I have been going to Diamond optical for a couple years now sense the new owner Mark has taken over. Doctor Stone is very through with his eye exams and i had great satisfaction with customer care from the reception. They have a wide selection of frame and they are reasonable priced! My kids and i love this place and wont go anywhere else :)

Super friendly and helpful staff. The doctor was funny and patient. Overall great experience and wide variety of frames to choose from.

The receptionist was very nice. The building was fine, even the heck up seemed thorough. However, the optometrist was the rudest person I think I have ever come across. He was Making sarcastic and very rude comments about almost every question I had, as well as how I tested. I tried to blow it off but I feel like people should be made aware in case you are a sensitive person. The guy was a jerk.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I found the receptionist to be very rude on the phone when I was making an appointment. She put me on hold for 10 minutes then was very short with me the rest of the call. I decided to let it go as a misunderstanding and kept my appointment. That was a mistake as she was also rude in person and didnt even greet me or say hello when I arrived, She just asked if I had the forms I needed the Dr. to fill out then told me to sit down. I felt as if I was intruding. Then I found the Dr. to be lacking in professional judgement and made a call on my vision with out knowing my medical history. He was also very short with me and showed no interest in being helpful. I am sure this is a great place to go if you need bifocals or have just a slight vision issue, but if you have a real vision problem and need a real prescription then this is not the place to go. These people are more interested in selling frames than meeting individual needs. They wont get my business again.

Pt Darnel called through a third party interpreter that put us on hold for ten minutes. Then i cant explain why because of hippa regulations, but we were not able, nor do I believe anyone will be able to help this particular situation. I wish we could. Best of wishes to you.

I love this place. The owner is actually engaged in the business and interacts with the patrons. Always looking for solutions to my vison needs. They definatley go the extra mile.

Very nice staff, but the quality of the lenses you receive are terrible, I honestly felt like I couldnt see through my glasses with the horrible glares the lenses produced.

We got our daughters glasses from here. The selection and service was great!!

Horrible I will never go back
