I would give 0 stars if I could. I came in with a horrible ear infection. My ear was very swollen and I was in a lot of pain. I waited an hour to be seen even though I had an appointment. When I finally was seen by a doctor they spent less than 5 minutes with me, did nothing other than look at my ear... prescribed nothing.... Diagnosed nothing and answered no questions. For less than 5 minutes with a doctor and absolutely no actual medical care they charged me $210! Please never go here! If you need an ENT go anywhere else!!

They were very unprofessional, they offered no treatment besides allergy testing. I would not recommend using them.

Just called as a new patient to ask when I can get a new appointment.....I had to hang up cuz the lady was so rude on the phone!

Saw them last month. Bardmoor front office “check in” person exhibits rude tone. No name tag, so can’t say what her name was.Just loudly says “Last name” when you arrive with no friendliness and is brash in her tone. I’m sure she’s efficient, but not patient service oriented. She makes patients feel like they are a nuisance.I heard profanity (b word) coming from front office and loud laughing while I was waiting. I could also hear patient medical information in waiting room. Very Unprofessional.Doctor was great though!

I had the opportunity of seeing Dr. Shruthi Rereddy. I was a new patient and was in some pain, She took the time to discuss my issues and made me feel very comfortable, She was direct , but very compassionate. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My visit was very pleasant considering it was a doctors visit and I was in some pain. I highly recommend Dr. Rereddy for your ENT needs,.

Always a wonderful experience from check in to check out. Dr. Hood is awesome. Hes attentive and thorough and always makes us feel like we are in the best hands. Having everything onsite for hearing tests etc. is extremely convenient. Dr. Hood and his staff are detailed and we appreciate the communication, follow up, and genuine caring.

Love, love, love this office. Staff are efficient and very cordial. Dr. Greene is AWESOME! Such a great bed-side manner and makes you feel very comfortable. Hes the best! Definitely recommend this Bardmoor location.

This office is very well run, always on schedule and pleasant. I have seen Dr. Miller for quite a few years and have the utmost confidence in him. Its always a positive experience and I feel my care is top notch.

Dr. Morgan is a fantastic doctor. He performed a tonsillectomy and sinus surgery at the same time over 10 years ago and did a fabulous job. Helped me tremendously. He is very thorough and has a great personality with his patients.

I find Dr. Morgan and his staff to be the best. Dr. Morgan did surgery on me and it was so easy with a great outcome. Cant even see the scar unless I show you the spot. Dr. Morgan knows his profession and makes you feel at ease.

The ladies at the front desk are viciously rude, especially when it comes to disputing charges that were never made clear to us. Yesterday, my mother and I showed up for an allergy test and noticed we had an outstanding balance upon check-in. At first, they argued that my mother had not paid for her hearing test weeks ago, which was false. After they finally looked deeper into the situation, it turned out that their office had actually failed to “input the codes” for a quick, impromptu scope which also happened several weeks and visits ago. This scope had nothing to do with the hearing test and Dr. Hood did not explain how we would be charged for it. Yet, the ladies at the front desk never apologized for the misunderstanding and continued to speak to my mother as if the situation was obviously her fault. We ended up paying that hidden charge but our experience with these women was just awful. Dr. Hood is cool though.

The facility ws clean, the people nice, efficient, courteous, and I did not have to wait any length of time. A pleasant experience all around.

Dr Morgan and the staff are amazing. He takes his time listening to you. He is a great Dr and always takes excellent care of my family.

Dr.Pate diagnosed me with stage 4 laryngeal cancer and had me across the lobby within an hour after I walked in for my appointment .Thanks to her quick diagnosis and actions I am now cancer free.

I can’t rave enough about this Group of Doctors and their staff! The only outside testing I had to do was 1/2 mile down Bryan Dairy Road at the Balance Institute! I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of an ENT Doctor! Professional, knowledgeable, personable and thorough!

I had major billing problems after a surgery. Dr. Hood collected a $2,000 deductible but it did not belong to them. I owed it to the surgery center. It took me several months to get my money back. Meanwhile Dr. Hood was billing me for follow visits while he was holding my money. I was making payments to the surgery center until I could get my money back. Dr Hood has no bed side manners as well.

Sat in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting for my appointment. No one said a word to me while they cleared the lobby twice while I sat there waiting. I wont be coming back

Took time off work to go to an appointment here and when I got there they told me the appointment had been cancelled. The doctor had already left for the day of course and I couldnt be seen. The only explanation they had was that the wrong button was pushed when they called to confirm the appointment and the appointment was cancelled. I never got a call from them and never cancelled. Of course it was the day before a holiday weekend, and at the end of the day..... Dont waste your time, they obviously care more about their weekends than they do their patients!!!

Easy check-in, reasonable waiting time, and quality care. Not to mention the only office that was able to take me on as a new patient with a next day appointment available.

I have been going to Dr Miller for 20 years. I was born with ENT problems and have seen many ENT doctors and had many surgeries over the years before I met him. I am healthier than I have ever been in my life since seeing him and following his treatments. I trust him and he has taken care of all of my children as well. I have always been seen in a timely manner, have never waited more than a few minutes and think this is one of the best medical groups in the country. I highly recommend them.

So Ive been seeing Dr. Miller now for a few months, mostly for sinus issues and allergies. Ive seen about 4 ENTs in the last 4 years and I have to say its so rare to find a place like this. My last few appointments were for allergy testing and today I had a follow up, in total Ive had 6 visits and each time Im seen on time or sooner. I had a 2p.m. today and was seen at 1:47 and out by 2:08 and had to come home and write a review. Following my testing Dr. Miller informed me that I had mild allergies to dust mites and a particular tree but it would not constitute me spending the money and time on allergy shots as he was able to provide many other cheaper and effective solutions. I have a lot of faith in him and the entire staff there, special thanks to the woman who did my allergy testing, you were also great as well! Great place all around!

After I discovered total hearing loss from my right ear, I was told by the clinic, which I frequent, that I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment with their ENT.I chose from my online research Dr. Greene as my first ever ENT specialist. When I called for an appointment, I received one for the following morning. Dr. Greene confirmed total loss in my right ear. Of the three choices he gave me (excellent move on his part), I selected to have an injection in the inner ear for three consecutive weeks.After the second week, the auditory test proved that I had regained my hearing.My regular audiologist told me that had I waited three weeks to be tested, I ran the risk of losing my hearing totally.I shall forever be indebted to Dr. Greene for his professionalism.

Dr Greene is Great, Personable, and great with all ages, myself & 3 children go to him 11, 15, & 19. Higly reccommend. Great offfice staff as well. (Patient of over 3yrs)
