I believe these doctors offices, should take a look at their reviews more frequently. It’s very disappointing, when you have such great doctors. But yet your front office staff is horrible. I live by great customer service, and I will let you know if your service is poor without leaving the facility..

Dr. Fromuth is extremely thoughtful and helpful. He was very caring and understanding. He took his time to explain my medical condition. He even took the time to show me diagrams online. He treated me with kindness. Dr. Fromuth is extremely knowledgeable. He made sure I understood his plan of action. Words cant express how grateful I am for him. Thank you Dr. Fromuth for treating me well. I do recommend Dr. Fromuth!

This practice is absolutely horrible. The doctors do not listen to your concerns whatsoever, they dismiss you and act like youve wasted their time.I was seen here from week 4 to week 8 of my pregnancy. I knew the exact day I conceived, and exactly how far along I was. My baby measured 8 days behind, I voiced to them my concerns about this, and they told me I probably had my conception date wrong or ovulated later than I thought. I had severe cramping that got worse each day, they told me this was normal. When I started to have bleeding, the doctor told me (very coldly) that I was probably having a miscarriage and that there was nothing I could do about it, that I need to accept it and move on. They refused to do an ultrasound to check and see if I was actually miscarrying. That was the last straw for me, so I switched to Lancaster Physicians for Women. My very first appointment there, I voiced my concerns about the baby measuring so far behind, and the doctor agreed with me that that was not normal. She genuinely listened to me, and sympathized with me. About 2 weeks later, I had an appointment at Maternal Fetal Medicine, and I was told the babys heart had stopped beating. The doctor at MFM had told me I was at high risk for miscarriage and complications from the start (this was apparently obvious from the severe cramping, bleeding, and the baby not growing as it should), and when I explained my experience with OBGYN of Lancaster, he shook his head in disappointment. I had to have surgery just a few days later.This is just a short explanation of how horribly I was treated at OBGYN of Lancaster. Do not waste your time with them, make an appointment with Lancaster Physicians for Women!

I would give a five star any other day but today they were behind and thats fine I understand stuff happens. But as I sit here waiting and waiting I hear workers complaining about the schedule and how you shouldnt have to work a 12 hour day if you work 5 days. This has been going on for 25 minutes so far. They say theyre gonna talk to Melissa about it and you shouldnt have to do these ot hours working 5 days and blah blah blah. Im sitting here going into hour two being courteous and respectful but when youre behind and you know you are. Calling and bitching about your schedule and job isnt the most important.

Wife and I had our second ultrasound today. Both ultrasounds went great. Only reason for the 2 stars. The gynecologist (dr. Stoner) at the time Of writing my review, is 45 minutes late. She just entered the room of the patient before us. It’s stressing my wife out because she has to be at work in 15 minutes. When we made this appointment they were sure we would be done in plenty of time. We will be switching to women’s and babies. We’ve only heard good things. The extra driving distance will Be worth a stress free experience.

OBGYN of Lancaster has been wonderful! We found out that we were expecting and met with Shelley Rhodes. She was wonderful and explained what we could expect going forward since this was our first pregnancy. A week later we found out that our baby no longer had a heartbeat. We were met with such compassion from every person we met with. Dr. Livingston, Dr. Fromuth, two receptionists, Dawn (a scheduler) and an ultrasound tech. Each one of them encouraged us and sympathized with our loss. Some of them gave us hugs and prayed for us. Words can not express the gratitude that my husband and I have for each of you. Your kindness, grace, and compassion has helped us walk through this difficult time a little bit easier. Thank you for always allowing us time to process and never pushing us to make a decision before we were ready. I highly recommend OBGYN of Lancaster!!!

Love love love Craigann, and all the nurses and staff. Extremely friendly, very attentive to your needs and problems. They are real with you and dont beat around the bush. They explain medical terms and your conditions so that YOU can understand them. I will never go anywhere else. I feel so comfortable with this office than I ever have with any others.

Waste of time! Made a huge effort to get my records transferred, scheduled a procedure, rearranged my work schedule, showed up only to be told by Dr. Fegley that I dont need it and to go home. Her excuse? She hadnt looked at my records until I was there in front of her. If it took one glance to see that I didnt need it, why not take a look before the appointment and give me a call? She couldnt understand why I was annoyed and seemed to want me to thank her instead! Unbelievable. Wish I had read up on others reviews before bothering and shocked that this place hasnt closed down yet.

I used to love going here, never had a problem when I saw craigann. Now every time I go I have a problem, especially with billing! Im always getting bills because they bill my insurance wrong, then I have to call around to a million different people to figure it out to get the bill corrected. Very annoying. Will be switching doctors

Worst place ever. Telling me my pain is in my head instead of listening to what Im going through. Very very poor horrible doctors. Dont ever go here. They dont even deserve a rating. Horrible doctors. They dont even listen to the patients symptoms. Horrible place ever. Never going back there again.

Ive had horrible experiences here. From one Nurses practitioner telling me to change into the gown while she was still in the room because Im going to see everything anyway to another doctor chewing gum while giving me an exam and then another dr just being overall gruff and honestly rude. Im going to look for another place, Ive given them multiple tries with different people but its been awful. Definitely a cattle shoot and not a comforting place.

I love Dr. Satorie but this office is the worse!! I am 10 weeks into pregnancy and I am switching doctors because of them!! There is always an issue, I went for an ultrasound and of course they had me scheduled at the wrong office. I am completely done with this place!! I have NEVER had a doctors office charge for paperwork when you go in for a visit, here they do and on my paperwork they have my due date wrong!! How does that happen? I know how, the woman that called me to ask when I needed the paperwork by was upset because I told her that I needed it by today and she said that she was going to be off for the next few days so she didnt feel like doing it so when I picked up my paperwork it is all WRONG!! But it seems mighty funny how she couldnt get it done until she got back from vacation but 10 mins after I hung up the phone with her she called to tell me that it is ready!! I am done with this group. Stay away from this place unless you want to be stressed about a doctor visit and how they will mess it up this time!!

So far so good....Longest waiting time...50 minutes and still no doctor or anyone to reassure go that the doctor is coming...

Terrible. They did my blood tests. I was apparently deficient in Iron and nobody told me until my next appointment which was 4 weeks later. The doctor prescribed the medicine but my pharmacy never got the prescription. I called 4 times and left a message for the prescription to be resent and I always got a call back asking me for the address and even after I gave the address for the pharmacy I got a call back saying fill a form online for prescription refill. That needs information-name ,dosage,etc. That I obviously dont have as I never got the medicine. Basically its been almost 2 months I am Iron deficient but I still dont have the prescribed suppliment as I cant take over the counter iron as I dont do well with it. And yes, doctor takes forever to come and meet.

Worst experience ever. There is no communication, I went there for an appointment only have to come back because they never ordered the correct perscription. The doctors cant even answer simple questions about your concerns. They bill you several months later for incorrect charges. And when you call to ask about the charges they get mad and frusted with you, and they arent even the one that has to pay it. The doctors dont even treat you like people more like a cattle shoot. Dont waste the frustration! Terrible busniess practices!

I was a first time new patient, first appointment I was 100% sure what my problem was, nurse practioner told me it was something different. Did her treatment, not better, returned for another visit, same problem and practioner, and now its what I orginially suspected. I requested tests and cultures the first time, she said no. I still have my problem, they did nothing for me except cause me to lose work and send me on a run around and give me lame excuses and tell me deal with it it is normal.In other words this place does not communicate with you nor does it treat you very well. I expressed my problems to the staff, asked for a doctor not a practioner and they denied it. I havent gone since and will not go again or recommend anyone do so.
