotten excellent medical treatment as Dr Tucker really listens, then takes action. The staff are very courteous, respectful and professional, plus they are on top of referrals, especially the referrals for the VA/TriWest. Today I had the most amazing young lady draw my blood. Her name is Adriana! I had six tubes withdrawn, I never felt the needle! She is so amazing at drawing blood! Not to mention what great service she provides at 7 am in the morning!! I will make sure I see her again!

Your search for a Primary Care Physician ends here! The medical team in the Family HealthCare Center on Sonoma Ranch is awesome. Dr. Tucker is an amazing physician. He has excellent listening skills and is not quick to prescribe. His followup is second to none. When I need to have appointments made with specialists, the team gets that done for me. Myra has been not just a great care giver thru her nursing skills but also a friend within the practice. She contacts us for updates on procedures we have been undergoing so that she can inform Dr. Tucker of the results and progress. Her sincerity is very important to us and we appreciate her to no end. Wish I had changed doctors a long time ago! Love, love, love Dr. Tucker! His staff goes above and beyond. As someone else posted, staff generously offered to make all my appointments with specialists—though I declined. When I was concerned about insurance filing (I wasn’t sure it was going to be done correctly because of previous experience with not-as-knowledgeable nor proactive staff), Mayra printed appropriate documentation to assuage my concerns. I left their office feeling very well taken care of and I can’t believe I’m writing this, but I’m actually looking forward to going to the doctor now!

Dr. Oushy has been a lifesaver for me during a most difficult period. She has been very professional, respectful and personable, and her knowledge is fantastic. Im very grateful that she is my primary care physician and look forward to my future health with her.

I called for a follow up appointment and was given an appointment within a few hours. The office wait was short. I feel Dr. Tucker and his staff take a special interest in all of the patients.

I appreciate beyond words that he called me on s Saturday last week while I was in an Urgent Care because of breathing problems as a result of particlesin the air (pollen, etc)! I was tired of the 2-4 hour wait at my PCP, so when I found out the Dr. Oushy was going to be at Sonoma, I asked if she would take me as a patient. I am so happy she said yes. I had my records sent to her prior to my first appointment. First I noticed that the medical assistant waited a few minutes to take my vitals and used the correct size cuff. This is important to me because my other PCP had prescribed a blood pressure medication for me. Then when Dr. Oushy was In the room asking questions, I would start to bring up my medical history and her comment would be, “ I read that in your records”. Prior to her becoming my PCP, I didn’t pay much attention to my overall health. That has changed now. She and the staff are a great support system and I am thrilled to have them on my team.

My family got very lucky when our baby was born in February to have Dr. Oushy as his primary care provider. Our baby was tiny and she was so careful to make sure he was gaining weight and thriving. She was so thorough throuout his entire newborn weeks. Now we have made her our entire families primary care provider. My kids adore her and she really cares about them. You can tell how genuine she is. We have never had a more knowledgeable, patient, and kind doctor. I actually don’t dread going. It’s so pleasant to see a smiling face and everyone at this office does that. Always treated by all the staff in a kind way.

Easy scheduling and no hassle process. Dr.Tucker is a great doctor who knows what he is talking about. Very nice building and the wait is not too bad.

Be prepared to follow up for everything. Even normal lab results. We called to try to get results and we were told they would not give them to us unless we came in. Once we came in we got copies of normal results. Glad we paid $30 for something that could have been done over the phone. Completely ridiculous. No wonder healthcare costs are crazy expensive.

Ive struggled to find a good Dr. in Las Cruces, but Dr. Tucker finally changed that for me. He actually read my file and asked questions about my health history to make the best possible recommendations for current and future care. The office staff even took care of scheduling my appointment with a specialist.

As new patient, the staff got me in quickly. Dr. Tucker took his time to listen to me and my needs, not the needs of Big Pharma. I had to wait about 10 minutes past my appointment time, but now I know he was taking his time to listen to others.

Dr Oushy spent time to provide a holistic approach to my health. She is very attentive to my concerns.

So far best DR I have had in Las Cruces. He DOES take time to listen to you and his staff is the best always nice and helpful.
