While Milko was on maternity leave last year, her office staff lost two appointments I had previously made. When I did get to see her substitute, a PA, he was not helpful, was argumentative and not caring. Her office staff, scheduling, and follow-ups leave much to be desired in a professional office.

My husband, Thomas Bower, just started going here. She has been very thorough. She listens to us, she spends time with you and is very knowledgeable. If you need a great doctor, she is it.

At first I thought Dr. Mariya Milko was the best doctor I ever had. Boy was I WRONG! After the doctor order lab tests I was unable to get in touch with her or her office. I would not recommend Dr. Milko to my worst enemy. She was thorough in the beginning (first visit) but there were no patients waiting in her office and no cars in the lot. That alone was strange to me. Usually good doctors have at least a couple people waiting. It might be that she was new to the area and hadnt developed her patient list yet. I dont know. What I do know, that Im still waiting to hear my lab results. After I find that out, Im changing doctors.

Awesome doctor listen and understands your in the best doctors office you could possibly be in great staff highly recommended Im glad she doesnt over book I was at another doctor today and my appointment was 2:40 I got seen at 4:20 but if youre 15 minutes late they make you reschedule dr. Milko office sees you within minutes of signing in Im glad she doesnt over book and is able to spend a little quality time with her patients

Our experience has been AMAZING!! This dynamic duo, Dr. Milko and her assistant Lydia, are FABULOUS. Dr. Milko is the best PCP I have ever met. She takes her time with you. She is extremely thorough and always has an answer or won’t rest until she gets one for you. Nothing is overlooked. Lydia is one of the BEST phlebotomists ever. With little notice, she can do the most sophisticated blood work. No digging, no bruises - just perfection every time! Dr. Milko has it all; bedside manner, personality, smarts, empathy, & all wrapped up in an amazing, life-saving, beautiful doctor inside & out. And, we love her so much my wife and mom go here, with my mom traveling 2 hours just to see here. Thank goodness for you these two angels.I wholeheartedly DISAGREE with some of the previous comments. They are completely FALSE and honestly, really slanderous. Some people just do not think about the about what they say and those people should be held accountable. Honestly, Lydia speaks beautifully and I completely understand her. Also, if you would do a little research about your insurance, etc., why not call your INSURANCE COMPANY BEFORE taking a day off then maybe it wouldn’t be such a huge financial loss. Lydia is truly a dear lady and if some said anything about my accept, I would be upset too. Also, since your review posts about an assistant and not the Dr., maybe reconsider bashing this doctor.We travel 40-60 minutes to see this office. Also, not referring this office to your “worst enemy” honestly is a terrible thing to say and, SERIOUSLY??? you’re being over-dramatic. . You HAVE to be talking about someone else. There’s NO WAY! Dr. Milko deserves accolades for the superior and unparalleled practice she has.

I am a 68 yo man that has had many positive and some very negative encounters with PCPs and medical docs in general.I am completely taken aback by the one review that Dr. Milko received and I believe it to be unfair, untrue and just wrong.I had problems with my healthcare provider and my PCP severing relationships and I was caught in the middle with no PCP. I had quite a time getting to Dr Milko after going through a few docs in my Healthcare Plan.1st off Dr. Milko has the time now to get to know me as a patient asking focused questions to understand my situation. Not just spending 10 minutes with me after my waiting in various little rooms for long periods.Dr. Milkos practice is brand new which why only limited patients currently. And who has a problem with plenty of parking? Not me.I just happen to know that she has had some difficulty hiring capable people which is why there may be a lag in labs reports.My review is that I would guess that when her practice is matured, Dr. Milko will be known as one of the most thorough, most capable and best docs out there. If you want truly personal treatment with kindness and a caring manner, go to doc Milko.Oh yeah, I cant forget about her office person Caitlin. She is great also.
