I called at 3pm on Tuesday (the day before school starts) I requested a 6pm appointment for myself & my daughter, much to my surprise they made the appointment! Once we arrived we were promptly greeted, shown colors etc with in 10 min we were at our stations being taking care of. My ONLY issue is that my daughter and I couldnt sit together unless I waited ( not a big deal for us seems how they squeezed us in at 6pm) we both had great services ( my daughter said her tech was rough but it was also her first set ever) I asked for a design and the gent that did my nails was honest and told me he wasnt comfortable doing my design but his wife would when she was finished with her client. I couldnt wait and came back this morning. Mrs.Angela greeted me right away, did my design and SLAYED it! My daughter and I will definitely be back, who knew a place grantees their work!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Kaitlyn did such an amazing job, I cant stop staring at my nails. Very clean and beautifully decorated place, everyone is so nice. Kaitlyn took her time to make sure that everything looks perfect, and was a great person to chat with. Coming back!

I just recently started coming here because Maria is excellent! She always does exactly what I want and can do literally ANY design, most nail places I have been to they don’t really do “trendy” or art on nails, on top of that the place is very clean and looks very elegant and has lots of space.

First time customer, Brittany did a pedicure for me and did a wonderful job. However, the next day after checking my receipt I discovered I was charged an additional amount for a “convenience” fee, an amount that did not up come up on the screen as an agreed to total. Called and spoke with a gentleman who argued the point, claiming there’s a sign stating they have started charging this fee. Pointed out to him the reason I’m unhappy was because I agreed to one amount on their actual payment screen vs what was actually charged. Gentlemen continued to argue the point and I ended the call. In a nutshell, yes, the place is very clean, the atmosphere is nice, did a great job with the pedicure and then they sneak in extra charges at the end. Should they change that little tidbit of extra charges then I would recommend them, otherwise there are other nail salons that are just as good and charge less.

The first time I went to this salon I had a problem with the shape the nail tech did my nail and after that I didnt come back. When I decided to give them another chance I got lucky enough to get Maria doing my nails, she is the most attentive to detail nail tech I have ever met, I never had nobody doing my nails before the way she does, her shaping is on point, you ask her something and she listens to exactly what it is you want and delivers a perfect job. Not to mention the nail art and her technique, she is a 10/10. Definitely coming back as long as Maria is there. Not only a great nail tech, but fun to talk to. For anyone interested in going, I would call for an appointment with Maria, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

I have never had such a fantastic experience in Facials until today. Mrs Angela did my facial and it was excellent she took her time and massage clean more massage and remove blackheads when I say its the best facial Ive ever had I mean it. So I have loved going to Maria !!!She’s is such an amazing nail tech !!You can bring in a Pinterest nail design and it always comes out up above and beyond.I always get the dip now since Maria suggested it for my need of growing my nails out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They don’t break as fast and they don’t hurt if you accidentally do unlike acrylic. The dip has really made my nail grow and has made it stronger.Maria is definitely a one of kind nail tech and so sweet!!! I did my nails with MARIA shes professionalefficient, creative and does anything you would like. She recommended to do the dipping Ive done it 3 times and my nails have grow, they last me longer. I definitely recommend her just ask for Maria :)

I sat in the second row at the last station near the fish tank.I have been going to this nail spa for quite a bit and I never know what I am going to get. I use to like coming here because everyone did an excellent job and it was a clean establishment. However, I went this week to get a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was way below average and the tech took tools out from their desk for the manicure. I asked her if they were clean and she began to laugh and asked why? I work in healthcare and it is absolutely disgusting not to pull out clean tools. After my appointment was over she put the same tools back in the container in her desk. It is unacceptable and makes me not want to come back here for below average service and expensive prices.

I think it could be worth it depending on who does your nails and who maybe getting their nails done.. too expensive for kids. And they treat black people differently. Always check pricing online and always make sure that you know what all youre getting charge for.

I have some major concerns about the sanitation protocols here. Before coming in I read reviews here on google about a technician Mary who did not use clean implements. I decided to go anyway because I liked the owners response. I now regret this as it appears nothing was done to properly train this technician as I had the same experience if not worse. Upon seating I noticed her implements were not packaged in the autoclave sleeves, they were in a plastic box that looked like her personal kit. I asked her for a fresh set of implements and she told me she had gotten them from the sleeve already. I did not personally see this and did not want to accuse her of lying so I said okay, thank you and apologized. Then she cut me with the foot file and used some sort of drops to stop the bleeding. She touched my wound DIRECTLY with the tube then put the product back in her drawer. This is a massive no-no. My stomach literally dropped when I saw this. I don’t know how many times that bottle has touched someone else’s blood and it should be thrown away immediately. This is very, very dangerous to customers safety. I am very disappointed that after this salon was made aware of her sanitation oversights, that she hasn’t received better sanitation training and is still doing the same thing. I tired to contact them directly about this but I never received an email back. As a licensed nail technician I felt a very strong ethical obligation to say something.

