Wonderful relaxed place. Happy faces everywhere. Kitchen smelled good!

Fantastic facility! My grandmother lived here years ago in The Palms. My father was at Regal and just moved to Cypress and my mother has been in Cypress for over a year. The staff is amazing and takes great care of both my mother and father. The place is spotless, the food is top notch, there are activities everyday! They take personal care and go the extra mile. They know everyone by name and the names of family members. This is a 5 star facility and by FAR the BEST in the area. I would recommend The Palms to anyone who wants the best care for their family members!! When it’s my time, I HOPE I get to live at The Palms!

My parents are currently at Regal Palms. They used to love it, but in the last several months things have gone down hill FAST. Of particular note the meal service has changed dramatically. They used to have a choice of 3 different entrees at night, now it is one, and more often than not, that one is inedible.

They are in my Chamber and are always providing excellent service to their clients.

I have just returned from a 3 week plus stay at Sabal Palms. On the whole the nursing care was very good. They had some excellent staff who made up for the very few poor ones. Cleanliness was very good on the whole with a few lapses here and there but there was no smell to the place; a huge difference from a lot of nursing homes. The therapy departmeent was unequivocally excellent. The therapy staff were constantly friendly and cheerful;. making therapy fun and not a chore. The main point of failure was the food. I think all the residents agreed how bad the food was and many residents lost weight while living there.

Regal is very , unprofessional .. I was there coming from my home town and this was the first job to interview me.! And man!!! was I in the office daily about something! I spoke with Linda she is very phony and fake , she will talk to me about these Aides and nurses also the director and then act as if she loves her job and the women on AL was telling me how she is but I didnt Believe it ! Til I seen it . She need to be GONE !Every building I LOVED from families living there / rehab in 2 of the buildings then I worked at regal.. regal was the only dysfunctional Work place! #RIP MR.GOODMAN he is rolling over very sad with this place!!!Not a good place to work!!

Had my grandma staying for a while, they charge for every service, short staff, the place is going down

Horrible food, nor enough servers, they need more than one cook, not enough personal to take care of your love obes5
