This place, they are truly...some awful people here. Honestly, awful. Incredibly disrespectful. They need to get their phone situation sorted out for the Covid Testing. Ive been sitting out here for 35 minutes. Dont mind the wait. But Ive been on the phone the whole time waiting my turn, when it was finally my turn and I told them I was out here for a test, they told me to hold on. Ive been on hold for 15 minutes ! I asked a woman who has been coming out here, and she has been incredibly rude and unhelpful. I mean, truly one of the most unhelpful people Ive ever met. Why guve me an attitude?! Im just trying to figure out whats going on so I can get my test?! These people are terrible. Ugly people on the inside.

Laura Rivera has the worst attitude and is sooo rude. For working in healthcare she should have more compassion for the practices patients. Seriously had to call 5 times to get the issue resolved. She puts you on hold without telling you she hangs up on you and transfers you in the middle of your sentence… horrible service. Susana is the complete opposite. She helped me out.

Lauren is absolutely RUDE & of no help. I cant believe such a person is allowed to be the 1st point of contact for a medical facility. Doesnt allow you to answer, speaks over you, puts you on hold before you can even answer her. Horrible service! All of this before you can even be seen.

Remember that most people who take time to post reviews are the ones that are angry. I know that no one likes a long wait to be seen, but at the same time everyone wants to spend as much time with the doctor as possible... you cant have it both ways. Im glad they take time with every patient to make sure their needs are addressed. Wonderful doctors and a wonderful staff.

COVID TESTING PLACE FAIL! I am a very patient person. Wait time is not a problem for me. When you arrive to this urgent care there is a sign at the door to wait in you car and call the number. Does not specify when you see staff stop them from doing their job to see if your going to get help. Waited on the phone for over an hour for at the end to say to leave a message finally I seen an employee going outside and talked to her and she said she dont know how phone system works. But they are done doing testingand it was my fault for not talking to staff that was coming outside to help other patients. WHAT?NEXT TIME PUT A SIGN THAT SAYS TALK TO STAFF THAT COMES OUTSIDE DONT WAIT ON THE PHONE BECAUSE WE DONT KNOW HOW THE PHONE WORKS. 😠

Girls at the front desk are completely worthless(Laura in specific). Should not spend more than 5 minutes on a hold. They are literally qualified for nothing else but to answer the phone and yet that is problem for these slow minded humans. -3/10 would not recommend to anybody unless you have no plans but to wait in a parking lot for an afternoon.

They were very nice and it took only a few minutes to get covid tesed and got my results in a couple of hours.

More like a minus 1star for this place. Money pit. They dont return phone calls. I needed my records sent to another Dr and i called every day for 4 days, sometimes 2 times. No response. Nothing. Lousy service. They want your money. They call you for that!!

Very poor customer service. The only time they really talk to you is to collect your co pay, otherwise they are in a hurry to get you in and out. Had blood work done and had to have a video conference to review results. Doctor was very very vague and short about my results. Gave very limited information and tried to rush through. When I asked questions they seemed annoyed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My wait time was less than 30min. Dr. Ryan Sterling, took the time to listen to my issue and get to the bottom of my diagnosis. The X-ray Technition, was a sweetheart. The staff were friendly and helpful, the gentleman in the lab could work on smiling more and his communication with the patients, other than that he was kind. I will be coming back. Thank you, Foothills.

Only come here if you have all day to spare. Make you waste alot of time while the employees are out there laughing your stuck in the wait room, even after they see you, just for them to give you your next appointment card takes them like 30minutes.

Great staff and providers! They accept walk ins and the wait time is short during the week days. Highly recommend.

No one returns calls. Not very friendly personnel. Made me appts without even talking to me. I thought I was done, the young man took me to the lab, yet I was never told I was having labs done. After that, they led me to physical therapy, yet I wasnt told I was to get physical therapy. The therapy people are not friendly at all. Then the doctor tells me I need further testing, yet they havent gotten my referral taken care of in 2 weeks, and no-one calls me back. I can see why the only have 2 1/2 star ratings.

Everything is fine as long as you dont go in as a walk in after regular business hours unless you want to be treated like a drug addict! Why offer this service if you are going to hold it against the patient for taking advantage of it! Doctor was in a foul mood rude to me and made me feel like a huge inconvenience. Used to like this place but I wont be coming back here.