Angela IS AMAZING!!! I came in with a bee idea, she said she didn’t have the tools to do one design I wanted but PULLED IT OFF!!! Literally very similar to what I asked for if not BETTER. Angela you now have a long lasting customer!! Anyone who has ideas and don’t think they can be done go to Angela!!! She won’t disappoint!!!

Due to open on 10/11, my family attended the soft grand opening this weekend and they did not disappoint. J’adore Nail Bar is the absolute package. Not only is the decor absolutely stunning, but the owner and staff are super friendly and professional. By far one of the best pedicures I have received. I dont mind paying a higher price for a luxury service. In this case, the high price was not justified. I paid $43 plus tip for an average pedicure. It should have been amazing at that rate. The staff was very friendly upon my entry- in fact, 5 people greeted me and gave me instructions within seconds of my arrival. Upon my departure, no one said thanks for coming or please come back.

My nail tech Julie is awesome! But, I wasn’t able to use my gift card! There machine would not accept it! It’s way over priced after new ownership took over. They guarantee 2weeks for gel or dip but someone was complaining that her nails only lasted 9 days and asked for a discount next time she comes back and they said NO! That’s not professional and they don’t care said that’s the way it is! Wow may need to take my business somewhere else!!!

Well, I am seeing a lot of reviews mentioning the same experience I had...rushed. I brought myself and my 5 and 7 yr old daughters with me to get pedicures. They also got a manicure. The gentleman who had my 5 yr old was nice but rushed through my daughters pedicure. He did half the job that he should have. The thing that upset me the most is that he had to have gotten up during her pedicure 8-9 times to go tend to other customers coming in the door or walking around talking to others. He would come back to her quickly paint and then get up again. He would do the same during the massage, lotion ect. He spent very little time in total and his work showed the same. It chipped not even 2 hrs later. I am upset I paid for an experience ($118 plus tip) that was rushed and not professional. It made me very uncomfortable that he would leave my 5 yr old at the chair numerous times and come sit back down and rush her. I am glad my girl is a sweet and patient one. He also said the salon only does flower designs on nails when I asked for my little one, and I am seeing others with different ones? Overall, I was disappointed with the experience today for me and my girls. The only upside is the lady who did my pedicure did a decent job. Likely wont come back.

I booked an appointment here for myself and two of my friends for my birthday. We arrived and were immediately being pressured into getting dip nails over and over, after telling the guy NO repeatedly he finally stopped asking us. We were told we were not allowed to sit by each other because of covid yet I sat next to two strangers I didnt even know, which makes no sense. I waited over 15 minutes for my lady to arrive, once she did she also started pressuring me to get dip. When I told her what I wanted done and showed her the pictures she went to her manager and came back saying it could not be done. I was very confused by this because clearly I have photos and I know it can be done but she refused. I had to settle for something else I didnt want. In the meantime while I am trying to have my nails painted, they sat us back to back with their employees who CONTINUOUSLY were backing up slamming themselves and their chair into the back of my chair. After turning around several times to see what was going on, the employee had zero care for anyone around her. A week after getting a simple gel manicure 4 of my nails broke because of how weak they made them. I have been getting my nails done religiously for years every two weeks and the ONE time I went to a new place they royally screwed up my nails. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left and after I was VERY disappointed with the entire situation. I will NEVER go back nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve had my nails done here multiple times and each time they have been done incorrectly. My acrylics are always lumpy and poorly shaped/filed. The employees are not necessarily rude, but they do seem very rushed and dismissive. I got my last set less than a week ago and already had to take them off because of how poorly done they were. However, they do keep the salon very clean.After six or seven unsuccessful manicures though, I can’t go here anymore.

Hello! So I usually love this spot and I love the people here. But I went a couple days ago and I was with a friend, I got mani pedi, spent 155, and tipped 30 because they were all so great. But my manicure seemed rushed and not thorough. I will be coming in today to get the acrylic off because theyre so thick and I will be doing dip.

