I love this place! Everyone who works there is super nice and answers all of my questions. They make it really easy to utilize the services they provide and they do a very good job of keeping their facility really clean.

My son loves playing in parks n recreation! I love that this building is still being used! Having Southside pride I love that its close to my home. The facility its self is well kept and clean!

I love swimming here. Its nice to have a clean community pool to use, and it brings back so many memories of coming here to learn how to swim!

What a treasure this place is. Kudos to the City of Lansing for converting this school into an excellent community center. Its very well maintained, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I go to the free swim every Monday and Wednesday from 7-8:30. They offer many other programs for adults an children. Check it out!

You need to have a hobby put in place before you retire but just in case you didnt go here so you can learn one. Great place and the people are great also.

Nice pool with spectator seating above. There is also a gym, auditorium and classrooms although I only used the pool.

Granddaughter loves the swimming lessons and always stay to continue to free swim. Enjoys the kids who come to free swim. Will continue to schedule programs.

Great place, we took our autistic children to a martial arts class weekly. Sensei Jonathan was EXTREMELY patient, very kind, adaptive to their learning ability and hopefully they retained the wisdom and skills taught. As a first responder who works closely with law enforcement, I recognized his technics as proven skills at 3am in the streets.

Everything is clean, tidy and well taken care of, you can tell people take pride in the community center.

My kids are involved in several classes here. The staff and teachers are all kind and helpful. We will continue to participate in the programs offered at the Southside Community Center.
