This was my first visit with Dr. Fansler and I have to say I was very impressed with her and her staff. Dr. Fansler was very professional yet personable which made the appointment easy. She took her time with me to ask questions and get to know a little about me and I liked that. Sometimes these type of appointments can be stressful but this was not. I will return to see her again and would highly recommend her to family and friends.

As always, for the last 25 years, Dr. Tracy Fansler far exceeds my expectations as a valued physician. She is very knowledgable, caring, and has a great sense of humor. I enthusiastically recommend her to my friends and family. For their adult life, both of my daughters continue to see Dr. Fansler, and have no inclination to change. She is proactive and has taken care of all of us through good times and bad. My last visit with her several weeks ago is no exception, and the quality of care Dr. Fansler gives continues to impress me and my daughters.

Tracy is one of the most kind and compassionate doctors Ive ever had. I switched to her OBGYN office after having a very bad experience with my previous OB. She has always made me feel comfortable and Im so glad I found her. Would recommend to anyone all ages.

I am very happy with Dr TracyFansler, she is very thorough, has a great personality and small warm gentle hands. I have been going to her for about 10 years. When I moved to this area, I had a hard time finding a good female GYN and went through a few before finding Dr. Tracy Fansler. In April of 2020 I went for my annual checkup. When I told her I had a tender spot on my breast, she ordered a mammogram and sonogram. It turned out to be early stage 1 HER2 ± cancer, which is a very aggressive breast cancer. I am forever grateful that it was detected early due to her ordering the proper tests that gave me such an early diagnosis and treatment, drastically decreaseiing my chances of reoccurance. She is my angel!

Dr. Tracy Fansler herself is an amazing gyn, she made me feel comfortable in sensitive situations. But my problem is with her staff, specifically her receptionist (her only job is to answer the phone, make appointments, and return calls, to the best of my knowledge thats all she does). I called almost a week ago, twice and left a voicemail telling them my name, number, and when I want an appointment and to call me back to plan for the time. I am still waiting for a call back and if it doesnt happen by Tuesday Im voiding my patient status. Not only has this situation occurred (its been happening for multiple years now) but the receptionist makes excuses and was very rude and unhelpful to my mother. My last straw should have been last year when Tracy was almost two hours late giving me my checkup but she does such a good job that I thought I could continue. Tracy if you end up reading this by chance, straighten up your receptionist or consider hiring a new one, because her lack of communication youre losing patients.

Doctor Fansler has been my doctor for approx 12 years! I love the quality of care she, her office staff, and nurses provide! I always feel very comfortable. I Never wait long to schedule an appointment, I never wait long at the office the day of the appointment. The office is very clean and inviting. I am a complicated patient, with a lot of health issues, Dr. Fansler has always been able to navigate around my other health issues to provide the Best care for me. UPDATED REVIEW BELOW original review: Im not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from, but my experience with Dr. Fansler was a welcoming and pleasant one. She spent plenty of time discussing my concerns, explaining IUD options (I asked) and making sure all of my questions were thoroughly answered. Ive even just scheduled my appointment for the IUD, as I am confident that she knows exactly what she is doing.Updated review: I’ll be recommending her to friends. I went in today for the IUD. The office followed up prior to the appointment to make sure I didn’t have any questions and even took my call yesterday at 4:50 p.m. to speak with the nurse after I had questions last minute about the prescription they prescribed to help with insertion. The IUD is naturally intimidating to get, but Tracy was very welcoming and made me feel at ease, explaining what she was doing every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Dr. Tracy Fansler is one of the best gynecologists. Delicate friendly and very cheerful. I had an urgent matter to take care of and she did it so quick, I could not even call it a procedure. She was very easy going and professional, didnt even notice how she applied anesthesia and drained a cyst that was bothering me for two weeks. She is a true healer.

Ive been seeing Dr Fansler for a few years now and am very pleased with everything about her office. Her staff is very friendly and eager to help with questions about billing and costs of services. Dr Fansler is extremely thorough with her exams and always takes time to discuss things. Shes never rushed through my appointments and makes me feel valuable and that my health is important to her. It’s definitely overdue that I write a review for Dr. Tracy Fansler. I have been a patient of hers for over 20 years – when I was still in high school. From day one (1) she made me feel comfortable in let’s face it, an uncomfortable situation. I can tell that in her eyes, I am not just another patient. She enters the room and greets me asking how my year has been before getting started. She takes the time to listen to any concerns I may have and explains to me my options – even re-explains if I’m confused. Never once does she seem frustrated with me and never once do I feel rushed by her. Even her front office and nurse are helpful and friendly.She uses clean, sterilized equipment, explaining what she is doing through out the exam. She also distracts me with questions, which helps tremendously when she is examining my body. Every year, I leave my appointment completely satisfied – even getting my results is easy through the patient portal. I trust her completely and would recommend her over and over again.

