The receptionist were very helpful, but I waited a while before I had to see the doctor. When I was taken back to a room, the medical assistant was already diagnosing me saying I’d have to go have surgery for minor symptoms I was experiencing. After I was seen by the nurse practitioner he prescribed me multiple medications because he wasn’t sure what it was that I actually had. They had to run additional labs that they were not equipped to do on site. I was told I would receive a call 24-72 hours with results. No one ever called me. I ended up calling back myself and they basically had no information for me except to keep taking my meds.

This is a great place for those times your doctor cant be reached or is booked for the day. They have friendly staff and very caring and informative healthcare providers. I just wish they had more than one location.

Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Only thing is that the feedback from lab or medication PA has no turn around time nor can can you reach out to the office. Call takes you to IVR system that no one is available. It’s been a week an still waiting on a change for a PA medication for my children.

I am from Laredo, but don’t live here now. We are visiting and my baby girl spiked a temp and I needed her to be seen. I called Doc-Aid and was able to be seen fairly quickly. The front office person was helpful and attentive. I was taken to the room and seen by NP Jessie shortly after. He was very thorough and my baby was comfortable, didn’t fuss or cry. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely utilize Doc-Aid again if ever needed.

Horrible service I understand that we’re in a time that everything is completely packed but if u want bad service when you’re feeling I’ll come here. I have gone to vital med which is similar to to this clinic and have not gotten treated like this . First of all why is the registration so lengthy about 9 pages in total. I was feeling very sick and just wanted to register some quick information just like any other facility in addition to all the consents. Took me a while to fill that out. It’s ridiculous to create a patient portal when your sick.the front desk clerks were also not very efficient. They had to reschedule me for another day because they were an hour away from closing. Other than that the places is too cramped not enough parking but the nurse practitioner Juan was awesome only one there that was very helpful and efficient.

The female physician or PA that saw me was very dry and rude. In previous visits, Mr. Juan Lira Escobedo was very kind and attentive, unfortunately he did not treat me. I had questions regarding my results and I had to return in person since nobody answered the phones. I was told that my profile would be provided with follow up instructions; however, there were none provided.

A Great costumer service and fast place to go and get treated. Got my results fast. Will go back again.

Whenever I am unable to take my kids to their primary doctor, doc aid is my first option, the staff is very kind and helpful, I never have to wait for my children to get seen.. before I would take them to the emergency at the hospital but the wait time was crazy, my children would be burning in fever and still have to wait a long time for them to be seen .. I would totally recommend doc aid, no wait time and they’re always ready to run many tests to find out what is wrong, doctors nurses and the entire staff are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable. I am very satisfied with their services

The DOC-AID staff are very friendly and professional especially Juan Lira Escobedo. He was busy when I walked in but he greeted me and offered to help me. The young lady that did administered my COVID test was very cordial and friendly. Over all excellent customer service.

Please stay away from this place. Very bad experience with staff. I really wanted to try them because I live close by. To secure an appointment you are required to pay $25 wich I didnt mind. They send you a form wich I try many times to fill in and it wasnt possible. I called to let them know and I was told when I will come in they will help me fill out the forms. Second mistake they did. I had shedule the appointment at 4:45. I got a call stating that time wasnt available. So I said no problem. They shedule me at 5:45.SO I get there I told the girl that I couldnt fill out the forms and she tells me the same thing that I had already try a billion times. To fill out the forms online. Then with a very negative vibe tells me I am late. That my appointment was at 4:45. Wich I told her you guys call me and change it to 5:45. Last I have insurance and in no place I have been charged the amount they wanted for me to pay Wich was $195 and that is without any test the Dr might ask..So I asked If I could get the $25 back and she said no.. I left I was seen at vital med with great costumer service and I only had to pa A copay of $25 with my insurance for my daughter Wich is a 6 year old girl to been seen by a Dr. By the way I had never ever written a bad review yo anyone but I think people need to be informed and make a choice before they try this please. I’m going to give this facility a 4.5 rating 🤩I LOVED THE SERVICE SO MUCH!!! VitalMed and Urgent Care turned me down and I was desperately looking for someone to perform an incision and drainage. Dina and Yesenia did an AMAZING job keeping me comfortable and providing immediate pain relief. I left the facility in a giddy and positive mood!My only complaint is a hidden charge I just received. A week later I was charged $25 and did NOT receive a receipt. I had an appointment scheduled yesterday and cancelled with ample time, but was never informed about this fee. Will be calling the facility for a solution to this problem.

My husband and I received COVID testing. It was really quick and simple to schedule. We only waited maybe 10min in the parking lot before testing. My testing was just in my nose and they didn’t have to go super deep like in previous testing I’ve had. My results went straight to my email. Quick and professional with helpful staff!

Bookend an appointment online for myself and 2 children. Every appointment had a fee of $25, making it a total of $75. So an appointment with 3 different time slots all 20 minutes apart. Well mine was 5:20 pm and it’s now 5:40 and yet to be seen. Refundable or not we’re in a Pandemic where individuals can’t afford to pay. If we have insurance, which covers the service, no upfront costs should be collected.

I went to get Covid-19 test done, thankfully I came back Negative... They have great service, Dr goes outside to speak with you and then they go outside to your vehicle to get the swab done. I got my results back in 2 hrs which is quick for me at least. Really recommend this place...

I have rarely faced such incompetence. I called specifically for a PCR covid test for travelling purposes. The redults that they sent to me never indicated that it was a ocr test. For this reason thz results were absolutely useless and I lost $200.00 plus I had to find another olace to do the pcr test. Horrible experience. I would love ne ly $200.00 refunded.

