I have been trying to call this doctors office for 2 months now They will notThey will not answer

All 3 of my kids are patients and they have always been wonderful!

I have been bringing my 3 children to The Childrens Clinic since they have been born my oldest is 19, the middle child is 14 and the youngest is 12. The staff and nurses are great and never have they had a nasty attitude toward me. The doctors are so caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They take their time with your child.The office locations and office time is convenient as well. I can tell they all love what they are doing. They are family to us.

My children have been coming here since they were babies!! Dr. Cruz is amazing!! I wouldn’t have any other Doctor for them! The staff make you feel like family and they always go above and beyond for the kids!! Special shout out to Quanita who has work with me to get My oldest what he need during his journey!! I have been taking my son to this office going on four years. The doctors do am amazing job. However; the last three appointments we have spent well over an hour between being called back to the room and when the doctor actually comes into the room. Today, was our last visit to this office. My son had a 4:20 appointment. For a simple immunization. We were the only people in the waiting room. We did not get called back into a room until after 5pm. Absolutely ludicrous. There is no reason for this kind of wait. The last two visits, I gave the benefit of the doubt due to high volume. This appointment, there was no excuse for the more than excessive wait. I will take my son the Indian Land location.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I changed pediatricians when my kids were babies because I didn’t like the staff and how we were treated. Flash forward 4 years later I go for a job interview and then a second one with the hiring manager Quanita telling me she would hire me, then never calls. How professional. 🙄 Then I try to call today to make an apt with Dr. Cruz for one specific thing which I will not mention and they told me because I switched pediatricians that I could never be seen there again. This place is a joke. Clearly they don’t care about patients and their well being. I’m glad the job didn’t work out. $10 an hr no benifits please you can keep that. Save you time and energy and go somewhere else!

Everyone at The Childrens Clinic is very nice and caring. The doctors are amazing and you can really tell they care about the patient and giving the care and treatment your child need. Ive never been disappointed with the care my children have received. The Childrens Clinic will always be the place to go. Its not just an office, they make you feel like family. I love everyone at the office.

The doctors and staff at The Childrens Clinic are caring and devoted to their patients. Theyre truly concerned for the children that they tend to. My son and daughters doctor will actually call on the weekend to see how they are doing after a sick visit. Theyre the best!

This place has amazing staff. Always there when you have question. When you have an appointment they dont just rush you out. I have been going to this place since my son was born and hes 12. Thanks again ladys

I have been bringing my son for over a year now. The doctor’s are all great and the nurses and everyone have always been so nice to us. Sometimes, l can’t get through on the phone, so l started calling about 9:30-10:00. That helps some, also, we do have to wait about 45minutes to a hour, but you always have to wait at a good doctor’s office.

We have been coming to The Childrens Clinic sense my children born. My oldest is 12 now. We love this Office. Everyone here is like family to us. We have always received the best care here and the Staff treat you as if your children are theirs. Cant say enough Good Stuff About The Childrens Clinic!!!

My children have been going to The Childrens Clinic for 2 years now, and we all love it there. Everybody from the doctors to the front desk staff are great. They are very thorough and take the time to listen to parents concerns and help alleviate them.

The doctors and staff here are great. I have been with them for 15 plus years now. The staff is nice at all times and treat you like family, they are always willing to make sure that you have everything you need for your child before you leave the office that day.

Love the entire staff, and how passionate the doctors are for all their patients. Never a disappointment with the care and treatment my children have received. I recommend them to any and everyone!!

The receptionist was not empathetic at all. I work in charlotte and got off early to take her to her apt. Its hard for me to leave early or get week days off so I got there ten minutes late. The receptionist told me they had to cancel my appointment. I told her I hit traffic getting off and she told me that they had a staff meeting and any appointment that wasnt there on time gets cancelled. I totally understand but there has to be a little bit of empathy or wiggle room. I asked if I could speak with someone and she said no the office manager was not there and there was nothing she could do. She was not empathic towards me at all. I love Tiffany her doctor but the receptionists are very rude and cold. I will not be returning if ten minutes is that big of a difference. I will call the office manager and speak when she does return.

My child has been a patient with the Childrens Clinic since 2008. We never had a complaint. Great staff that takes special care of each child. We love the Childrens clinic!!!

This is the place for the best staff and most wonderful doctors on the planet Dr.Ambati and Dr. Cruz along with Tiffany treat your child as if they were their children my family of 5 children all see them and LOVE them all. The front of house receptionist and staff are always willing to help and are very friendly we love The Childrens Clinic.

We have been waiting on a referral for Childrens asthma specialist but they continue to put it off. My granddaughter is 3 years old and was nearly diagnosed with asthma.Also she had to see a PA or NP whom didn’t even know what the “blue things” in her ear were!!!! Tubes. You should know that .Very disheartening. We are changing Doctors!!!!!

My kids and I love The Childrens Clinic. We love all the providers and the staff. We have been with Dr Cruz for 20 years now. We highly suggest the The Childrens Clinic.

The staff at The Childrens Clinic has always been so caring and helpful towards my family. Weve been with them for years and plan on being with them for many more. I recommend them to everyone I know!

All 3 of my children have been going to The Childrens Clinic since they were born. We love all of the doctors and nurse practitioners there.

My daughter (4years old) was running a fever of 102. So of course I called her doctor (children’s clinic) and asked if they had any appts available, they said yes and gave me an appt. When I arrived they informed me of a bill from November 2013 that was 120$ , she was born in October 2013, she had Medicaid at the time so it would be impossible for me to have a balance. Also this bill was from 2013 .. it’s 2018 and they are just bringing this bill to my attention. They wouldn’t see my daughter unless I made a payment on the bill even though she has Medicaid. My point is how can you reject seeing a child with a fever of 102 because of a bill from almost 5 years ago.. the well being of a child should be there first priority not money!

Horrible people to deal with. Rude and unprofessional, Called me one day before school started and cancelled my daughters appointment for shots (which I made 5 weeks prior) because I had taken her to another doctor when they could not see her in the past year. Said they could not see her because it was their policy not to see a child anymore if they have been elsewhere. And on that occasion she tested positive for strep and mono. I do not recommend these people in the least.

Doctors are great and love the kids they help !

The doctors are okay!but this location is always overbooked and the wait time is crazy long!! And if you call youre gonna be put on hold for 10 minutes to just be hung up on !!!

They billed me for my sons preventative care, watch out. The staff there seem miserable.
