I scheduled a DOT physical there 3 days in advance with Deborah Pacheco as an option, I had to make arrangements around my work schedule to arrive at my appointment to be told she does not do them anymore at that location, sorry our website isnt updated. Terrible.

Exceptional service. Very flexible schedule. The only provider who can reschedule me right away. Excellent for someone like me. I am a OTR driver and experience schedule changes every few days. Being able to have doctors office that can flex their schedule to accommodate me is a very important criteria for me . Thanks and keep up a great job.

Family care on valley is absolutely the best Dr office, love the staff the atmosphere is always so pleasant. My waiting time to see my provider is never longer then 10 minute always on and out in no time. The front desk receptionist are always so friendly always willing to help. Love my Dr office.

Loved that the wait was not long at all, but the visit was a waist of a co-pay. The doctor almost seemed as though she didnt believe that I was sick and when I mentioned I had been taking over the counter cold/flu medication she asked if I was feeling better...I wouldnt have waisted $20 if I was feeling better, to be there. She then just prescribed basically the same over the counter medication I had already been taking. Its been a week now that Ive been sick.

Fast and efficient service. Dr Deborah is fantastic. She diagnosed my problem quickly and sent me on a course of action. A jewel of an office. Patient portal not so easy to use.

Deborah Pacheco is the best provider that Ive been to since moving to Las Cruces in 2008. She is kind, personable, and attentive. She takes the time to sit down and have a conversation with her patients. She is very knowledgeable! I refer my friends and coworkers to her because I think she is an exceptional nurse practitioner!

Ive only been to the Family Care, not the Urgent Care, facility on Valley Dr. Im wondering if some of the reviews are actually about another place. I found the facility very clean, the staff helpful and professional, and my care from Debra Pacheco attentive and thorough. I hope to continue as a patient here whenever needed.

I am very please with MVFC. I have been seen by Dr. Pacheco and Dr Coryell and they are both very friendly and caring. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I especially love that I have never had to wait longer than 10 min to be seen. My last visit I was examined by a student who was very thorough and friendly and explained things to me. She would be an asset for MVFC.

3 months ago I was close to giving a 5 star rating. They’ve changed to a centralized call center. I was on hold for 18 minutes today. Then I was transferred twice to no end. I’m done with this place. I only continued with them because the local staff is all so nice, as is Russell Coryell, the provider I saw. It’s a shame the practice was changed.

I take all my family here. Russell coryell and staff are amazing!!! Hes very good with my children and takes the time to answer any questions we have. I cant really see us going anywhere else.

Deborah Pacheco is very knowledgeable and nice. Very clean environment and it was super easy to get blood drawn.

Went in for flu symptoms and started as new patient. Very warm and welcoming, was in and out in about hour and half.

Dr.Pacheco is the best,very informative and professional. She has the best staff in the business. Hats off to Ms.Lupe as well,and the rest of the staff.

Pointless, expensive, just kept me in ER for severe depression for 9 hours with a full iv set up for fluids, and a couple of ativan injections. But no one addressed the elephant in the room: i cant get a basic appt with a psychiatrist for meds, and am spiraling out of control!After 9 hours of sitting with an iv in arm, they had no plan for me!I had no phone with me or anyone to contact! THE ER had no JUICE, NO PHONE BOOK, NO SOCIAL WORKER TO INFORM ME OF OPTIONS, EXCEPT going inpatient to Mesilla Valley!I had a barking dog at home, no on knew where i was, i told them i coud not find a doctor to prescribe and manage my medication! They DID NOT prescribe necessarry meds for me to stabilize, which was main problem for MONTHS! And NO ONE helped me find a doctor who would see me.After all those hours, i finally checked myself out to go home! NO ONE even got my insurance info -despite being brought in by ambulance! I got a bill for almost $7,000!!!!What a waste of time!! I was more despondent the next day knowing i was alone.

People and staff are nice, but the inside of the building is disgusting. Do they even clean this place??
