I have been to this clinic many times. Everyone was courteous, professional, kind and understanding. They have treated me for colds, bronchitis, migraines, high blood pressure. The doctors and nurse practioners are the best. I recommend them highly.

Got here 15 minutes before closing. Office staff stated they were closed yet the sign clearly stated 8:30. She went to the back to ask if they would allow one more patient and was told not anymore. Disheartening that they would deny a child who is ill service. Luckily it isn’t an emergency but businesses like this one have lost their reason for even operating. 👎🏽

I had consulted multiple neurologists, internists and even friends about my headaches. Excruciating pain that nearly left me unable to complete my daily routines and leisure activities. My husband Chris Benavides recommended Dr. Jorge Gomez-Vasquez. It was life changing. For the first time in a year the pain was gone. I don’t have enough words to express how relieved and happy I feel to have consulted him. He is thorough, professional, kind, friendly and incredibly smart.

These people will always make you wait hours even if the place is empty and thats for the waiting area, you will also wait over an hour once they call you in the room and to top the cake if a callback is required due to tests or exams they wont call you back with the results. All I could say is that if you have plenty of time to waste this is your place. If you decide to come just remember you will wait for a long time. Negative 1 star.

I first went, feeling terrible, they did my tests, and I had to follow up again within a couple of weeks. Service is great. I was able to be tested 2nd time in my vehicle. Personell is kind and sympathetic. Thank you

The staff is very unprofessional. The lady on the other side of the line had quite the attitude. I worked at a doctors office and I wouldn’t have that tone of voice. What happened to listen, and try to help/educate the patient.

Please consider changing your hours on the internet if you plan to close ahead of time. I arrived at 8:40 pm and the door was locked. According to Julissa the front desk assistant, they had a lot of patients waiting, but I saw none. It is my understanding that if you get there before closing time, you should stay and take care of your customers. The nurse practitioner Ricardo should too know better than to deny a client who is there before closing time.

Unprofessional front staff! Doctor was one whole hour late and even then, still behind schedule. Front desk girl says that’s the normal wait time. She was rude and had her kid at work jumping up and down! Doctors are not equipped for the number of patients scheduled. Stay away from this office if you are looking for a consistent PCP! The best part is that Rocio - Office Manger, is quick to charge late fees for no shows! Stay as far as away from this office. They will waste your time!

Great service. Fast,friendly and quick. Ive seen other reviewa on the place glad i did not have the same. Im glad they explained the reason why i could be have the potential back and sciatic nerve problems.

Very bad service. I was there waiting to draw blood for more than 45 minutes. There was so many staff members with zero patients. After I saw they were clearly not doing anything, I decided to leave which the lady tells me If you want, I can draw your blood! Why didnt she do it before? Horrible.

Got to give one star because there is nothing less!!!! First it’s A long wait!!! The worst part is they don’t have a fix rate... They don’t tell you exactly how much they will charge... if you don’t have insurance there is a big range from 80.00 to 183.00 depending on what has to be done to the patient of course it’s a BIG SURPRISE at the end of the visit.... It just happened that I took my two kids... one was just a common cold no big deal and the other had strep throat and both were quoted Ridiculously... I ended up paying more than 260.00 dollars just for the visit no exams or any extras...I regretted taking them there but since it was late I had no other choice... Rather a recommendation would be Dr. Villarreal reasonable in price and gives inexpensive medication which works really well.... my youngest son was treated for the same thing throat infection and I only paid 70.00 for the visit!!! BIG DIFFERENCE I will never go back to Premier learned my lesson!!!

Great doctors in this clinic and their prescriptions but the only bitter moment I had was that a receptionist nurse rejected my appointment because I didnt have my insurance card which it was understandable, my fault. BUT she gave her opinion with an attitude saying you shouldve known better you had a lot of time to bring your card with you. Those comments are NOT welcome to me and I didnt appreciate their opinions if its expressed that way.

Hardly ever wait anymore to see Dr. Blanco, he is amazing and the reason for the almost perfect score...In the walk-in clinic I had trouble calling in and getting bad information, they told me to come in at closing time and then didn’t help me because it was closing time. The doctor on call that day wasn’t very knowledgeable of women’s anatomy.

Poor service, poor follow up. Avoid this place. As per the response fromthe owner below, it is very passive and meaningless. I voiced my concerns at the office and no one bothered to refer me to an authority or an owner. What kind of policies and training do you have in place? Business 101: NEVER let an angry client walk out. No amount of roundabout excuses or implied apology accomplishes anything for your business. By the way, I recently went to another provider to continue my treatment, and found out that your clinics provider was having me do unorthodox and unsafe things....this knowledge underscores my feeling about your place. In the American dictionary Premiere is defined as first in rank. ...no, I dont think so! Their response to my follow up was that my review was malicious when in fact it wasnt. You further convolute the issue by continuing to deflect any and all complaints. Keep fooling yourselves, but it wont change the reality of what I dealt with or what I was being told to do by one of your medical professionals. Again, there is no malice or non-truth of any kind in my statement. You are just covering your collective behinds as I would expect. Let me express same wishes to your clinic. I hope your careless and disconnected approach to patient care never harms anyone. No malice..just truth.

Nice staff but could not give them a higher rating because of the time it takes to see someone. If the wait time is going to be HOURS they should tell you so you could decide to stay or go somewhere else.

Good clinic. They are all professionals at the time of diagnosis. Staff need a little improvement but overall they are good.