Dr. Tracy Fansler has been my gynecologist for many years and I find her to be nothing but friendly, helpful and, most importantly, professional. Another doctor had been pushing me to get what I later learned was an unnecessary procedure. Dr. Fansler also assured me it wasn’t needed, and I have been with her ever since and have been completely satisfied.Her office staff is very welcoming and always takes the time to schedule appointments at my convenience. The office itself is comfortable and easy to reach on Seminole Boulevard and it has ample parking.I see some negative comments here, but I’ve just like to share my so very positive experiences I’ve had with her over the years.

I had been seeing Tracy Fansler since 2012. She has progressively become more disrespectful, judgmental and unprofessional in her demeanor. She is uncaring and makes what is already an uncomfortable experience even more so with her accusations and abrasiveness. I recommend going else where if you are looking for a caring and respectful provider. I will not be returning.On top of that she has such a twisted perspective on situations and her helpfulness. She wrote a detailed description of our encounter in my medical records for me to see. It is extremely far from the truth and completely unprofessional.The next doctor I went to informed me that she does not follow proper treatment algorithms and that she performed surgeries on me that were not medically necessary till an older age.

I had two appointments with her. The first one I left in tears and thought it was just me because I was nervous for my first time. After the second visit and reading other reviews I realized it is her. She made me feel judged and almost attacked on multiple subjects. She even made 3-4 comments about me not having insurance and said “you must not have a lot of money since you don’t have insurance.” And I never once complained about self paying because I have no problem with it. After speaking with my friends I will definitely be switching to one of their doctors who make them feel comfortable, welcome, and not judged. Totally different than my two experiences here.

She is the most caring and thorough doctor Ive ever had; general practitioner or specialist aside. She has personally called me in regards to testing and concerns. I will never go see anyone else as long as Im in the area.

Ive been going to her for about 5 years now. I stuck with her from day one because she was the first doctor to point out I was still smoking, over 35 and on combination birth control pills which posed a high risk for stroke and blood clots. None of my other doctors or primary care doctor caught this despite knowing the same amount of information or cared enough to let me know. She promptly took me off the combination pill and put me on the mini pill to keep the risk down. And then followed up every year telling me to quit smoking. Unfailingly, resolutely. Because she is a doctor that cares. If youre messing up your body, she will call you out on it.I love her bedside manner. I freeze up and get very anxious when it comes time for the annual exam because thats just the way I am. She manages to coax me down and lighten up the mood that by the time I leave, Im in a good mood. Shes easy to joke with to bring the tension down.And she remembers every single detail about me every time I come in. She called me two weeks ago, after hours, to follow up on a message I left at the front office. I told her Ill probably have to Uber down there all the way from Tarpon Springs. 2 weeks later, I turn up in her office for an appointment and she asks if I did indeed have to Uber down. Theres not a lot of doctors that remember this level of detail about their patients down to the minute insignificant ones such as mode of transportation. In this day and age, youre lucky if they even remember your name or who you are.Shell remember every single health problem you tell her even years later, when you yourself have forgotten. And what I love most about her is she personally calls you to follow up after office hours if theres something that needs to be followed up on. Not many doctors will call you personally.Yes there is a little wait. I dont mind because shes the kind of doctor that makes sure each person is heard and taken care of and not rushed. It just means that when it comes to my turn, Ill be treated well.

I met Dr. Tracy Fansler today and she was so friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The staff were all very nice and friendly as well. The office was clean and inviting! I really liked Dr. Fansler. I will definitely continue to see her as my gynecologist. She was very informative, explained what she was going to do, and all around VERY nice. You always wonder if the doctor you chose is going to be friendly or even care about you and she made me feel very welcomed.

Scheduled an appointment for 4pm and arrived by 415pm giving time in case Dr was running late. Two people were waiting in lobby by 415pm and one persons appointment was 315pm and the other one was 330pm. I waited an hour and still two people had not been seen by the doctor. I do understand things happen would have been helpful to call me and reschedule instead of presuming I can wait over an hour before I was even seen. Nice staff yet unprofessional. Left without seeing the doctor and don’t plan on returning.

Dr. Fansler has been my doctor for well over 25 years. She is caring and considerate, not to mention an excellent doctor! She takes the time to really listen and talk to her patients, even if this means getting a bit behind schedule.