Friendly staff and very efficient. I got my COVID results online within two hours of collection. Was a little confused with the online service at first. Thought I had to set up a Zoom appt for a COVID test and waited a while for my provider to connect. Turned out I should have pulled up to the curbside service and called the number to let them know I was there. Other than that it was a great experience.

Dr. Cedillo, Yesenia and Yesvet were very professional and helpful. The wait time was minimal and the results were provided within the hour on the portal. Great teamwork.

The staff at DOC-AID is very helpful and resourceful with referrals. My 1year old daughter went in to be seen due to a fall on her elbow from a chair. Physician Dina Mantee not only gave me a call back to check to see if I was able to get X-rays, but gave me a courtesy call that meant a lot after being seen with her.

My family loves Doc Aid. We have visited numerous times for COVID testing this year. The registration process is extremely easy with the online platform, and you can even choose your provider. We have had several excellent medical professionals help us, including Dina Mastee. When you arrive at the office you call to let them know; there is not a wait and you are immediately sent to a room. The office is very clean, sterile, and you are usually the only patient there. The tests are administered quickly and you are out the door in less than 20 minutes minutes. Results are given within a few hours via the online portal. I HIGHLY recommend DocAid for your medical needs.

Mr. Escobedo went above and beyond by explaining everything clearly as I arrived, he also offered other tests that could help me detect exactly what I had. Not to mention, Celeste, she was amazing. My experience with Covid testing was by far better than I imagined. I was frightened by many stating that it was painful. She was gentle and soft, I highly recommend everyone to ask for her.

Very rude front staff. I had a covid test back in January and I would not recommend this place. Aside from them being horribly rude early in the morning, they billed an absurd amount towards my insurance for phony lab services.

If want to be treated with professionalism and respect this is not the place for you. I came to this clinic pregnant and showing signs of a miscarriage. They were unable to tell me if I was having one or not (which is understandable), so they did some labs to confirm. I was told I would get results most likely in 24 hours but that it could take up to 5 days. They said they’d update the patient portal and call right away to explain the results. On the fourth day I started calling the clinic, several times a day to follow up. No one answered. I called again on the 5th and 6th days several times. No answer despite the clinic being open. On the 7th day they finally picked up the phone and said they got the results several days before and couldn’t explain why no one called me or updated the portal. I asked to speak to management to provide feedback. I told management what happened and expressed that this was very unprofessional. The lady just said “okay” it was only after I told her that wasn’t an appropriate response either that she apologized feebly. They knew I was going through an extremely difficult situation, anxiously waiting my results and yet clearly they have no compassion for their patients. Needless to say I won’t be going here again.

So it’s all great when you sign up online, but good luck trying to get someone on the phone because they Never answer. Also got down to check in and then ended up waiting in the car for 30 min before they saw me. I arrived 10 min before my appointment. I recommend the Laredo Emergency Room clinic by Walgreens if you want quick responses. The PCR test at the laredo emergency room one is also $100 cheaper than at this one and they tell you the results with in 24 hours instead of shipping them out like this clinic. Lady at the front desk isn’t that friendly either. Nurse practitioner Lira is great! Very friendly and profesional. Happy Testing Everyone!

The staff are not on the same page. Visit if you want to just waste time because they will just plane out give you mixed prices and they just say that’s our bad.

I was thrilled at the level of great service I received and how organized it was considering Covid restrictions requiring curbside service and all. Book your appointment with Dina Mastee if you get a chance, shes a phenomenal Practitioner! She earned my full vote of confidence after my past visits, and my business from now on as far as urgent care clinics go. BlueCross BlueShield friendly too!

Waited for over an hour to get assistance due to online survey having issues. Lady on phone told us that “others had no issue with it and we had to figure it out”Once the hour was over they told us we had to reschedule because after they rudely told us to “figure it out” and waited in the car for Covid-19 testing we now have to wait another day.Once we rescheduled, we were still having issues with one of my siblings surveys not appearing, we called and no one answered the phone at all. We kept calling as we NEED to get tested for COVID-19 and no answer. After an hour or more we finally received an answer from a very rude lady who told us to hold and we waited for 30+ minutes and hung up on us.This place is not the place YOU should go to if you NEED to get tested. The amount of unprofessionalism and carelessness at this establishment is astronomical. I’d expect MUCH MORE especially during an ongoing pandemic with exhausted hospitals.Do NOT test here!!

My family had a bad experience with this place and with Dr. Deena she was very rude and now they are sending us a big bill for a little test but they said it was going to be covered. They don’t even do xrays and will send you somewhere else and then you get another bill from somewhere else. This place needs to be reported

To begin with, the lady is a nurse practitioner- not a dr. The receptionist at the front was very rude and not friendly at all on the phone. The practitioner didnt even explain to me that she was giving me meds. I found out through the portal that she was giving me meds. They didnt not give me the results from the quick test on time. Very unprofessional. Rude receptionist and rude nurse. Ill take my services elsewhere. Thank you.

The service was great. There was not wait time. I was able to get seen in less than an hour. My RX was sent in I had no wait time at the pharmacy. Fantastic experience when I wasn’t feeling well at all.

Horrendous customer service. Very unprofessional. To begin with the receptionist was 15 min. Late. The electronic questionnaire and check in kept sending me to Error and when I would call they would place me on hold. They were no help at all. I lost so much time. Very disappointing.