I tried this place when they first open and the women who did my nail services was so aggressive and rude I never came back. I decided to try again since it had been a while. I turned down a gel polish on my toes, and I guess she was mad because my pedicure looks like it was done by a 4 year old child..also my gel mani was so rushed through it looks worse than if I had just done them myself..will for sure not go back.

I got a burgundy ombre full set of acrylic nails today by Amanda. This was something that was so difficult due to two completely different colors being blended together to create an ombré . For anyone who does nails they know how difficult this is and Amanda made it look easy. she continued to work on the nails until they were complete perfection and I am so grateful for my perfect birthday set of nails! Got a pedicure, originally had gel on my toes, nail tech shredded my toes. Cut me 3 times and my toe nails were so thin they were breaking. Will no be coming back.

$50 for a full set with no design and only one color than another $5 for coffin shape is insane not to mention being charged an extra $15 for wanting gel for the pedicure. I’m from the Tampa area and usually a pedicure is yeah around 20-30 but an extra charge of 15 for gel wouldn’t be there. A full set would be 35-45 so why am I paying $98? All in all not worth the money.

Booked an appointment for 3:30pm & ended up with an emergency but thankfully LISA was amazingly, helpful by pushing my appointment to 4:30 without na single hesitation! She knew right away who I was & what I was getting done, before I could even finish my sentence. EXTREMELY impressed with her & her warm, friendly greeting!!

Ive been to Jadore several times and this will be the last time I do business with them. I got a manicure and pedicure. The lady refused to do callous removal stating they dont do that anymore. The entire process was rushed and she kept commenting on how its hard to work with my legs being so long. I did not feel relaxed or welcome here at all! The woman servicing me got up and left in the middle of painting my nails to start a pedicure on another client. Spend $55 for a half done pedicure and a manicure that has chipped off after 3 days. Beyond disappointed!

When I first tried this place they were really nice and did a great job on my nails and toes. So naturally I kept going back but I noticed each tech does things differently and some do a horrible job. In my opinion this place is a hit or miss. Ever since Deon left I have been struggling to find a tech here that actually takes their time and does what the customer wants without excuses as to why they cannot. After my last trip, I dont plan on returning.

Usually when I come here I always get outstanding services I came early this morning thinking because everyone is fresh I would continue to get the services expected. Lynn is very good she just talks extremely too much which in my opinion distracts her from doing a proper job. I paid for services that I receive half of the job. I asked her to thin My eyebrows more and she proceeded with what she wanted instead of what I wanted... not happy today at all.

Best place I’ve gotten my nails done so far. I got the best full set I’ve ever gotten. The girl I had was Vivian and she did such a good job, she did exactly what I wanted and was super gentle. All the workers are super nice and I felt very welcomed. Would highly recommend you go, I had a great experience.

Just moved to the area and have been to several nail salons. Haven’t been successful until yesterday. Megan and Dip are SO great. They take their time to make sure everything is perfect. From the first phone call to the check out, everyone is so kind. Hours are awesome for us working class. VIP club is worth it. All in all, this is my new salon!

Even though you can not have wine during your treatments at this time, the salon is still relaxing and stylish.

Most basic pedicure has gone up to $28. Right before Covid it was $25. That was an increase from $23 which was an increase from $19 about a year ago. I understand you were without income for two months and had to install plexiglass but $28 is too steep for me. Add a tip to that and it has lost its appeal. Plenty of other quality places to go. You have priced yourselves out of my comfort level for this.

Linda was my tech for my manicure/pedicure and waxing. she did a beautiful job! Very friendly as well and accommodating of my sunburn and a couple of new cuts from an accident. She took great care of me! Cant wait to come back!

Nice place I have been there before for a pedicure. But this time I decided to get a full set. Horrible ugly. No shape to The nail just flat acrylic. Theyre wide at the tips.

They did my brows all fancy.

They did a fabulous job on the girls and myself. Even my 3 yr old had her nails done! We all enjoyed our time there, and the techs took extra special care with the youngest. If your looking for a little pampering, this is one place I would recommend. ( if you have kids .. Get the gel)

My nail tech did an absolute fantastic job with my manicure and dip nail powder. The price is a little high but understood since she did such a perfect job. Just one critique, a few workers walk around looking at the guests and stop and chat with them and it is not in a friendly manner. (Judging and then talking about you, while you are sitting right there)

First time going here, but most likely will be the last. The pedicure was mediocre. There was barely enough water in the bowl to cover my feet, so much oil was put on my cuticles that it was dripping down my feet and it was then all over my shoes.I watched multiple people finish with services and not once was the chair or areas wiped down or cleaned. I was just not comfortable with the lack of concern for cleaning.