A friend of mines went to Dr Fansler office for a gyn problem the girl that sit up at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful no manners at all. When needs prescriptions filled she tell the pharmacy to send over a refill auth. This is very unprofessional for and office to have patients comes in to be treated like a dog I feel sorry for anyone that wants to work for her and only one black girl in the office that has respect and treat people how they should be treated do not recommend anyone to go there

Have been a patient of hers for 3 years. I’ve never felt rushed. She specifically asks at the end of the appointment if there is anything else I would like to discuss. She is gentle and caring and gets through the more uncomfortable parts of an exam rather quickly.

Dr. Tracy Fansler provided excellent care for my yearly checkup. I have Medicare and supplemental insurance. I experienced a thorough checkup, kind treatment and lots of listening on her part. I promise I will get the bone density test. Thank you, Dr. Fansler. See you next year.

Ive first saw Dr. Tracy Fansler about a year before my son was born, when she was in an office with 3 other men. I was so glad she was on call for my sons delivery. She has the perfect bedside manner and knowledge, and most of all, she listens to my concerns!! I wouldnt trust my health to anyone else.... 23+ years Ive trusted her.

Dr. Fansler is very helpful, offering many solutions . I have found it difficult to communicate with the office this week though. I left voice mails on 7/31 and on 8/2 that were not returned, maybe technical issues of some sort. This did not happen in the past. The doctor went out of her way to call me personally today 8/4, which I did not expect.

I wouldnt recommend Dr.Tracy S Fransler to anyone. Her ability to take accurate notes, take time to review my test result (I had numerous test that were not necessary after further research on my own) and even scheduled a surgery that she had no clue of after I took off of work and had a friend who had to drive me take off as well. Dr.Tracys professionalism is greatly lacking. Her staff is Incompetent, which cant even return phone calls to answer many concerns I had prior to a surgery. This whole thing could have be avoided by a simple phone call back. As well as she she billed me again for services I didnt need or receive. Beware of this Dr.!I will be reporting this Dr. to the better business Bureau. I encourage everyone else to do the same

Horrible long term issues with this doctors office, that ultimately resulted in me having to go see another doctor to fix the issues. Ive seen other reviews and now I completely agree. This office is very judgmental, and has issues communicating back with patients. Absolutely do not recommend.

Awful experience. Left appointment crying. Dismissed all of my symptoms. Told me to take Advil. Told me she was not allowed to write me a script for something stronger. I immediately made an appointment with my old gyno (who thankfully now takes my insurance). Fast forward less than a year I am getting a hysterectomy because of adenomysis.

My wife will know longer use her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tracy Fanslers for many years. She has provided me with the best advice and understanding through many situations. She is the most thorough doctor that I have been to and she takes the time to listen (which is rare I these time) to your problems and then offers solutions. Mindi, her right hand assistant, is excellent at her job, even when things get busy, she takes the time to help you. Overall, this is an excellent place to go and the care given, in my opinion, is 110%. Thank you Dr. Fansler and Mindi for your continued support and understanding

Since my wife was denied an appointment with Dr.Tracey Fansler because she is on Medicare and 76 yrs. old, and has a very good Aetna Medicare PPO supplement plan. I cannot wait until MS. Fansler is Medicare age and hope that all Drs turn her down for her age and Medicare. This sounds like Discrimination.

I will never return to Tracy Fransler again. Uncaring, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. I feel bad for the people who work for her. Dr Fransler is judgmental and lacks empathy in her bed side manner. If you’re under 65, be prepared to be treated like a kid from the 1950’s.

Absolute worst Doctor I have ever seen in my life! I should’ve listened to the reviews, because they were true. Tracy Fansler was extremely rude, unprofessional, judgmental, and down-right unpleasant. I don’t want to go into details but she also did things to me I have NEVER heard of an OB/GYN doing to someone. I left feeling very uncomfortable. Then to top it all off, I was hit with an extremely high medical bill after being told repeatedly that they received the authorization from my insurance company and that I would not owe a copay. And they wouldn’t send me the EOB from my insurance company either. I will never go back here again.

The worst experience Ive ever had! They are a bunch if judgemental women that gossip instead of doing there job. As I waited 30 min in the room I could hear the nurses talking about people and laughing. I will never go back there! Then, they told me in birth control was covered by my insurance 100% && I just received a bill in the mail. Now Im a broke college kid with a 400$ medical bill all because these people couldnt give me the right information.

My mom had this Dr. give her surgery a couple of weeks ago. He even told her this may not work. She tried to schedule a follow up appointment but could not get in. Many other doctors assistants have had arguments with his nurse, because he purposely over books so there is no room for follow ups. Which means he is probably just money hungry.
