Great service ! Charles and JR were very professional and on time. Charles answered all my questions and fixed the power outage issue we had in our home , as well as replacing my kitchen light fixture and install the surge protector we needed and didnt have installed.I will definitely recommend Ace electric to anyone that is looking for a knowledgeable , reasonable priced company.

Charles is a respectful young man who strives and achieves to do the very best in his ability get the job done properly for the customer. On time. their guys were profession and knew how to diagnose the problem properly & gave me a 10% discount for being a first time customer. Highly recommend you using him to do any electrical work that needs done.

Called to schedule appt, man answered like he was taking a call from a friend , he did state his name or the companies name. I had to ask if he was the electrical co advertising in craigslist. Answered his questions about what services I needed done and he wouldnt set an appt , just said he would text me to get my email address and name. After he texted and I answeredno one gave me a call back to schedule , I just received an invoice to pay them for a service call and a breaker change. The invoice did not mention the other services I needed. The invoice came from a different company name than what is listed in craigslist.I would avoid this company as they are not professional and wont even schedule an appt till you pay them.

Matt and Andy were great to work with! Im always on edge with home repairs/upgrades. They definitely made it easy! They arrived on time, worked through the rain, and didnt have my power shut off for long!
