Dr. Belton and her excellent staff have been seeing my children since 2014. I have two kids that are Autistic and then a typical kid. Dr. Belton has patience beyond the call of medicine. Very attentive and accommodating to us. Shes always had time to listen to a variety of concerns and has been truly helpful with her suggestions. Ive never had an issue getting prescriptions refilled or any issues with insurance, even when we had two different policies. The wait has never been long, unless of course they are swamped. They do take walk ins during certain hours and sometimes that causes an overlap and a bit longer of a wait time. She never rushes and if I forget to ask something, shes always been a phone call away. As an Autistic Mom, I have been fearful about vaccines. Dr. Belton never forced the issue when it came to certain vaccines. An example is the Flu Vaccine. Shes always been very respectful to us. Anytime I call, Ms. Deanna knows exactly who I am and knows my children. Its hard to find folks who are truly that personable.Thank you Dr. Belton for the greatest pediatric experience ever. You and your staff are the loveliest ladies Ive ever met. Kudos kudos kudos.

Dr. Belton is a WONDERFUL pediatrician. My children have been with her since she came to Lancaster about 10 years ago and Ive always had a pleasant experience. The entire office staff is wonderful as well!

Dr Belton is a wonderful doctor that truly cares about the children. My girls love her. She also came to the hospital to check on my son once I delivered him on her day off! The office staff are always warm and welcoming.

Absolutely wonderful doctor and staff. My kids are truly taken care of here. I will never take my kids anywhere else.

Dr Belton is a great doctor. She not only cares about her patients but also the parents. She go above and beyond expectations to make sure her patients are well taken care of. If you looking for a great doctor and a great practice Dr Belton and Lancaster Pediatrics is the place for you.

I am thoroughly disgusted with this doctors office. Not only are they incompetent but their concern for their patients in non existent. I have been trying to fill my childrens prescription for the last three weeks. Every time I call there is a different excuse. I was told by Dee Dee that the doctor had time to take care of this on Tuesday before the doctor went on vacation. Dee Dee even said you didnt hear that from me! When we spoke today she seems to have short term memory loss. She hung up on me, then I called right back and she had another Co worker lie for her and say she walked across the street. Once Dee Dee heard what I said to the Co worker on the phone because they had me on speaker Dee Dee grabbed the phone saying she is to 42 years old and doesnt have time for this, That I shouldnt have waited so long to fill my childrens medication Which has nothing to do with any of this. They should take care of it regardless. They never follow up with insurance or me. I have had to constantly call for three weeks and it still isnt taken care of! I would give 0 stars but I dont have that option!!!

Dr.Belton is a excellent doctor with a great staff ...her care for her patients is over the moon ...if you have any questions shes quick and ready with an answers...if your in need of great doctor in the Lancaster area I highly recommend her for your kids ...you will not receive greater service anywhere else !!!!

Horrible stuffing , they don’t care about your child health . Having hard trying to get my baby daughter to an appointment. Incompetent stuffing starting from the secretary to the nurse . They never return your calls . So unprofessional.
