Nice staff and professional, good doctors, that is our first place to go. I wish they have more staff. The service is fast if you can get someone to answer the call at the first try. With more staff they would be excellent.

Felt genuinely sick. When I called to check if they took health insurance to set up an appointment, I was received with bad attitude. They said they couldnt take me in, and to go my primary health care provider. Which is fine, but why the attitude?

Dr. Kong! is absolutely the most patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and most responsive physician I have ever worked with. As a patient, I never felt rushed, diagnoses were clearly described, and treatment felt very collaborative. As I had previously mentioned, hands down the greatest physician Ive been fortunate enough to work with :)As for the nurses, front clerical staff, and facilities in general, I have no complaints. Everyone there was courteous, professional, and the structure appeared well maintained. I get the sense everyone there is happy with their positions and get along well with each other.

Better than competition

Loved the clinic! I went in last Sunday and it was pretty packed but I wasn’t waiting too long. I saw the NP and she was soooo nice and quick! Highly recommend this clinic!My mom went in the next day as well and she had nothing but good things to say as well!

The only walk in clinic my family goes to! The staff is great and every doctor we have seen is incredible! By far the best walk in clinic in Laredo!

Very nice staff, and excellent doctor! The best hands down plus they always see my daughter fast. He checks them thouroghly and better than any doctor they have had in the past.

I have been seen at this clinic many times. My insurance has not changed and today they said I was ineligible. I called my insurance company and the said everything was up to date. They even called the clinic and the person at the clinic refused to see me. She said they couldnt see me and when my insurance agent asked if they accepted my insurance she said they were very busy and didnt have time for this (there was no one in the waiting area) I feel terrible and am waiting in my car to get the strength to drive home. I feel horrible and light headed.I cannot believe that they refused to see an ill person. Those people are not true medical professionals. I really loved this clinic but I guess I need to find a new one.

Went in for a throat infection and was not given an antibiotic by the Nurse Practitioner. Ended up having to go across to a doctor to get medicine as I did not want to waste money on another copay. WASTE OF MY TIME!