The worst medical care I ever received in Las Cruces. I had a workman’s comp issue and had the claim number and they still refused to see me. I had serious concerns about my on the job injury and they blew it off for paperwork that they screwed up in the first place. I contacted the New Mexico health board about this matter. Went to another Urgent care practice and had no problems. I wish you luck if you pick FootHills medical for anything health related.

All doctor offices are slow so dont get caught up on time, it depends on what you are there for. I was in and out within 3 hours but had alot done... I would recommend Foothills. Nice and professional

Waited 2 & a half hours for a referral.Most of the time they don’t even let you see an actual doctor. They let me go 8 months with a problem that could have been managed with one simple prescription. Surprised this place is still up and running to be honest.

Ive been coming here for several years. I bring my son here to. I love this place. Ive only had a problem once and it was because I showed up a few minutes late to my appointment. As long as you are on time and bring everything you need and have it out and ready everything gets done in a timely fashion. Obviously if you show up late without the proper paperwork youll struggle to be seen at your original appointment time...its kinda common sense.I absolutely love this place and the doctor me and my son see is so nice and understanding hes patient and makes sure I leave with all my questions answered and that my son gets the best absolute care possible. The nurses are amazing and the receptionists are very nice to me Ive never had a problem with anyone ever. I would write the names of my favorite nurses and receptionists and my sons doctor to give them a little shout out and give them credit for their amazing work but not sure if Im allowed to do that...lol anyway I love this place and Ive never had a problem if anyone has had a problem here well hopefully you find a place that suits your needs personally Im happy here and Im going to stay here

Worst Drs office ever! Firstly, you end up waiting to see the doctor for an hour and a half,then he (Dr. Delahuse) refused to treat me because I am being seen by phycologist and am on pain meds and that I chose a different pain management Dr. He told me the first time that I saw him that he wanted to get paperwork from my other Drs. I said fine and scheduled another appointment. He had to reschedule two more times because he wassick. And all I asked him for was to fill out a form that I need because it could not be filled out by a PA. To top everything off they lost my paperwork! Sad.

Cant say that I am happy. I called 4 times today to ask a question and the operator transferred me 4 times to the same extension with a recording that the mail box was full. Each time I called back, I told her that this was the result. By the 4th time, I figured that it was futile. I am not sure that I will call back. However they are one of only two facilities that offer travel immunizations. Perhaps after the Thanksgiving Holiday, I will have better results. If so, I will update my review.

This place is like a third world clinic. Its THE worst place Ive EVER been. Even with an appointment I had to wait 2+ hours! Then they improperly handled my paperwork, improperly billed me, and then they didnt reply to my insurance for my scripts! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They do not treat you with any respect or even treat you like you are a human. Youre just another number to them.

Experienced first hand, on several occasions, the same type of unprofessional treatment by the ladies in the front taking appointments, gathering data, handle payment after appointments completed. They are so rude and really bothered by their patients concerns or request for information. The staff is the back attempts to sign you up for every test possible my guess is to pay for all the medical equipment (EKG, x-ray machine, bone density testing, blood testing, etc.) I just went in for a severe sinus infection and they ran me through the gammut of testing.

Horrible service extremely unprofessional and I really don’t know how Dr. Delahousaye got his medical license. He is by far the least trained doctor I’ve ever seen and doesn’t help at all whatsoever. The only other doctors that I’ve seen as bad as him are his other 2 doctors Sarah n Rebecca. Rebecca literally does nothing and I honestly don’t believe she even has a medical license and Sarah does even less but at the same time lying through her big teeth about everything going on when you try to make a complaint. Not to mention the staff up front are so dull the give people appts at the same time.

Long waiting time, every time i come its a 3hr+ visit and the total time that am actually talking to someone is like 10mins over a 3hr period. Most of the time they have you waiting in the room

I love Dr Rebecca.. she is kind understanding..always listens to me and helps anyway she can.Only Doctor I like to see besides Dr.DOne PA-C is very Rude and if hes in a hurry he walks in says what do you need.. didnt check me out.. wasnt in my room a whole min. I was really upset they didnt call to tell me my doctor was sick and give me a choice of who I wanted to see or if I wanted to come the next day or ect. He clearly had a terrible attitude about taking extra patients on that day. Only bad experience I have had in 4yrs. Rebecca Rocks..

