First time using this branch. Four people were ahead of my husband when he checked in at 11:30. Approximate wait time was 45 minutes. He waited an hour and a half to get a blood draw. It took the tech 2 tries to hit a vein. Not sure why service was so slow. Wont use this branch again. 🙁

Absolutely the worst! I have NEVER experienced anything so slow in my life. Do NOT go to this location. Sparrow needs to do something about this!

The wait was very long (which can be expected when you walk in without an appointment) but once we got back into the lab they were quick and efficient.

This Sparrow Lab location states it closes at 4:30. I arrived at 3:54, temp checked then was told they stop taking people at 4:00. I state it is not 4:00. The young lady states there is a hour wait. I say okay and again turn but am told I cant be seen today. Total B S.

I went to the old Sears Auto Center to have a blood sample drawn! My Nurse, Anne, was wearing Reindeer Antlers! What a sweetheart, and the antlers helped to lessen the tension that I am sure we all are feeling during this Pandemic! God bless our nurses, and especially Anne and her antlers ! Lol

Went there for a covet test pre-surgery there was no line but it still seemed to take about 10 minutes apparently it was more important for them to socialize with each other than it was for them to take my test and let me be on my way

I love that I got my results back in 3 days I was bless that I am all good!! They are’s very Professional and if I had any questions they are they would answer it right away thank you Sparrow laboratory

Great place to go if youre sick

I was waiting to see a provider at that location, but the lab was moving swiftly and efficiently.

Website says they open at 8:00. They don’t, they open at 8:30. My wife got to building, got her temperature taken and told she was third in line and sat down to wait. At 8:20, the man first in line went to ask the temperature taking person and was told they open at 8:30. There is a tiny piece of masking tape on the wall with a hand written note that covers the 8:00 and reads 8:30. FIX the website!

Go early they close by 1:00 p.m.

Unfortunately the provider was rude and said I gave her a dirty look when I merely shut my eyes and winced due to the unpleasant nature of the test. They were incredibly busy - cars to the road and I didnt mind the 2 hour wait, but the response didnt make my day after the wait.

Call to see if they are actually open. They do not correct their open hours on google for any of their locations and the times vary from location to location.

Terrible... Theres one person in the lab and she is moving incredibly slow. I fully understand that sometimes its can take a bit to collect samples but this is ridiculous. Im not even here to have labs drawn, I just need to pick up a home collection kit for my newborn son. Weve been waiting for 30 minutes now and only 1 number has been called but theres no one at the window so my only option is to take a fricken number and wait in line. Is Sparrow doing that terrible that they cant afford to pay two employees to be at the lab?!

Called and was told you can have blood drawn here and they are clearly not open for that. Whoever answers the phone needs to get their facts straight before people drive out of there way to go get their lab work taken.