I travel a lot for work and its hard to find a good nail salon when Im at a different city. But when I go to Largo, I come here! Good pricing, good work, and they give you a complimentary drink.

Im giving this salon 4 stars because the first time I went the service was great, I felt welcome everyone was super nice and helpful however this was not the case on my second visit. I am so upset by this visit that I felt the need to leave this review while in the parking lot after just doing my nails. Today I got an a nail tech named Kim. From the moment I met her she had an unpleasant attitude. She rushed me through picking my colors and when I explained what I wanted she would just say No we cant do that and walk away rather than help me find a different option. She was rough and did not look at me nor crack a smile the entire time. When I asked her a question about the length of my nails she about bit my head of saying that she wasnt done yet. When it was time to check out I found out that she charged me extra for choosing three colors of which I have never had to pay extra before nor was I told that this was an extra cost. Im wondering if she made up this charge. She also charged me extra for the base coat that she decided without asking me to put on my toes under the glitter. When checking out I asked for the manager but she was not there. I will be asking for the manager the next time I go so that she knows what happened. Nail techs like this is what makes long time customers not want to come back. I truly hope that my review is taken seriously before this salon loses more customers because of a nail techs bad attitude.

Left my old salon because their standards of clean were getting too low for comfort. Here, everything is individually autoclaved before each use. Definitely will come back!

Very nice place like everyone has mentioned in previous reviews. I decided to do the VIP it is a bit pricey for pedicure but they didnt cut any expenses. It was a full relaxation of foot relaxation separate from the salon. It was peaceful. Along with a decent red wine. Not out the of the box wine if you know what I mean. My nails were done by wen and she put special touches and made sure they were perfect. We tried a new product that is known to be natural and stronger than dip. Being a huge dip fan I was sceptic but in the end I really liked the out come. My nails feel so natural and in a couple of weeks I will see how well they hold up. Every month they have a special and they honor their work. So if anything should go wrong with your nails you can come back and they will fix I was told. I cant wait to go back.

For the past 3-4 months coming here was great ., until my recent visit ., after making a morning appointment for Father’s Day... I came in on time, had to wait a little but I’m not a fussy person, so I’m okay with waiting. Receptionist was very kind, and offered me to sit at the desk while the nail tech prepare. I felt like it was okay, since she suggested it. I was approached by a nail tech who seem to look at me with disgust, I wasn’t sure if it was a problem because I came early but then again it was already ppl in there getting stuff done. When she walked up I greeted her with a smile and said hello. She ignored that and coldly replied “you pick color?”.. I was taken back because any other time everyone has been nice. I continued with telling her the color I chose, in which she came back with .. still having an attitude. I asked her if I came in too early, she replied no. So I asked her if she was okay she seemed upset her reply was “You pick color, I get color, ARE YOU OKAY?” I was so uncomfortable I just got up and left. I didn’t even want another nail service after that nor am I ever wanting service from here. I was uncomfortable with someone who didn’t even like me being kind to them to have any sharp objects close to me. I may haven’t had gotten her name. But I’ll never forget a face.

Went in with my daughter for gel manicures. Felt extremely pressured to change it to dip even after saying No several times. Finally, because it was so awkward , we said ok to dip even though Ive never had dip and have nice natural nails. Both techs did a very sloppy fast job and we both just really are disappointed. These nails are awful. Super thick and no attention at all to our cuticles . There is dried powder all around our nails and underneath our nails that we are both still picking out we just wanted a nice manicure and some pretty polish and now we both feel our nails are destroyed with this dip stuff. Never again.Please tell your staff to just give the customers what they ask for and stop pushing everyone into a dip. I

The salon is beautiful, the staff is very professional, friendly and go above and beyond to give you the best possible experience. When I made the appointment, I asked for someone who was really good with removing ingrown toenails, they suggested Lynn and she did not disappoint. Lynn did a fantastic job, very detailed and friendly, and I will be a regular customer of hers, the best part was I received a gift certificate in the amount that I spent to use on my future visit.

Vivian was amazing. She took her time, no rush. Prices were comparable to the area. Store is beautiful. Front desk was a little unorganized in that they didnt remember what services I was having and did my pedicure without wrapping my dip. Ill definitely go back for Vivian. She was great!

Nails and toes came out great. But my eyebrows are extremely burnt from wax that wasn’t even that hot. So exactly what happened.