Had moved my 3 children one by one from Dr Roberto Villegas to the clinic as I liked the quick service, I am outside with my daughter as she has fever and throat pain, arrived at 8:35 and doors are closed, I called as I only see one person waiting in the lobby and “Janine” or some tells me that “depending on the patient flow as they only have one nurse practitioner they close a little early, as I said “ok, thank you” she replied with a “mmhmm”. Want to clarify that I work on a health care paced environment and if we have to stay until 11 pm with a patient we do, and the correct answer would’ve been “I apologize for the inconvenience ma’am bit we do open tomorrow as soon as...” WILL NEVER COME BACK

I have been a client of Dr. Luis Benavides for over 15 years. To me he is the best Doctor in Texas. As a patient he has always been able to treat every medical condition that I suffer from.I have also worked as a traveling Registered Nurse from San Antonio to Brownsville and from Eagle Pass to Corpus Christi, Texas. There is no better MD out there that has impressed me more than him.Even when I fell short, this man was compassionate and was able to save me when others were ready to show me the door.If this man is your physician you know that we got the lottery with him. I pray that God grant this man decades of life. Laredo needs him.

I have been sitting here in the waiting room while everyone has gone In!! Never ever have I had trouble with insurance but today a lady by the name of Adriana was rude and told me my insurance had to be verified, finally told me that yes it was only my copay!! Rude people!! I had loved it before, but as of today I will never be back. Ladies need training!! Then the other lady gave me a whole speech on balances and how to pay and that I had a missed appt. so that was an additional $25. Stay away from here!! Go somewhere else!!

Great place went in recently due to feeling very sick with high fever and some throat symptoms. Saw a NP in the name of Mario Rmz handsome by the way and a great smile. Might be NewBee but Explained everything well .. Felt he was very caring..He took some time but overall id go back... Regarding as to front End disappointed... ladies look in a bad mood.

Terrible punctuality, takes a few hours to get in and out. Approximately 2 hours of wait time and 1 hour in the room waiting for the doctor.

Worst service ever. Literally been waiting over an hour to be seen. I had to step out and ask how much longer the wait time was. Then a nurse practitioner walks in and says shell be attending me. I asked for the doctor, she said she would get him. Then a medical assistant walks back in and says the doctor is on call and is 40 mins away, so I told him ok, I guess Ill be seen by the nurse practitioner. She doesnt come back. Instead, the medical assistant comes in to check for the flu and jabs a swab stick up both my nostrils and walks out. That was 20 mins ago. Ive yet to see the nurse practitioner. First and last time here.

Cynthia Cantu is one of the worst female doctors I have seen. She has the worst bedside manner and does not smile. Oh but she does laugh at you when she is judging you. If you want a doctor that literally does not care about you, then Cynthia is perfect for you.

My wife and I went into the clinic pretty late at night, about half an hour before they closed. It was our first time at Laredo Premier and my wife was in a tremendous pain after an accident, a fall at home. We were new patients so I figured the signing process would be pretty lengthy and being the time we came we thought they wouldn’t attend us adequately. That’s where I was wrong. Let me point out that this clinic is the best place in Laredo!! Their staff is simply amazing. I’m beyond happy with the service we recieved. The registering nurse Esperanza was extremely helpful with my wife. My wife had a hurt wrist and Esperanza talked to her and calmed her down while getting us in the system. She took us in within a minute of our arrival. Didn’t even take long, that’s that we were new patients! She was so kind and EXTREMLY profesional. Such a sweet educated young Woman. I expressed my gratitude to her over and over. They took us in and the triage nurse Hector was very kind and gentle with my wife! Very professional young man as well. That’s were the FNP Alex Cavazos comes in, a very knowledgeable young man. Very professional as well. Robert our X-ray tech was very gently and quick. My wife had a broken wrist and these people made her painful moment into a quick healing process. She was so pleased and can’t stop mentioning these amazing people so I had to come back and write a review. Thank you so much Laredo Premier for the OUTSTANDING service provided. I’m in awe! I will definitely be recommending this facility to everyone I speak to! Thank you Esperanza, Héctor, Robert, and Mr. Alex Cavazos.

Is a friendly place

The office clerk with whit blond hair was very rude and not knowledgable of copay nor had she verify coverage. When asked a question she rolled her eyes and stated to take a seat and nurse will call me. She closed the window making comments to other clerks in front. Office is a non friendly and not compassion of patients.

Outside of the urgent care these folks WILL NOT honor your appointment time. The amount of time that I’ve wasted in Dr. Blanco’s office is ridiculous. Only alternative is to go to SA - either way, you’re robbed of your time. The staff here is disorganized and rude... they go to lunch and do not man the phones... they’ll try and confirm your appointment 3 times, but not answer their phones or honor the appointments they make. Then they want to take payment before you’ve been seen? Absolutely THE WORST.

Went in for blood with an appt at 10:30 am, was asked to fast beginning the night before....waited almost 2 hours in the office, before I decided to leave......requested that the Dr. call me.

Waiting room is empty and still Ive been sitting here for over a hour staff doesnt seem to care not good for business

I came in for a common cold and was told I must test for COVID so I signed up. I waited for 65 minutes after seeing no one testing at the driver up corner for 10 minutes I called and was told they only have one medical assistant available, why wont they begin by advising us so we can choose if to go get tested at another site?Very bad service were no where near San Antonio in any way with this awful customer service, mentality and attitudes that seem to be as if they are doing you a favor. Even my watch recognized Ive been sitting too long.

The best clinic in Laredo. My Doctor Gomez-Vasquez is the best! But I love going to the walk in clinic because all ayi are very professional! Esperanzita is a young girls love. Very professional and a lot of hats that I put on I never make a bad face and is always attentive in everything and everyone. Its not for nothing but shes one of the reasons why I always go to the walk-in clinic. Thank you for all mijita God bless you always mija. Never change that smile you always have
