Dr. Kosier and her staff are top notch. Her exams are very thorough. She is the most personable doctor I have ever seen and have been completely satisfied with her care. Her staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice.

Splendid service from a skilled, experienced, and caring staff. Eye exams are never lots of fun, but I knew I was getting good care. Dont be put off by the location (a dead shopping center converted to medical offices) because within the rather grim exterior the people and equipment are first class.

If it were possible to rate a zero, I would. Equipment seemed ancient compared to my former eye doctor in Columbus. Looked for reasons to increase her billing trying to make a condition out of nothing. Ran unnecessary tests without consent, for which she charged a lot. Then tried to sell me product for a non-existent condition. Wont refund billing for unnecessary tests after I complained that I should make the decision to run a test or not as I am the one who pays. Using her medical license to scam patients.

This doctor seems competent, but she is so rude. At first I thought it was just me until I heard her talking to the old gentleman in the next room.
