Very busy. Took over an hour to get my blood drawn. However, the person who took my blood was a real pro. I have veins that are deep and roll. He got what he needed and saved me a second trip back so I would not have to get stuck twice! Very much appreciated.

The waits are long sometimes but they work is is excellent.

They only have 3 or 4 phlebotomists on duty at any given time. We usually have to wait at least an hour. Its cramped when you go in, and you are riding a scooter. They definitely need a remodel.

My 4 year old had to do a urine sample. Instead of letting me turn it in they made us wait behind every other blood work order. I sat there with my child running a 103 temp for an hour because they wouldnt just take my urine sample from me. This is the last lab I would go to.

Went into the lab to get blood drawn a really rude male nurse came out and said we can’t be in there when we were already waiting 15 mins and then was rude after we asked where we were supposed to wait don’t appreciate getting a attitude from someone who is trained to be professional and nice to patients.

The lady who took my blood was so amazing with working with my anxiety. I believe her name was Destiny. Really appreciated her!

How do you rate a hospital. I guess if they keep you alive, thats worth all five stars

Had to have some labs done...very professional, super job by the phlebotomist! I didnt even feel the needle! Wow! I wish I could remember her name, she deserves a shout out!The whole process was smooth, clean & went by very quickly!Thank You Sparrow Professional Team!

Would have gave them a 5 star if I did not have to wait for almost a hour for a blood test.

No matter when you go to the professional building for labs I dread going because the lab techs care more about there personal conversations amongst themselves instead of tending to the clientele.they even take personal phone calls before they deal with clients instead of waiting for or taking there break to take care of personal issues. It always happens and they dont know how to show professionalism in their work.

Clean. Fast service. Super friendly workers. My test results showed up less than 24 hours later.

Google said they were open till 6pm yesterday. So I drive there only to find out they closed at 2pm. Pus it said they were closed on the 4th but the sign on the door said open till 2pm July 2, 3 & 4.

Over an hour and a half wait for blood draw, most of the people in line are Sparrow employees cutting the line. To say that in front of the customers is disgusting. Still waiting.Ive now waited two hours and been talked to for using the wrong chair. The waiting room is full of people masks under nose and coughing. In the 2 hour wait Ive not seen anything disinfected. Posted signs everywhere state you will be screened and not permitted entry with symptoms but there is no one checking. Had my temp checked at the bowling alley but Ill get COVID at the hospital. Must be they dropped the ball for us customers after vaccinating their coworkers? My suggestion is allow appointments or spend more time doing labs and less time curating your waiting room.

Very slow, I waited a hour and a half for lab work. I didnt know about the drive through in frandoor was for the lab work.I thought that it was used for the virus screening only. Next time I will go their and stay in my car.

The particular lab worker was not the most gentle with blood draws 😬 this was 3 hours after having bloodwork done. It felt like she was jerking the needle in my vein 😫

Get in line, 40 minute wait in car. Where its safe. They send you a text when youre close to the front of the line, like at the Sec. of State. If you dont show they drop you from the line and send you a text. I used the time to see if Sparrow Main campus was faster, 2nd in line at 730am. Got a text saying I was close to the front of the line but I was home by then. Need a Dr. order for Covid test now so lines are probably shorter?

Times say 6:30 on the website. Testing for EKG didnt start until 9:30. This information is not on the website and was not told to me by either of the sparrow staff I talked to. Their website is terrible. Dont trust it.

No one needs to be talked about while standing right there, as if unpresent! The arrogance needs to go! I pray that my effort here counts! Well, later...Really, I need the lab report, in writing. I was told by my provider that nothing was found!

If your like me and need to get labs drawn at a specific time, then forget this place. They actually close an hour before the time it says they do and it takes forever to get in. If you do get in the staff is friendly and does well.

This place is ridiculous. Wouldnt even give me my glucose drink to start the time so i would have ended up here for God knows how long. Not happy.

Very confusing as to what area to go to for labs...i went to 3 different buildings before someone told me the correct location and parking area to go to. Wait time was ridiculous, over 2 hours to have blood drawn, but only approx. 20 people there when i arrived.

Beat hospital hands down in Ingham Eaton Clinton county.

3 hour wait even though the estimate was 60-85 minutes. I understand the demand due to some of their labs being currently closed but it was ridiculous. At least 20 people ahead of me and the line was moving even slower because each person was given a total of 15 minutes call time to return to take their turn. Very crowded waiting areas after 3pm.

It was so slow it seemed like everyone was there. When I got up there then they said I had to go back and get some thing else. It took forever. The lady was trying to help me with it. But when you have to wait and wait it gets old fast.

I didnt love it I dont know of anyone that loves getting their blood drawn but I will say this they try to be as fast as possiable professional and try to make the experience as comfortable as possible depending on what test is being done they try to get the results as fast as possible

I’ve was told the wait was 20 minutes to get my blood drawn. I’ve been waiting two hours with no communication at this point. The texting system is not working. And now that I’m in the waiting area two people are not wearing masks properly and this is not being addressed. Frustrating experience as a whole and I’m still waiting.

I always get in and out quickly. The staff is friendly. If you have blood drawn they get it done with one poke. Results are usually in the same day. You can see them sometimes within a couple of hours if you utilize Sparrow mychart. Their online service.

Line was slow, waited 2 hours but other then that it was ok

Post covid the lab is too slow and wait times far too long. I had to find a different location. They are trying but their covid precautions seem a bit incoherent and inconsistent. Im generally skeptical of the overall transmissibility but i was uncomfortable hanging out with the clientele in the conditions that were set up. Went elsewhere.

If you are only dropping off a specimen, I would suggest you call first. You are still required to wait in line for them to receive your specimen. My wait time was over an hour for a drpp off.

They are understaffed and horrifically slow. The sample I was trying to drop off expired in their waiting room after an hour and I still had at least 30 minutes left to wait according to their monitor. They also dont appear to allow a remote check in, which would make SO MUCH SENSE in a post-COVID world.

The staff is very professional and friendly. I prefer this location whenever I need to have blood work done.

Ive been here over 90 minutes and Im still 5 to 20 minutes away from being seen, but 15 minutes passing only shaved a couple of minutes off my time.

I froze to death waiting to get seen.

Sparrow is our go-to place. We never wait very long, staff is courteous and reliable and its a simple process.

This Saturday morning I went to this lab for bloodwork . The computers were down, so there was some delay. After waiting 25 minutes, they called my name and then I found out the bloodwork lab is not open today.There should be a notice on this website and in the waiting area that you dont do bloodwork on Saturdays. This has been inconvienent because I had to fast for these tests. Also, my labwork will not be completed in time for my doctor appointment.
