Awful experience. Staff was completely unprofessional. If I could post this with a zero star out of 5 I would. I had to place my relative in there for rehab, short term care, with the possibility of long term care. Phone calls are never returned from the social workers who are suppose to help the family during this whole process. You have to demand to talk to a person, after leaving voicemails over a weeks span. The way they talk to the family of the residents makes me feel so sad for the residents who are in their care. Even the receptionist talk to you like you are a nuisance. Even talked to Administrator about the issues I was experiencing, they listened but nothing was done. This place is your worse nightmare of nursing homes.

This is the worst place to work for, they really dont care about there employees. I love the residents beautiful ppl but I would never put anyone I love in this place.

Known to be one of the worst facilities in Lancaster County. Its dirty and wreaks of the smell of urine. Subpar nursing and patient care staff which are the only type that would work at a facility like this.Its such a shame for the dear residents who live there.Note: Notice in the advertisment that the only picture posted of this place is a sky cam view.

I received only the best , most caring help. I especially commend Phalen in the physical therapy department. The food was amazingly good and varied. In the 4 weeks I was there, I had the same entree only 3 times.

Most of the staff here was amazing! My grandmother was there for 4 months and she loved every worker there. They were helpful and kind and always put her needs first. They do the best with what they are given and genuinely care for the patients staying here.

Like any other nursing homes, this nursing home is challenging but can be rewarding. You have to find what works for you. Please dont be fooled by the star ratings. I have met some of the most talented, kind and hard-working staff members right here. There are so many great residents that I will miss greatly. Its like a family! This place is diverse and allow room for growth.

I came in here to help a patient of mine. The place is dirty. The care is very lacking. as a prime example. Yesterday I needed the residents hearing aids. I asked the Nurse aid Alex for them. She said the nurse has them locked up but she ill go get the keys. After an extremely long wait I go to walk out. Almost at the entrance I find Alex sitting talking and laughing with another employee. I reminded her about needing the hearing aids, she was completely nonchalant about her just taking her good old time.I tried to tell a supervisor, but they havent been available either.

My brother is in the Rehab area of Lancshire, but he eats with all the residents in the dining area and we both have noticed how the nurses and aides interact with the residents. They are always very attentive and seem very caring and friendly. I noticed that some of the bad reviews are 1 and 2 years old, so perhaps there has been some changes for the better. The food is nutritious and the open areas are clean and comfortable.

I am very upset the way they treated my wife and her condition deteriorated rapidly in one week. The nursing director actually told her to go home and get hospice because she did not want dialysis. No psychological evaluation was given to see if she was capable of making decisions.The administrator stated that the more I complained the less attention she would get. She was given white rice on a diabetic diet and left wet for a long period of time. Her medicines were not given appropriately causing severe withdrawal which was not addressed. She was changed in private by a male nurse without any witnesses.There were a few good nurses but they were overshadowed by bad ones, especially on weekends.Overall, the food was poor, the facility was dirty with missing tiles and some health care workers were hard to understand. It has changed for the worse since two years ago.

My father José Vélez is very happy there. He says the staff are all his friends and he loves the place. This center is clean and the service is good.I would highly recommend it.

This a great nursing home! The staff is very busy but they do take care of their patients

This place is one of the worst ever. My mother-in-law stays there and always gets her meals late. Other residents get theirs and trays are cleared before she even gets her tray. Several times they didnt give her a meal at all. Nurses go in sometimes are take her diapers leaving her none for days. Please avoid putting anyone you care about here.

Absolutely terrible. They got my old nans name wrong on the bracelet and very small rooms and the workers are supposed to be checking in and dont. Do not recommend. Very terrible.

This is the worst nursing home I have ever been to! I was visiting with my great grandmother and her roomate had to go to the bathroom. I walked out to one of the nurses and told them, she looked at me with this snotty look and goes Ill get someone then Then proceeds to turn back to another employee and go on with her conversation. This poor old lady needed to poop. This lady has been waiting for over 20 minutes. This nursing home is horrible.

I worked in Dietary there over 40 years ago when I was in high prior to becoming an RN. The CNAs were lazy and the nurses rude because they looked down on we dietary peons. It seems luke it hasnt changed. What scares the hellbout of me is that my father is temporarily, hopefully tempoarily, yhere because hes been falling in their retirement condo. I wish my parents had gone to a different retirement community. I live in New Orleans and cant get up to visit @ this time and it worties me. I worked in the hospital system 18 years in ICU and ER and then the last 17 as the House Supervisir in Nursing Administration and I KNOW what goes on with Nursing staff. My mother is a retired Nurse Practitioner so I know that my father will be cared for, mist likely by HER!

This was the worst place that ever employed me another non smoking my ass go out about 730 and u will see its not smoke free behind the dumpsters and pretty bad u hire jail birds and couples r doing things in the parking lot that should be done in the privacy of there home and people talk so ignorant to residents but Thats ok DONT APPLY AT THIS PLACE HORRIBLE NO WONDER THEY R ONLY 3 STARS

What the hell I cant even talk to a patient there.

The staff seem a bit unprofessional. The condition of some of the rooms arent very great and at one point I heard one of the staff respond in an extremely rude way to one of the elders calling out for her help.