This place is not very good. They test for everything they possibly can, even for simple things. Today I went because my daughter was sick and despite the door saying 7 days a week and their answering service telling me they were open till six pm, they were closed. Doesnt surprise me though, they had a pollen report on the wall from 2014. NOT very well ran or organized. Today was the last straw. Taking my business elsewhere!

This place was great, easy to see someone, and the staff is really nice i went in for Injuries due to a car accident and they are concern for my well-being Thank you all.

Staff is very professional and friendly, wait times for appointments are between 15 and 20 minutes. Walkins are longer, of course, the have to fit you in between appointments, but are nevertheless, reasonable, usually less than 1 hour. Rebecca Burrington is an outstanding PA. So are Joel Gelinas and Wesley Gilmore. The waiting and treatment rooms are clean and uncluttered. Highly recommended!

I was referred to this office by my ortho for a cervical epidural. I was told they would call me to schedule an appointment after the procedure was approved by my insurance as this is a workers comp issue. I wait 2 weeks and finally hear from them. I was given an appointment for 2 weeks from that date. I arrive early as is my custom, especially as a new patient. The staff is rude and condescending. After waiting nearly an hour I am taken to an exam room. I meet with the PA and am given a cursory neurological exam. Then I am given a video to watch on the procedure. When the PA comes back, I have to have blood work? To check for infection? I dont even have an appointment for the procedure yet. I get the worst blood draw of my life,it took a week to heal and an appointment for two weeks from then. A week before I am told no pain meds and no nsaids. One the afternoon before my appointment I get a call that the procedure has not been approved, he will call me no later than 10 am the next day as my drive is 2 hours to the office. At 943 the call comes that I am still not approved and we reschedule for two weeks later. At 3 pm, I get a call from the insurance, she called the doctor on Monday and approved it, despite that fact that the doctors office never sent the paperwork she requested! Now I am really confused since I was told just that morning (Tuesday) that it was not approved. I call the doctor, speak with the same gentlemen I have been communicating with. His response is I dont know, I just make the calls, let me find out. I wait 10 minutes at which point I get an apology that yes they got the message this morning after I was told not to come in. Well actually YES the call came in yesterday but we did not get the message until today??? Very unprofessional. So can you come in Wednesday? Yes. I arrive early, check in and wait. 15 minutes after my appt time, I am called back. The tech cannot figure out the blood pressure machine, asks me the same questions repeatedly and finally has me write down the information and sign it. I am settled into the exam room and finally a nurse comes in with an IV Bag and syringe. When I asked what that was she stated for your procedure? Yes obviously but what is it? My sedation? I am not being sedated, no one mentioned sedating at anytime and as I have had this procedure elsewhere twice already and never been sedated. I asked to speak with Dr Delahoussaye and she leaves. 10 minutes later another nurse comes in and asked if I am ready? No have questions. She wants to know what questions? So I ask, why sedation and why was I not informed of this prior to this visit? Her response? Didnt you watch the video? Yes and they never mentioned sedation. Her response? Its in case you have an allergic reaction???? I am now insisting on speaking with the doctor. Her response he is too busy and wont be able to see me for awhile???? But you were just going to sedate me and leave me in a room until he could get to me??? Dont bother I am leaving. Please avoid this office like it was the plaque!!! Unprofessional, untrained, rude and condescending people with a doctor who obviously does not care about his patients or their concerns. I am writing this 6 hours after my leaving and have had no contact from him or his office.

By far the rudest staffed facility Ive encountered here in Las Cruces. The old lady who sits and the front and essentially just gives everyone attitude is one of the keys parts why this place sucks, between her and the radiology tech who was rude as well. I went in due to an accident and needing xrays, will never go back nor refer anyone to this facility. Unless you like being treated like trash and given attitude if you have a question, I suggest you go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible : 4 or 5 employees behind service window just standing around few of them on their cell phones -- staff and nurses are SO RUDE! My moms Appointment was at 1:30 got called back at 2:15WORST PLACE EVER I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO SEE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT THIS PLACE!

It sucks they make you wait for hours in all there clinics and you ask whats going on they still say there going to take another 20 min but they take another hour or so and then they dont give you no results at the end never again will I be coming here is waist of time👿😠😡
